Description
Claims (27)
- 前記マーキング剤は、前記有機化合物が存在しない状態において、780nm〜2000nmではなく2000nmを超える波長を有するレーザ放射に反応して変色する請求項1に記載のレーザマーキング可能な組成物。
- 前記有機化合物は、少なくとも2の前期吸光度比Arを有する請求項1又は2に記載のレーザマーキング可能な組成物。
- 前期吸光度比Arは、少なくとも3である請求項3に記載のレーザマーキング可能な組成物。
- 前期吸光度比Arは、少なくとも5である請求項3に記載のレーザマーキング可能な組成物。
- 前記吸光度のピーク値は、全波長領域における最大の吸光度のピーク値である請求項1乃至5に記載のレーザマーキング可能な組成物。
- 前記有機化合物は、2500未満の分子量を有する請求項1乃至6に記載のレーザマーキング可能な組成物。
- 前記有機化合物は、近赤外線吸収染料又は近赤外線吸収顔料である請求項1乃至7に記載のレーザマーキング可能な組成物。
- 前記有機化合物は、電子吸収機構によって近赤外線放射を吸収する請求項1乃至8に記載のレーザマーキング可能な組成物。
- 前記有機化合物は、メタロ・ポルフィリン(metallo−porphyrin)、メタロ・チオールエン(metallo−thiolene)、ポリチオールエン(polythiolene)、メタロ・フタロシアニン(metallo−phthalocyanine)、これらの任意のアゾ変異体(aza−variant)又は環化変異体(annellated variant)、ピリリウム(pyrylium)、スクアリリウム(squarylium)、クロコニウム(croconium)、アンミニウム(amminium)、ジイモニウム(diimonium)、シアニン(cyanine)及びインドレニン・シアニン(indolenine cyanine)から成る群から選択される請求項1乃至9に記載のレーザマーキング可能な組成物。
- 前記有機化合物は、非イオン、陽イオン、陰イオン、又は双性イオンである請求項10に記載のレーザマーキング可能な組成物。
- 前記有機化合物は、水溶性、水分散性、溶媒可溶性又は溶媒分散性である請求項10又は11に記載のレーザマーキング可能な組成物。
- 前記マーキング剤は、オキシ金属陰イオンを含む化合物である請求項1乃至12に記載のレーザマーキング可能な組成物。
- 前記マーキング剤は、モリブデン酸塩(molybdate)である請求項13に記載のレーザマーキング可能な組成物。
- 前記マーキング剤は、オクタモリブデン酸塩(octamolybdate)である請求項14に記載のレーザマーキング可能な組成物。
- 前記マーキング剤は、オクタモリブデン酸アンモニウム(ammonium octamolybdate)である請求項15に記載のレーザマーキング可能な組成物。
- 前記レーザマーキング可能な組成物は、発色化合物をさらに含有する請求項1乃至16に記載のレーザマーキング可能な組成物。
- 前記レーザマーキング可能な組成物は、バインダをさらに含有する請求項1乃至17に記載のレーザマーキング可能な組成物。
- 前記レーザマーキング可能な組成物は、水性である請求項1乃至18に記載のレーザマーキング可能な組成物。
- 前記レーザマーキング可能な組成物は、有機溶媒をさらに含有する請求項1乃至19に記載のレーザマーキング可能な組成物。
- 請求項1乃至20に記載のレーザマーキング可能な組成物を含有するインク配合物。
- 請求項1乃至21に記載のレーザマーキング可能な組成物又はインク配合物でコーティングされた基材。
- 紙、段ボール、プラスチック、布地、木材、金属、ガラス、革、食材又は医薬組成物を含有する請求項22に記載の基材。
- 請求項1乃至21に記載のレーザマーキング可能な組成物又はインク配合物を基材上に塗布する工程と、前記基材にレーザを放射する工程とから成る、前記基材上に像を形成する方法。
- 前記レーザは、ファイバレーザ、ダイオードレーザ、ダイオードアレイレーザ又はCO2レーザから成る群から選択される請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザは、780nm〜2000nmの動作波長を有する請求項24又は25に記載の方法。
- 前記基材は、請求項22において定義された基材である請求項24乃至26に記載の方法。
