Claims (9)
- 液体が、2つの隣り合うプレートから成る組それぞれの間に取り付けられたシール(4)を介して、前記プレート同士の間において交互に流れるようになっている、回路(2,3)を形成している一連の前記プレート(10)を備えている熱交換器(1)であって、
前記プレートそれぞれが、フレーム(6)の内側に前記プレート(10)それぞれを案内するために、前記プレートの少なくとも1つの端部に形成された少なくとも1つの案内切片(5)を含んでいる前記熱交換器において、
前記熱交換器は、2つの隣り合う前記プレートから成る組それぞれの間において、且つ、前記案内切片(5)の近傍において圧縮されることによって、2つの隣り合う前記プレート(10,11)と接触するようになる少なくとも1つのストラット(7)を含み、
前記ストラット(7,17)それぞれの厚さが、圧縮前において、前記シールの厚さと少なくとも等しいことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記ストラットそれぞれが、前記ストラットが接触する前記プレートのうち一のプレートに形成された溝(8)内に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記ストラット(7,17)それぞれが、矩形状断面を有する略平行六面体の形態とされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記ストラット(7,17)それぞれの圧縮性が、前記シール(4)の圧縮性よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記ストラット(7)それぞれが、前記シール(4)の突起であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記熱交換器が、前記シール(4)それぞれと前記ストラット(7)それぞれとの間にリンク部分(9)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記ストラット(17)それぞれが、前記シールから分離していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記ストラット(7,17)及び前記シール(4)は、単一の材料から作り出されることを特徴とする請求項5又は7に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記ストラット(7,17)及び前記シール(4)が、2つの異なる材料から作り出されることを特徴とする請求項5又は7に記載の熱交換器。
