Claims (13)
- ダスト減少剤を水中に予め分散させて予め分散したダスト減少剤をつくり、
少なくとも1つの充填剤を含む複数の乾いた成分を組み合わせて乾いた混合物をつくり、
プロセス水を容器中へポンプで運び、
予め分散したダスト減少剤を容器へ導入し、
乾いた混合物を容器へ添加し、そして
乾いた混合物、水および予め分散したダスト減少剤をブレンドして均質な生成物をつくる
ことからなることを特徴とする接合材を製造する方法。 - 該予め分散させる工程が、該ダスト減少剤の水への添加、並びにダスト減少剤の溶解および分散の少なくとも1つからなる請求項1の方法。
- 該予め分散させる工程が、ダスト減少剤を水へ添加する該工程前にダスト減少剤を加熱することをさらに含む請求項2の方法。
