Claims (17)
- 固体材料から化学化合物を抽出する方法であって、前記固体材料が液体相に浸漬された超音波金型の周りを流れる液体抽出相中に捕捉され、前記超音波金型が約0.1〜100W/cm2のエネルギー強度で液体相中に超音波を放射する方法。
- 放射される超音波が放射状または集束である請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記方法が前記液体相の脱気をさらに含む請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記材料が食品製品である請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、前記抽出液体相に捕捉された前記材料の共鳴周波数に固定するように前記超音波金型を微調整することをさらに含む請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記液体相が水性液体である請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記水性液体が水である請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記液体相が超臨界液体である請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記液体相が0℃から60℃に加熱される請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記液体がある圧力下に保たれる請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力が0.5バールから10バールである請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記圧力が2バールから4バールである請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記食品材料が、果物、野菜、穀類、牧草、種子、およびその混合物からなる群から選択される請求項5記載の方法。
- 固体材料から化学化合物を抽出する装置であって、
(i)液体抽出相の流れを材料の周りに導いて前記材料がその中に捕捉されるようにする導管と、
(ii)少なくとも1つの超音波金型に運転可能に接続され、前記少なくとも1つの超音波金型が前記液体相に接触する少なくとも1つの超音波発生器とを含み、
(iii)前記超音波発生器の運転によって、液体相中に捕捉された固体材料に超音波エネルギーが加わるようにされた抽出器本体を含む装置。 - 前記超音波発生器が約0.1〜100W/cm2のエネルギー強度で運転する請求項14記載の装置。
- 前記超音波発生器に運転可能に接続された前記超音波金型が、前記抽出液体相中に捕捉された前記材料の共鳴周波数に固定されるように微調整可能である請求項15記載の装置。
- 本明細書に実質的に説明した固体材料から化学化合物を抽出する装置。
