Claims (3)
- 重量%で、C:0.10〜0.20%、Si:0.05〜0.25%、Mn:1.0〜2.5%、P:0.02%以下、S:0.01%以下、Al:0.02〜0.07%、Nb:0.02〜0.08%、Ni:0.05〜0.30%、Cu:0.1〜0.5%、Cr:0.8〜1.5%、Co:0.01〜0.10%を含有し、残りのFe及びその他不可避な不純物からなり、10〜30vol.%の低温変態組織と残りのフェライトからなる耐候性及び加工性に優れた高強度冷延鋼板。
- 前記低温変態組織は、マルテンサイトとベイナイトの少なくとも1種以上が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐候性及び加工性に優れた高強度冷延鋼板。
- 重量%で、C:0.10〜0.20%、Si:0.05〜0.25%、Mn:1.0〜2.5%、P:0.02%以下、S:0.01%以下、Al:0.02〜0.07%、Nb:0.02〜:0.08%、Ni:0.05〜0.30%、Cu:0.1〜0.5%、Cr:0.8〜1.5%、Co:0.01〜0.10%を含有し、残りのFe及びその他不可避な不純物からなる鋼を1150〜1300℃で再加熱し、750〜930℃の仕上げ圧延条件で熱間圧延して400〜650℃で巻き取った後、冷間圧延して(A1変態点+30℃)〜(A3変態点以下)の温度で連続焼鈍して10〜30vol.%の低温変態組織と残りのフェライトを得ることを含んでなる耐候性及び加工性に優れた高強度冷延鋼板の製造方法。
