Description
Claims (10)
- 過給燃焼機関(2)の排ガスの循環のための装置であって、該装置が、燃焼機関(2)からの排ガスを導くための排気管(4)と、空気を燃焼機関(2)に導くための入口管(8)と、排気管(4)と入口管(8)に連結された戻り管(11)であって、該戻り管(11)を介して排ガスを排気管(4)から入口管(8)に循環することが可能にされた戻り管(11)と、循環排ガスが周辺温度の空気によって冷却されるようにされた、空冷式のEGR冷却器(15)とを有しているような装置において、戻り管(11)が、EGR冷却器(15)を通った循環排ガスを導くことができるような限度を有するバイパス管(11a)と、EGR冷却器(15)を通る循環排ガスの全部の流れを導く第1位置と、バイパス管(11a)を通る循環排ガスの全部の流れを導く第2位置のいずれかに配置される弁装置(24)を有することを特徴とする装置。
- 前記装置が、弁装置(24)を前記第1位置と前記第2位置におくことができる手動走査可能な制御装置(27)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、EGR冷却器(15)での凍結のおそれを決定する少なくとも1つのパラメータに関する情報を受信し、そのようなおそれがあると決定した時に弁装置(24)を第2位置に設定する制御装置(13)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、周辺空気の温度を検知するための温度センサ(25)を有し、制御装置(13)が、EGR冷却器(15)での凍結のおそれを決定するのに前記温度センサからの情報を用いるようにされていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 制御装置(13)が、EGR冷却器(15)の凍結のおそれ決定するために戻り経路(11)を通る排ガス流に関連するパラメータの知識を用いるようにされていることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の装置。
- 制御装置(13)は、EGR冷却器(15)を通る周辺空気の流速に関連するパラメータの知識を利用するようにされていることを特徴とする請求項3から5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、第2段階で空冷式のEGR冷却器(15)で冷却される前に第1段階で循環排ガスを冷却するようにされる、冷却材冷却式のEGR冷却器(14)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記EGR冷却器(15)が、循環排ガスを受容する第1タンク(15a)と、循環排ガスが周辺空気によって冷却中に流れる冷却部(15b)と、冷却部(15b)で冷却された後に循環排ガスを受容する第2タンク(15c)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記弁装置(24)が、第1タンク(15a)に配置され、前記バイパスライン(11a)が、第1タンク(15a)と第2タンク(15c)間を延びていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記バイパス管(11a)が、EGR冷却器(15)と一体をなしていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
