Claims (14)
- 燃料電池用燃料サプライの内部圧力を最小化する方法であって、
(i)燃料電池燃料を内側ライナーに充填するステップと、
(ii)外側ケース内で上記内側ライナーをシールするステップと、
(iii)上記燃料サプライを上記燃料の沸点を下回る温度に加熱するステップと、
(iv)上記燃料サプライを室温に冷却するステップとを有する上記方法。 - 上記ステップ(iv)は少なくとも48時間上記温度に上記燃料サプライを保持することを含む請求項1記載の上記方法。
- 上記ステップ(iv)は少なくとも72時間上記温度に上記燃料サプライを保持することを含む請求項2記載の上記方法。
- 上記ステップ(iv)は少なくとも96時間上記温度に上記燃料サプライを保持することを含む請求項3記載の上記方法。
- 上記ステップ(iii)は、ほとんど室温より高く、かつ上記燃料の沸点に対して約10°Cより小さい温度だけ低い温度に加熱されることを含む請求項1記載の上記方法。
- 上記ステップ(iii)は、ほとんど室温より高く、かつ上記燃料の沸点に対して約1°Cより小さい温度だけ低い温度に加熱されることを含む請求項1記載の上記方法。
- 上記ステップ(v)は少なくとも2時間燃料サプライを保持する請求項1記載の上記方法。
- 上記ステップ(v)は少なくとも4時間燃料サプライを保持する請求項7記載の上記方法。
- 上記ステップ(v)は少なくとも6時間燃料サプライを保持する請求項8記載の上記方法。
- 上記ステップ(v)は少なくとも8時間燃料サプライを保持する請求項9記載の上記方法。
- 金属から外側ケーシングを製造するステップをさらに有する請求項1記載の上記方法。
