Claims (6)
- 内軌道(3)を有する外輪(2)と、この外輪に同心に配列された、外軌道(5)を有する内輪(4)と、これら軸受輪(2,4)の間に配列され、軌道(3,5)を転がる多数のローラー体(6)から成る特に風力用動伝軸を支持するのに適したラジアルローラー軸受であって、該多数のローラー体が周方向に互いに等間隔にリテーナ(7)により保持され、該ローラー体(6)と該軸受輪(2,4)との間のスリップを避けるために、周囲に均等に配置された複数のローラー体(6)が、中空ローラー(8)により置き換えられており、ラジアルローラー軸受(1)の無負荷状態で、該軸受輪(2,4)と常に接触しそれによりリテーナ(7)とその他のローラー体(6)が運動学的な回転数を保証するように、この中空ローラーは、その他のローラーより僅かに大きい直径と小さい弾性係数を有しているラジアルローラー軸受において、中空ローラー(8)が、その内側表面(9)に局所的応力集中をさけるため、軸方向に走る筋がない表面粗さRz≦25μmを有することで、高い繰り返し曲げ剛性を有していることを特徴とする、ラジアルローラー軸受。
- 該中空ローラー(8)はその他のローラー(6)と同じ軸方向長さを有し、その内側表面(9)が特にRz≦6.3μmなる表面粗さにより形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のラジアルローラー軸受。
- 該中空ローラー(8)の内側表面(9)は好ましくは硬化旋削により加工されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のラジアルローラー軸受。
- 該中空ローラー(8)の内側表面(9)が好ましくは、硬化平滑ローラーにより加工されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のラジアルローラー軸受。
- 該中空ローラー(8)の内側表面(9)が好ましくは研削と研摩により加工されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のラジアルローラー軸受。
- 該中空ローラー(8)の内側表面(9)が、硬化旋削叉は硬化平滑ローラー加工と研削および研摩加工の組合せにより加工されていることを特徴とする、請求項3−5に記載のラジアルローラー軸受。
