a.)R1は、4,4’−ジフェニルメタン、ベンゼン、カルボジイミド変性4,4’−ジフェニルメタン、及びヘキサメチレンから選択され、
b.)R2は、ポリプロピレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール、1,4−ブタングリコールアジペート、1,4−ブタン、1,3−プロパン、エタン、4,4’−ジヒドロキシビフェニル、及び2,2’−ジメチロールプロパン酸から選択され、
c.)R3、R4、R5及びR6は、シリコーン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、官能化置換ワックス、脂肪酸エステル、ポリアミン、ポリアクリレート、カルボン酸、及びポリカルボン酸から独立して選択され、並びに、

好適なポリウレタン及びポリウレタンコポリマーは、本明細書及び米国特許出願第2005/0107563 A1号の教示に従うものであり得る。
本明細書に開示されている組成物は、本明細書に開示されているように、本明細書に開示されている分量で材料を混合して作ることができる。このような混合は、バッチ、セミバッチ及び連続的なプロセスを含む任意の混合プロセスにより達成させることができる。
一つの態様では、包装及び本明細書に開示された組成物のいずれかを含む完成した消費者製品が開示される。一つの態様では、前記完成した消費者製品は、本明細書に開示された組成物のいずれかを少なくとも部分的に収容する容器を含み得る。
一つの態様では、消費者布地製品、毛髪又はこれらの組み合わせを処置する方法であって、
a.)前記消費者布地製品、毛髪又はこれらの組み合わせの少なくとも一部を本明細書に開示された組成物のいずれかに接触させる工程、
b.)本明細書に開示された組成物のいずれかに接触した前記消費者布地製品、毛髪又はこれらの組み合わせの少なくとも一部を乾燥させる工程、
を含み得る方法が開示される。
一つの態様では、本明細書に開示された処置方法に従って処置された前記製品を処置することにより製造された、処置された製品が開示される。
スプレー−アイロン適用:
100%の綿繊維からなる布地がアイロン台上に設置され、実施例1の組成物が約50%のウェットピックアップを達成するのに十分な分量で布地上に均等にスプレーされる。次に、布地は高温設定を使用して乾燥するまでアイロンにかけられる。
浸漬−アイロン適用:
約200gの実施例2の組成物が1000gの水と混合される。得られた混合物は、かき混ぜられ及び/又は攪拌される。100%の綿繊維からなるシャツを含む衣類が、この混合物が入った容器の中に入れられ、約5分間にわたって攪拌される。次に、衣類は洗濯機内で2分間にわたって脱水され、その後乾燥するまでアイロンをかけられる。
浸漬−アイロン適用:
約200gの実施例2の組成物が1000gの水と混合される。得られた混合物は、かき混ぜられ及び/又は攪拌される。50%の綿繊維及び50%のポリエステル繊維からなるシャツを含む衣類が、この混合物が入った容器の中に入れられ、約5分間にわたって攪拌される。次に、衣類は洗濯機内で2分間にわたって脱水され、その後乾燥するまでアイロンをかけられる。
本明細書で開示した寸法及び値は、列挙した厳密な数値に狭義に限定されるものとして解釈されるべきではない。それよりむしろ、特に指定されない限り、こうした寸法はそれぞれ、列挙された値とその値周辺の機能的に同等の範囲との両方を意味するものとする。例えば、「40mm」として開示された寸法は、「約40mm」を意味することを意図する。
Claims (11)
- (a)ポリウレタン、ポリウレタンコポリマー及びこれらの混合物から選択され、0.1重量%〜30重量%、好ましくは0.5重量%〜20重量%、より好ましくは1重量%〜10重量%、最も好ましくは1.5重量%〜8重量%のポリウレタン材料であって、前記ポリウレタン及びポリウレタンが−50℃〜150℃、好ましくは−30℃〜100℃、より好ましくは−10℃〜80℃、最も好ましくは20℃〜60℃のTgを有するポリウレタン材料と、
(b)架橋剤であって、好ましくは尿素の、及びエチレン及びプロピレン尿素の、メチロール及びアルコキシメチル誘導体、多官能性カルボン酸、並びにこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される物質を含み、ポリウレタン:架橋剤の比が、100:1〜1:2、好ましくは50:1〜1:1、より好ましくは20:1〜3:2、最も好ましくは10:1〜2:1で存在する架橋剤と、
(c)触媒であって、好ましくは酸、潜在性酸、金属塩及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される物質を含み、架橋剤:触媒の比が、100:1〜1:5、好ましくは50:1〜1:1、より好ましくは20:1〜3:2、最も好ましくは10:1〜2:1で存在する触媒と、
(d)任意の補助剤成分と、を含む組成物であって、好ましくは前記組成物は、香料、香料デリバリーシステム、湿潤剤、柔軟化剤、ヘアコンディショニング剤、スキンケア剤、汚れ防止剤、汚れ放出剤、静電気防止剤、水分管理剤、染料固定剤、移染防止剤、色向上剤、基材ハンドビルダー、耐磨耗剤及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される物質を含む補助剤を含み、
前記組成物の残部がキャリアである組成物。 - 前記ポリウレタン材料が下式I:
a.)R1及びR2は、置換又は非置換されてもよいアリール、ヘテロアリール、アルキル、又はヘテロアルキル基から独立して選択され、
b.)R3、R5及びR6は、H、ポリマー、又はアリール、ヘテロアリール、アルキル若しくはヘテロアルキル基から独立して選択され、
c.)R4は、OH、ポリマー、又はアリール、ヘテロアリール、アルキル若しくはヘテロアルキル基であり、並びに
d.)R7及びR8は、置換又は非置換されてもよいH、アリール、ヘテロアリール又はアルキル基から独立して選択され、
e.)yは1〜200、好ましくは1〜100、より好ましくは1〜50、最も好ましくは1〜5の整数である)を有する物質を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。 - 式Iについて、
a.)R1は、4,4’−ジフェニルメタン、ベンゼン、カルボジイミド変性4,4’−ジフェニルメタン、及びヘキサメチレンから選択され、
b.)R2は、ポリプロピレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール、1,4−ブタングリコールアジぺート、1,4−ブタン、1,3−プロパン、エタン、4,4’−ジヒドロキシビフェニル、及び2,2’−ジメチロールプロパン酸から選択され、
c.)R3、R4、R5及びR6は、シリコーン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、官能化置換ワックス、脂肪酸エステル、ポリアミン、ポリアクリレート、カルボン酸、及びポリカルボン酸から独立して選択され、並びに、
d.)R7及びR8は、置換又は非置換されてもよいアリール、ヘテロアリール、又はアルキル基から独立して選択される、
請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。 - 潤滑剤を含み、好ましくは前記潤滑剤が脂肪酸エステル、シリコーン、ポリエチレンエマルション及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される物質を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 包装及び請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を含む製品であって、前記製品が完成した消費者製品である、製品。
- 前記包装が少なくとも部分的に前記組成物を収容する容器を含む、請求項5に記載の製品。
- 消費者布地製品、毛髪又はこれらの組み合わせを処置する方法であって、
a.)前記消費者布地製品、毛髪又はこれらの組み合わせの少なくとも一部を請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物に接触させる工程、
b.)請求項1に記載の組成物に接触した前記消費者布地製品、毛髪又はこれらの組み合わせの少なくとも一部を乾燥させる工程、
を含む、方法。 - 前記乾燥工程が、前記消費者布地製品にアイロン及び/又はプレス処理を行うことにより達成される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記接触工程が、前記消費者布地製品に請求項1に記載の組成物をスプレーすることにより、又は前記消費者布地製品を請求項1に記載の組成物に浸漬することにより達成される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記消費者布地製品、毛髪又はこれらの組み合わせが、前記布地製品がエンドユーザーにより使用される前に処置される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 請求項11に従って処置された布地製品。
