Description
シアン化水素を含有する合成ガスを気液接触段階に供給すること、
気液接触段階において、合成ガスを、少なくとも1つの溶解した金属塩を含む水系の洗浄溶液と接触させ、金属塩の金属カチオンが金属シアニド錯体及び/又は金属シアニド析出物を形成することができ、且つ金属塩の弱酸アニオンが、洗浄溶液のpHを6〜10の範囲に緩衝するように作用し、洗浄溶液によってシアン化水素を合成ガスから洗浄して、被処理合成ガス及び使用済み洗浄溶液を得ること、
断続的(from time to time)又は連続的に、使用済み洗浄溶液の少なくとも一部を気液接触段階から取り出すこと、及び
被処理合成ガスを前記気液接触段階から取り出すこと、
を含む、シアン化水素を合成ガスから少なくとも部分的に除去するプロセスを提供する。
Claims (12)
- シアン化水素を合成ガスから少なくとも部分的に除去するプロセスであって、
シアン化水素を含有する合成ガスを気液接触段階に供給すること、
前記気液接触段階において、前記合成ガスを、少なくとも1つの溶解した金属塩を含む水系の洗浄溶液と接触させ、該金属塩の金属カチオンが金属シアニド錯体及び/又は金属シアニド析出物を形成することができ、且つ該金属塩の弱酸アニオンが、前記洗浄溶液のpHを6〜10の範囲に緩衝するように作用し、該洗浄溶液によってシアン化水素を前記合成ガスから洗浄して、被処理合成ガス及び使用済み洗浄溶液を得ること、
断続的又は連続的に、前記使用済み洗浄溶液の少なくとも一部を前記気液接触段階から取り出すこと、及び
前記被処理合成ガスを前記気液接触段階から取り出すこと、
を含む、シアン化水素を合成ガスから少なくとも部分的に除去するプロセス。 - 前記洗浄溶液が、1質量%〜20質量%の範囲の濃度で金属塩を含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記洗浄溶液が、1質量%〜10質量%の範囲の濃度で金属塩を含む、請求項2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記洗浄溶液中に金属シアニド錯体及び/又は金属シアニド析出物を形成することができる前記金属カチオンの濃度が、0.1質量%〜4質量%の範囲であり、該洗浄溶液中の前記弱酸アニオンの濃度が0.5質量%〜8質量%の範囲である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記金属塩が、1つ又は複数の鉄、銅、コバルト、銀、金及び/又は他の遷移金属の塩を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記弱酸アニオンが有機酸に由来する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記弱酸アニオンが、クエン酸塩、シュウ酸塩、酢酸塩及びプロピオン酸塩から成る群から選択されるカルボン酸塩に由来する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記気液接触段階を40℃〜200℃の温度で稼動させる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記温度が45℃〜70℃である、請求項8に記載のプロセス。
- 洗浄溶液調製段階において新たな洗浄溶液を調製することであって、該新たな洗浄溶液が、弱酸を含有する水溶液を高表面積金属原料上に通過させ、それにより、反応して溶解した金属塩が形成することによって調製されることを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記弱酸を含有する水溶液が、Fischer−Tropsch反応水生成物であるか、又はこれに由来する、請求項10に記載のプロセス。
- 前記合成ガスが凝縮性炭化水素成分を含み、前記プロセスが、
該凝縮性炭化水素成分の少なくともいくらかを前記気液接触段階において凝縮して、炭化水素凝縮体を形成すること、及び
該炭化水素凝縮体を前記気液接触段階から取り出すこと、
を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
