Abstract
【解決手段】遠心筒1には液体進入口2と液体排出口5が設けられている。遠心筒1の内部には求心フロート弁4が設けられ、求心フロート弁4は、遠心力を発生させることができる遠心筒の筒壁に取り付けられている。本発明は、密度の異なる流体が遠心筒に進入し、遠心力の作用により、密度の大きい液体媒質は遠心筒壁に寄り、密度の小さい液体は逐次に内側に向かって寄ることになる。フロート本体7が密度の異なる流体から受ける内側への浮力がフロート本体自身の質量による外側向けの遠心力より大きい場合、フロート本体7は、内側に向かって動くようになり、通路が開放され、筒壁に沈積した重い媒質が装置外部に排出される。

Claims (3)
- 液体進入口と液体排出口とを有する遠心筒を備え、該遠心筒は、その筒壁に取り付けられた求心フロート弁を備えることを特徴とする液液分離装置。
- 前記求心フロート弁はフロート本体と弁座とが構成され、前記フロート本体が弁座の内部に配置されており、前記フロート本体が遠心筒の筒壁に設置された貫通孔とつながっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液液分離装置。
- 前記求心フロート弁はフロート本体と弁座とが構成され、前記フロート本体が弁座の内部に配置されており、弁座が前記遠心筒の筒壁において加工されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の液液分離装置。
