Claims (11)
- 超音波溶接の品質管理方法であって、測定値許容差範囲は、実行された複数の溶接プロセスの複数の測定値から決定され、前記複数の測定値は、溶接プロセスに影響を与え、および/または溶接プロセスの品質を示す、少なくとも1つのパラメータに関連付けられており、引き続く複数の溶接プロセスにおいて同じパラメータに割り当てられている測定値は品質管理において考慮され、
以前の複数の測定値を用いて確立された前記許容差範囲からの引き続く複数の測定値の偏差に基づいて、引き続く複数の溶接に対する前記測定値許容差範囲は、その形状の観点または平均値に関連する位置の観点から調整される、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記許容差範囲の変化は、連続的に生じる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記許容差範囲の変化は、所定数の溶接が生じた後に起こる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記許容差範囲の変化は、複数の溶接片を評価することによって監視され、複数の溶接パラメータは、前記許容差範囲内および前記許容差範囲外に位置する前記複数のパラメータを伴って、前記複数の片の溶接に割り当てられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
