Claims (10)
- 円板刃の製造方法であって、円板刃(T)は、抄紙機のスリッタ刃のような、特に回転切刃として使用されることに意図されたものであり、刃の予備形成物(1)から製造されて切刃表面(2)が設けられる円板刃の製造方法において、刃の予備形成物(1)は、構造部分(1’)を含み、該構造部分は基材から成り、製造されるべき円板刃の実質的に切刃領域であるところに存在する取付面(3)上で、固体状態にあるワイヤ(4b)から、少なくとも耐摩耗性材料層(4)が加工され、該耐摩耗性材料層(4)は、タングステンまたはクロム(Wmin.またはCrmin.=4%)とバナジウム(Vmin.=10%)とで合金化された鋼(Cmin.=2.5%)から成ることを特徴とする円板刃の製造方法。
- Ralloy(登録商標)WR6鋼またはその類似物のような工具鋼を利用可能である、特に回転円板刃の製造における方法であって、加工された材料層を加工し、機械加工し、および/または研磨して切刃表面(2)を完成させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 補助材料ワイヤ(4b)が、取付面(3)上に、電気アークを用いて、またはレーザ技術を利用して加工されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 補助材料ワイヤ(4b)として、少なくとも次の物質:V:16%、W:6.0%、C:3.9%、Si:1.4%、Mo:0.4%を含む鉄ベースの材料が使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 刃の予備形成物の構造部分(1;1’)が、AISI D2またはその類似物のような通常の工具鋼から製造されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 抄紙機のスリッタ刃のような、回転切刃として特に使用されることが意図された円板刃であって、円板刃(T)は刃の予備形成物(1)から製造されて切刃表面(2)が設けられる円板刃において、刃の予備形成物(1)は、構造部分(1’)を含み、該構造部分は基材から成り、その外周部分には取付面(3)を有し、該取付面上で、少なくとも耐摩耗性材料層(4)が加工され、該耐摩耗性材料層は実際の切刃表面(2)を形成し、タングステンまたはクロム(Wmin.またはCrmin.=4%)とバナジウム(Vmin.=10%)とで合金化された鋼(Cmin.=2.5%)から成ることを特徴とする円板刃。
- 材料層(4)が、Ralloy(登録商標)WR6鋼またはその類似物もしくは鋼を含み、固体状態にある補助ワイヤ(4b)から加工されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の円板刃。
- 材料層(4)が、少なくとも次の物質:V:16%、W:6.0%、C:3.9%、Si:1.4%、Mo:0.4%を含む鉄ベースの材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の円板刃。
- 構造部分(1;1’)の基材として、AISI D2またはその類似物のような通常の工具鋼が使用されることを特徴とする請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載の円板刃。
- 抄紙機のスリッタ刃のような、特に回転切刃として使用されるべき円板刃(T)の切刃表面(2)としての耐摩耗性補助材料(4)の使用であって、該耐摩耗性補助材料はタングステンまたはクロム(Wmin.またはCrmin.=4%)とバナジウム(Vmin.=10%)とで合金化された鋼(Cmin.=2.5%)から成り、切刃表面が取付面(3)上にワイヤ状の補助材料から加工され、該円板刃の構造部分(1;1’)の外周部分に存在し、該構造部分が基材から成ることを特徴とする使用。
