Abstract
Description
− レベルゲージについて: 低い位置がよりよく確定され、従ってタンクの変形による計量への影響が少ない;
− ヒータについて: 凍結した場合にも、加熱システムと組み合わされた取付プレートの設計を介した区画の開発が、汚染制御システムの作動に必要とされるある体積の添加剤溶液を車両製造業者によって要求される時間フレーム内で送り出すことを可能とする(例えば:30分間で100mL);
− 温度若しくは品質センサ、または、添加剤の他の特徴のセンサについて: 噴射システムへの供給のための臨界ゾーンにおける容易な位置の特定を可能とさせる。

Claims (10)
- 尿素供給または戻しライン(2)であって、
該ラインを尿素タンクへ接続することを可能にする中空継ぎ手(1)と、
尿素用の流路と、を含むラインにおいて、
前記継ぎ手が更に、その少なくとも一部分が、尿素用に設けられた前記流路内に自由に延在する加熱フィラメント(9)を備え、
前記部分が、前記タンク中及び/または前記タンクに取り付けられているチューブ中に少なくとも部分的に延在することも可能であるループまたは螺旋形状を有する、
ことを特徴とするライン。 - 前記継ぎ手(1)が、射出成形されたプラスチックで作製されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のライン。
- 前記継ぎ手(1)が、略直角である角度を間に成す2つの略円筒状の部分から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のライン。
- 前記継ぎ手(1)に、一方で前記タンクへの、及び他方で前記ライン(2)へのクイック接続を可能とするレリーフ(6、7)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のライン。
- 前記ループ/螺旋が、前記継ぎ手(1)内への挿入を容易にするガイド(11)により支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のライン。
- 電気端子(8)が、前記ループ/螺旋に接続されており、且つ前記加熱フィラメント(9)の通過を許容する開口が設けられた前記継ぎ手(1)の突出部(13)に連結されており、前記突出部(13)及び/または前記電気端子(8)には、この目的のために、これらが互いに迅速に連結されることを可能とするレリーフ(12)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のライン。
- 前記ラインが、実質的にその全長にわたって、前記継ぎ手(1)のものと一体に形成された加熱フィラメント(9)または前記継ぎ手(1)のものと直列にまたは並列に接続された別個の発熱体を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のライン。
- 前記加熱フィラメント(9)が前記ラインの外表面にコイル状に巻かれ、その一端(9’)は前記電気端子の一方のポストに直接的に接続されていると共に、他端(9”)は前記継ぎ手内でループを描いてから前記電気端子の他方のポストに接続されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のライン。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のライン(2)が設けられている尿素タンク。
- 前記継ぎ手(1)が、タンクの壁面にある開口を封止するベースプレートと一体的に成形されたチューブに接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のタンク。
