Abstract
【解決手段】廃棄物はゾーン温度照射および熱分離あるいは物質変換にさらされ、結果として生じる固体残さは高温溶解物に変換され、該廃棄物は、いくつかに分けて圧縮され、小型パケットを形成し、少なくとも1つの低温域と、合成ガスが廃棄物から生産される少なくとも1つの高温域とを有する温度処理域を、温度が増加する方向に通過し、該生産された合成ガスは、ガス透過性床および該床より高い状態の合成ガスの安定化ゾーンを通過し、次いで安定化ゾーンの外へ出され、該合成ガスは、後続反応において炭化水素分子に変換される。

によって、実施される場合に有利である。
本発明に係る方法は、それぞれ15t/hの廃棄物処理能力をそれぞれ有する二つのラインを備える、すなわち合計で30t/hの廃棄物処理能力を可能にするサーモセレクト施設を参照してより詳細に説明される。それにより、12MJ/kgの廃棄物の平均廃棄物発熱量が、稼働の基準である。施設の連続稼働の場合、それにより、体積組成38%のCO、体積で38%のH2、および体積で14%のCO2の、おおよそ30,000Nm3/hの合成ガスが得られる。燃料生産は、フィッシャー・トロプシュ処理により達成される。フィッシャー・トロプシュ反応に好適なCO/H2の比を設定するために、COの一部は、シフト反応においてH2に変換される。ここで結果として生じるCO2は分離される。

燃料生産の全ての段階にわたる収率として、用いられた合成ガスの60%が達成される。これは、実験室条件下で最適化された方法として75%を示す文献値に非常に近い。COおよび水素の特有の容積重量は、物質平衡の計算の基準である。その式は、以下に示される。

Claims (11)
- 全ての種類の廃棄物の処理および使用の方法であって、
廃棄物はゾーン温度照射および熱分離あるいは物質変換にさらされ、結果として生じる固体残さは高温溶解物に変換され、
前記廃棄物は、いくつかに分けて圧縮され、小型パケットを形成し、少なくとも1つの低温域と、合成ガスが廃棄物から生産される少なくとも1つの高温域とを有する温度処理域を、温度が増加する方向に通過し、
前記生産された合成ガスは、ガス透過性床および前記床より高い状態の合成ガスの安定化ゾーンを通過し、次いで安定化ゾーンの外へ出され、
前記合成ガスは、後続反応において炭化水素分子に変換されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記生産された合成ガスのうち少なくとも70%、好ましくは80%、特に好ましくは100%が、炭化水素への反応に用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 反応に用いられない合成ガスの部分は、処理方法の固有のエネルギー必要量を賄うために用いられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 気体、液体、および/または固体の、前記反応の結果生じる副生成物が、前記合成ガス生産の高温域に戻されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記戻された副生成物が、前記処理方法の固有のエネルギー必要量を賄うために用いられることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記反応は、200℃から350℃の温度範囲で、一般式
nCO+(2n+1)H2 → CnH2n+2+nH2O
に従って行われることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 - 前記炭化水素は平均で5から20の炭素原子を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 一酸化炭素の水素に対する体積比は、シフト反応において、反応前に水素寄りに移動されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 水素に対する一酸化炭素の体積比は、前記シフト反応後に、少なくとも1:1.5、好ましくは少なくとも1:2であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか1つに記載の方法の燃料の合成のための使用。
- 前記燃料はディーゼル燃料であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の使用。
