Abstract
前記の加圧手段(16,18)を駆動するための駆動手段(26,42);および前記駆動手段(26,42)を活性化するための活性化手段(46)を含み、前記装置はさらに前もって定めた用量が開口部を通して排出された後に、薬剤に加えられた圧力を解放するための圧力解放手段(20)を有する、薬剤送達装置に関する。
Description
薬剤を送達する多くの装置が市場に存在し、また特許も出願されている。薬剤は注射器、カートリッジおよびその他同種のもののような容器中に配置され、薬剤が送達される際には薬剤が圧力に暴露される。非常に一般的な設計は、コンパートメントの1つの端にストッパーを有する一般に管状のコンパートメント、およびコンパートメントの反対端へ取り付けられた針ユニットを有する。
本発明の目的は、上記の言及されたタイプの最先端の技術装置に関連した多くの欠点および問題を改善し、医療用具の取り扱いを容易にする改良を提供することである。
図1は本発明が利用される薬剤送達装置の非制限的例を示す。送達装置は、繰り返し小量の薬剤を送達するために、片手で握れるように設計されたハウジング10を有する。しかしながら、他のタイプの送達装置も、詳細に下に記載される圧力解放機構を有することができることは理解される。
Claims (12)
- 薬剤送達装置であって;
ハウジング(10);
薬剤を収容するように配置された容器(12)、該容器はさらに容器から薬剤を排出するように配置された開口部を有する;
前記の容器内を移動可能な壁部分(16)、および、開口部を通して前もって定めた量の薬剤を排出するために容器の内部の薬剤に対して圧力を働かせるように配置された加圧要素(18;18’)を有する加圧手段;
前記の加圧手段を駆動するための駆動手段(26,42;26’、42’);および
前記駆動手段を活性化するための活性化手段(46;46’)を含み、前記装置はさらに前もって定めた用量が開口部を通して排出された後に、薬剤に加えられた圧力を解放するための圧力解放手段(20;20’)を有する、薬剤送達装置。 - 前記の加圧要素(18;18’)は、前記移動可能な壁部分を前方へ移動させるために、前記駆動手段と相互作用するように配置され、それによりある予め決定された一定量の薬剤を開口部を通して排出し、前記加圧要素(18;18’)はさらに、ある予め決定された用量が開口部を通して排出された後に加圧要素(18;18’)が若干後方に移動されるように前記圧力解放手段(20;20’)とも相互作用するように配置される、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記の圧力解放手段が第一の噛合要素(24;24’)を有する、請求項1または2記載の装置。
- 前記の駆動手段が、回転がロックされた位置で前記加圧要素(18)の周囲に配置されているドライバー(26)を含み、また前記第一の噛合要素(24)と相互作用するように設計され配置された第二の噛合要素(70)を有する、請求項3記載の装置。
- 2つの噛合要素(24、70)の噛み合い表面がラチェット形式を有する、請求項4記載の装置。
- 第2の噛合要素(70)が、第一の噛合要素(24)に対して回転可能であるように設計され配置される、請求項4または5記載の装置。
- 前記装置がさらに、ハウジングの内部表面に固定して取り付けられた環(60)を有し、該環は前記第一の噛合要素(24’)と相互作用するように設計され配置された第二の噛合要素(70’)を有する、請求項3記載の装置。
- 噛合要素(24’、70’)の噛み合い表面が、一種の波状の形状を有する、請求項7記載の装置。
- 第一の噛合要素(24’)が第2の噛合要素(70’)に対して回転可能であるように設計され配置された、請求項7または8記載の装置。
- 前記の駆動手段がエネルギー蓄積要素(42、42’)を有する、請求項1から9のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- エネルギー蓄積要素(42;42’)がぜんまいばねである、請求項10記載の装置。
- 前記の活性化手段(46;46’)が、前記の駆動手段(42、26;42’、26’)と相互作用するように設計され配置され、前記の加圧手段を移動させ、ある前もって定めた量の薬剤を段階的に送達する、請求項1から11のいずれか1項記載の装置。
