Description
Claims (4)
- 芯管(1)と、シール押さえ(3)と、シール受け(5)と、接続管(7)とを備え、前記芯管(1)は一方の端が接続管(7)の中に挿入され、前記接続管(7)は前記シール受け(5)の一方の端に固定して接続されて前記芯管(1)の外面を覆うように取付けられ、前記芯管(1)の前記接続管(7)に挿入される端に少なくとも一つの環状外側ボス(8)が設けられ、前記シール受け(5)の内面に少なくとも一つの環状内側ボス(9)が設けられ、前記シール押さえ(3)は、前記芯管(1)の外面を覆うように取付けられるとともに、前記シール受け(5)の内面と前記芯管(1)の外面との間に取付けられる円環面シール部材(4)に当接されるように前記シール受け(5)の他方の端に挿入され、前記シール押さえ(3)と前記シール受け(5)とは接続部材(2)により接続されるパイプ用の耐高圧回転式補償装置において、前記シール受け(5)と前記芯管(1)との間に、少なくとも一つの、前記シール受け(5)の内面と、前記芯管(1)の外面と、前記環状外側ボス(8)及び前記環状内側ボス(9)の側面とで構成されるシールキャビティが形成され、前記シールキャビティの中に端面シール部材(6)が設けられることを特徴とするパイプ用の耐高圧回転式補償装置。
- 前記芯管(1)の外面に接する前記シール受け(5)の前記環状内側ボス(9)および/または前記芯管(1)の外面に接する前記シール押さえ(3)において、ボール(10)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパイプ用の耐高圧回転式補償装置。
- 前記シール部材(4,6)は、耐高温・高圧のシール部材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパイプ用の耐高圧回転式補償装置。
- 前記接続管(7)は、前記シール受け(5)に固定して接続される端がパイプに接続される端より大径である変径パイプジョイントであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパイプ用の耐高圧回転式補償装置。
