Abstract

本发明针对现有旋转补偿器存在的高温、高压密封性差的问题,公开了一种带有新的密封结构的管道用耐高压旋转补偿器,它包括芯管(1)、密封压盖(3)、密封座(5)、连接管(7),芯管(1)的一端插入连接管(7)中,连接管(7)与密封座(5)的一端固定相连并套装在芯管(1)上,在芯管(1)上设有环形外凸台(8),在密封座(5)上设有环形内凸台(9),密封压盖(3)套装在芯管(1)上并插入密封座(5)的另一端中与环面密封件(4)相抵,密封压盖(3)和密封座(5)通过连接件(2)相连,其特征是在密封座(5)和芯管(1)之间形成有一个密封腔,在所述的密封腔中安装有端面密封件(6),所述密封腔的空间大小基本不变。它解决了高温高压介质管道的泄漏问题,进一步扩大了旋转补偿器的应用范围。

Description

管道用耐高压旋转补偿器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种管接头,尤其是一种用于管道中的可实现管道长度自动补偿的管道补偿器,具体地说是一种管道用耐高压旋转补偿器。
背景技术
目前,传统的套管式、波纹管式以及钢球式管道补偿装置由于存在结构复杂,成本高、安装不便及补偿量小等原因已逐步被旋转式补偿器所替,目前正在大量使用有旋转补偿器具有结构简单,制造方便,补偿量大的优点,详见中国专利ZL982270615、ZL022587098。
但在实际使用中人们发现由于密封结构存在问题,会产生端面泄漏,尤其是在输送高温、高压介质时,尤其会出现泄漏现象,因此必须对其密封结构进行改进,以适应高温、高压输送管道的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有旋转补偿器存在的高温、高压密封性差的问题,设计一种带有新的密封结构的管道用耐高压旋转补偿器。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种管道用耐高压旋转补偿器,包括芯管1、密封压盖3、密封座5、连接管7,芯管1的一端插入连接管7中,连接管7与密封座5的一端固定相连并套装在芯管1上,在芯管1伸入连接管7的一端上至少设有一个环形外凸台8,在密封座5的内表面上至少设有一个环形内凸台9,密封压盖3套装在芯管1上并插入密封座5的另一端中与安装在密封座5的内表面与芯管1的外表面之间的环面密封件4相抵,密封压盖3和密封座5通过连接件2相连,其特征是在密封座5和芯管1之间至少形成有一个由密封座5内表面、芯管1外表面以及环形外凸台8、环形内凸台9的侧面形成的密封腔,在所述的密封腔中安装有端面密封件6,所述密封腔的空间大小基本不变。
为了保证补偿时转动的灵活性,本发明在与芯管1的外表面相接触的密封座5的环形内凸台9和/或与芯管1的外表面相接触的密封压盖3上安装有滚珠10。
为了保证密封性能,本发明的密封件4,6可为耐高温高压密封材料件,如高纯柔性油浸石墨密封件。
为了连接方便,本发明的连接管7可为变径管接头,其与密封座5固定相连的一端的管径大于其与管道相连的一端的管径。
本发明具有以下优点:
本发明是在进行了大量试验的前提下,通过解剖分析现有旋转补偿器存在的密封不佳的问题的基础上发现端面密封是所有问题的关键之所在,因此本发明通过增加一主要起端面密封作用的密封装置6使得高温高压介质无法通过芯管1的外表面进入现有的环面密封4处,且端面密封效果会随着温度和压力的升高而增强,这是由于在一个相对密封的密闭腔中,密封件的膨胀系数大于腔体的膨胀系数,因此,温度、压力越高,密封件与端面的贴合程度越好,因此密封效果更佳。而传统的旋转补偿器正是忽略了这一点而造成端面泄漏,从而限制了旋转补偿器的推广应用。而本发明成功地解决了这一技术问题,使得其应用范围大大扩大,可应用到各类高温、高压介质管道的补偿中。
为了提高密封效果,本发明的端面密封装置可采用一个或一个以上,安装端面密封件6的密封腔也可设计成与环面密封腔相类似的腔体体积可调式的结构。

具体实施方式
下面结构附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示。
一种管道用耐高压旋转补偿器,包括芯管1、密封压盖3、密封座5、连接管7,芯管1的一端插入连接管7中,连接管7可采用工程上常用的变径管接头,连接管7与密封座5的一端焊接相连并套装在芯管1上,在芯管1伸入连接管7的一端上设有一个环形外凸台8(该环形外凸台的数量也可根据介质温度和管道压力通过实验确定),在密封座5的内表面上设有一个环形内凸台9(该环形内凸台的数量也可根据介质温度和管道压力通过实验确定),密封压盖3套装在芯管3上并插入密封座5的另一端中与安装在密封座5的内表面与芯管1的外表面之间的环面密封件4相抵,密封压盖3和密封座5通过连接件2相连,在密封座5和芯管1之间至少形成有一个由密封座5内表面、芯管1外表面以及环形外凸台8、环形内凸台9的侧面形成的密封腔,在所述的密封腔中安装有端面密封件6,密封件4,6可采用耐高温高压密封材料件,如高纯柔性油浸石墨密封件。
为了保证补偿时转动的灵活性,具体实施时可在与芯管1的外表面相接触的密封座5的环形内凸台9和与芯管1的外表面相接触的密封压盖3上安装有一圈滚珠10,滚珠10也可仅安装在与芯管1的外表面相接触的密封压盖3上,也可一圈也不安装,这时因为旋转时的转动速度很慢,相对转动的角度有限,对转动的灵活性要求不是很高所致,当然,如果安装有滚珠10则其效果会更好。
具体实施时,为了增加密封效果,可适当增加端面密封件6和环面密封件4的数量,而这在制造中只需通过增加内外环形台阶面的方法加以实现。
本发明未涉及部分均与现有技术相同。
综上所述,在现有的旋转补偿器中增加端面密封件是本发明的关键之所在,但凡通过增加端面密封件的方法解决旋转补偿器泄漏的均被认为涵盖在本发明之中。

Claims (4)

1、一种管道用耐高压旋转补偿器,包括芯管(1)、密封压盖(3)、密封座(5)、连接管(7),芯管(1)的一端插入连接管(7)中,连接管(7)与密封座(5)的一端固定相连并套装在芯管(1)上,在芯管(1)伸入连接管(7)的一端上至少设有一个环形外凸台(8),在密封座(5)的内表面上至少设有一个环形内凸台(9),密封压盖(3)套装在芯管(1)上并插入密封座(5)的另一端中与安装在密封座(5)的内表面与芯管(1)的外表面之间的环面密封件(4)相抵,密封压盖(3)和密封座(5)通过连接件(2)相连,其特征是在密封座(5)和芯管(1)之间至少形成有一个由密封座(5)内表面、芯管(1)外表面以及环形外凸台(8)、环形内凸台(9)的侧面形成的密封腔,在所述的密封腔中安装有端面密封件(6),所述密封腔的空间大小基本不变。
2、根据权利要求1所述的管道用耐高压旋转补偿器,其特征是在与芯管(1)的外表面相接触的密封座(5)的环形内凸台(9)和/或与芯管(1)的外表面相接触的密封压盖(3)上安装有滚珠(10)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的管道用耐高压旋转补偿器,其特征是所述的密封件(4,6)为耐高温高压密封材料件。
4、根据权利要求1所述的管道用耐高压旋转补偿器,其特征是所述的连接管(7)为变径管接头,其与密封座(5)固定相连的一端的管径大于其与管道相连的一端的管径。
