Abstract
【解決手段】保冷槽20の天板20aから垂らしたワイヤ40によって懸架された複数個の温度センサ(例えば、5個の熱電対TC1〜TC5)を、保冷槽20内に格納された設備や配管の間隙に配し、前記温度センサの測定値が所定の温度範囲を外れた場合には、当該温度センサの近傍の設備や配管に異常が発生したと判断する。

Claims (3)
- 保冷槽内に格納された設備や配管の異常を検知する保冷槽内の異常検知方法であって、保冷槽の上部から垂らしたワイヤによって懸架された複数個の温度センサを、保冷槽内に格納された設備や配管の間隙に配し、該温度センサの測定値が所定の温度範囲を外れた場合には、当該温度センサの近傍の設備や配管に異常が発生したと判断することを特徴とする保冷槽内の異常検知方法。
- 前記設備の稼動中と停止中とで、前記所定の温度範囲を変更することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保冷槽内の異常検知方法。
- 前記温度センサは、熱電対または測温抵抗体であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の保冷槽内の異常検知方法。
