Description

The present invention relates to a packaging bag for sanitary thin paper storage products in which tissue paper or kitchen paper is stored.

For example, a plurality of sanitary thin paper storage boxes containing tissue paper, kitchen paper, and the like are packaged together in film packaging bags. In recent packaging forms, a band-shaped handle film extending from the upper part of one side surface of the packaging bag to the upper part of the other side surface is joined (connected) to both side surfaces by heat fusion (welding). It can be easily carried by gripping the free part between the joints. Further, in such a packaging form, in order to provide carrying durability, there is usually no perforation for opening, and when opening, from the lower part of the packaging body or the end of the fusion part at the side of the packaging body A method of tearing and opening the handle film, pulling the handle film upward, or pulling the fusion film ear portion (non-joined portion 14 described later) upward of the handle film to break the packaging film from the joint portion with the handle film. The current situation is that it is adopted.

特開2003−341724号公報JP 2003-341724 A 特開2007−153383号公報JP 2007-153383 A

However, in conventional packaging bags, the joint part of the handle film and the surrounding part are stretched more plastic than necessary, and the force is dispersed and unnecessarily unsealed, such as requiring more force than necessary for opening. There was something to do.
Therefore, the main problem of the present invention is to provide a packaging bag that can be easily opened by pulling upward the fused portion ear of the handle film while maintaining the tensile strength in the vertical direction of the handle, and the conveyance by the handle. It is in.

As a technique to solve the above problems, it was considered to change the material of the handle film to one that is difficult to stretch plastically. It will be difficult. The present invention described below is based on such knowledge.

[Invention of Claim 1]
Packaging film for packaging sanitary tissue paper storage products;
Both ends are provided with band-shaped handle films bonded to both side surfaces of the packaging film,
The packaging film has an elongation in the height direction at 5 N / 25 mm of 2.5 to 3.3%,
The handle film contains 79 to 95% by weight of polyethylene and 5 to 18% by weight of polylactic acid, and the elongation ratio in the longitudinal direction when the ratio of polyethylene: polylactic acid is 79:18 to 95: 5, 5 N / 25 mm. Is 1.50-2.10%,
A packaging bag for hygienic tissue paper storage products.

(Function and effect)
The handle film of the present invention is a compound of polyethylene and polylactic acid, and is hardly plastically deformed. Therefore, when pulling and opening the handle film, the joint portion of the handle film and its peripheral portion are not plastically stretched more than necessary, and the force for opening is concentrated on the joint portion, and the packaging film is wrapped around the joint portion. The handle film of the present invention can be easily broken, and since it has a sufficient flexibility (elastic deformation) while being hardly plastically deformed, it is difficult to hit the hand and is easy to hold.

In addition, plant-derived polylactic acid can be used as the handle film, and in this case, there is an advantage that the environmental load is low in terms of CO 2 emission in the incineration disposal of the handle film to be discarded.

The elongation rate means that a test piece having a width of 25 mm × a length of 70 mm is taken, and conforming to JIS P 8113, with a chucking interval of 50 mm, pulled at a speed of 100 mm / min, a predetermined load (in the above case, 5N / 25 mm) means the elongation (%) measured.

[Invention of Claim 2]
The sanitary thin paper storage product packaging bag according to claim 1, wherein the packaging film is made of at least one of polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyester and is heat-sealed with the handle film.

(Function and effect)
The joint between the handle film and the packaging film of the present invention is preferably formed by heat fusion, and in that case, the packaging film is preferably made of these materials.

As described above, according to the present invention, while being transported by the handle and maintaining the tensile strength in the vertical direction of the handle, it can be easily opened by pulling the fused portion of the handle film upward. The grip film is advantageous in that it is sufficiently flexible and easy to hold.

It is a figure which shows embodiment of the packaging bag of the sanitary thin paper storage product which concerns on this invention, and has shown the state which packaged five sanitary thin paper storage boxes.

Next, an embodiment of a packaging bag for a sanitary thin paper storage box according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In FIG. 1, an arrow U indicates an upward direction, an arrow D indicates a downward direction, an arrow LR indicates a left-right direction, and an arrow FB indicates a front-rear direction, but these are merely used for convenience of explanation. Absent.

As shown in FIG. 1, the packaging bag X1 of the sanitary thin paper storage box according to the present embodiment mainly includes five sanitary thin paper storage boxes C, a packaging film 11, and a handle film 12.

All of the five sanitary thin paper storage boxes C have the same shape and are formed by forming cardboard into a rectangular parallelepiped shape. Sanitary thin paper (not shown) such as tissue paper or kitchen paper is folded and stored inside. Has been. On the upper surface of these sanitary thin paper storage boxes C, annular perforations as shown in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2009-083866 are provided. By cutting off these perforations, the sanitary thin paper storage boxes An outlet (not shown) from which sanitary thin paper accommodated in C can be taken out is formed. These sanitary thin paper storage boxes C are formed so that the vertical length is 40 to 110 mm, the horizontal length is 220 to 250 mm, the longitudinal length is 100 to 130 mm, and the weight per piece is 150 to 300 g. Has been.

The five sanitary thin paper storage boxes C are stacked in five steps along the vertical direction so as to form a vertically long rectangular parallelepiped shape, and are covered with a packaging film 11 formed in a cylindrical shape, and the upper and lower sides are sealed. By doing so, it is packed together. The packaging of the packaging film 11 is performed by known means such as caramel packaging or shrink packaging.

A band-shaped handle film 12 is disposed on the packaging film 11 wrapping the five sanitary thin paper storage boxes C so as to straddle the left and right side surfaces and the top surface, and both ends of the handle film are thermally fused to the left and right side surfaces, respectively. The pair of left and right joining portions 13 are formed by joining. The part between the two joints is not joined to the packaging film 11, and the handle film 12 can be grasped by hand by putting a hand between this part and the packaging film 11.

The positions of the left and right joints 13 can be determined as appropriate, but in the illustrated example, substantially the same height (in the illustrated example, the height overlapping the left and right side surfaces of the sanitary thin paper storage box C disposed on the top). At the center in the front-rear direction. The size of the handle film and the size and shape of each joint 13 can be determined as appropriate. In general, the handle film 12 preferably has a width of about 40 to 70 mm and a length of about 300 to 420 mm. Such a rectangular shape is preferable, and the dimensions of the joint portion 13 are preferably about 30 to 50 mm in the vertical direction and about 40 to 60 mm in the front and rear direction. In the normal case, the length direction of the handle film 12 and the MD direction (line flow direction at the time of manufacture of the handle film 12) coincide with each other.

The handle film 12 has a non-joining portion 14 that is not joined to the side surface of the packaging film 11 on the leading end side (lower side) of each joining portion. The non-joining part 14 has a dimension that can be grasped by hand, for example, a length of about 7 to 30 mm, and by grasping and pulling these non-joining parts by hand when the packaging film 11 is opened, The packaging film 11 can be opened from the periphery of the joint portion 13 and opened. Of course, the grip film 12 can be similarly unsealed by grasping and pulling the portion between both joints. The present invention is suitable when the perforation for opening is not formed on the packaging film 11, but is applied to the form in which the perforation is formed on the packaging film, and the user may select the opening method. good.

Characteristically, the packaging film 11 has an elongation rate in the height direction of 2.5 to 3.3%, particularly 9.0 to 12.0% at 5 N / 25 mm, and the grip film 12 has 5 N / 25 mm. The elongation in the longitudinal direction at 25 mm is 1.50 to 2.10%, particularly 1.58 to 1.75%. The elongation rate of the packaging film can be adjusted as appropriate according to the type of raw material (including resin blending), molecular weight, film thickness, stretching during manufacture, etc. The elongation rate of the grip film is the type of raw material (including resin blending). The molecular weight, film thickness, stretching during production, as well as the blending amount of polylactic acid described later can be appropriately adjusted.

Even if the elongation rate of the grip film 12 is within the above range, if the elongation rate in the height direction of the packaging film 11 is too high, the packaging film 11 is easily stretched easily, and the elongation rate in the height direction of the packaging film 11 is increased. If it is too low, the force required for opening will be excessive. Moreover, even if the elongation rate of the packaging film 11 is within the above range, if the elongation rate in the length direction of the handle film 12 is too high, when the handle film 12 is pulled and opened, the joint portion of the handle film 12 and its If the peripheral portion is unnecessarily plastically stretched, the force is dispersed and an unnecessarily large force is required for opening, and the elongation rate in the height direction of the handle film 12 is too low, the handle film 12 and the packaging film 11 It becomes difficult to put a hand in between, or it becomes easy to feel tight when putting a hand.

Characteristically, the handle film 12 is a resin film containing 79 to 95% by weight of polyethylene and 5 to 18% by weight of polylactic acid and having a ratio of polyethylene: polylactic acid of 79:18 to 95: 5. The The resin film having such a composition is highly flexible even if the elongation rate is controlled within the above range, and the handleability as a handle is not impaired. If there is too much polylactic acid, the elongation and flexibility will be too low, and opening by pulling the handle film will be easy, but it will be difficult to hold. On the other hand, when the amount of polylactic acid is too small, the elongation rate cannot be sufficiently suppressed, and when the handle film 12 is pulled and opened, the joint portion of the handle film 12 and its peripheral portion are plastically stretched more than necessary, and the force is increased. Dispersed and needs more force than necessary for opening.

Examples of the polyethylene used for the handle film 12 include LLDPE, LDPE, and HDPE. Among them, LLDPE is mainly used for reasons of excellent durability and tissue paper retention, and HDPE is 25 to 45% by weight (handle film). It is preferable to mix about a ratio of 12).

Examples of polylactic acid include poly L-lactic acid in which the structural unit of lactic acid is L-lactic acid, poly D-lactic acid in which the structural unit is D-lactic acid, and poly DL- that is a copolymer of L-lactic acid and D-lactic acid. Copolymers of lactic acid, lactic acid or lactide with other hydroxycarboxylic acids, dicarboxylic acids, diols, cyclic lactones, or mixtures thereof can be mentioned, and those derived from plants are preferably used. The number average molecular weight of polylactic acid is preferably in the range of 50,000 to 300,000, more preferably 80,000 to 150,000. When the number average molecular weight is less than 50,000, the resulting film has insufficient mechanical strength, and also frequently undergoes cutting during the stretching and winding processes, leading to a decrease in operability. On the other hand, when the number average molecular weight exceeds 300,000, the fluidity at the time of heating and melting becomes poor, and the film forming property is lowered.

On the other hand, the material of the packaging film 11 is not particularly limited, but a resin film made of at least one of polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyester is preferable in that it has a melting point close to the handle film 12 and is easily fused.

In addition to the raw material resin, the packaging film 11 and the handle film 12 are blended with an anti-blocking agent for preventing unintentional adhesion between films and a slip agent for appropriately adjusting the slip of the film. The total amount is preferably 3% by weight or less and at most 6% by weight.

The thickness of the handle film 12 is suitably 50 to 70 μm. If the handle film 12 is too thin, the handle film 12 is easily cut, and conversely, if the handle film 12 is too thick, not only the material cost is increased, but also it is difficult to ensure the quality stability of the heat bonding of the joint portion 13. The thickness of the packaging film 11 is suitably 20 to 30 μm. If the handle film 12 is too thin, it will be easily broken, and if it is too thick, not only will the material cost increase, but it will also be difficult to ensure the quality stability of the heat bonding of the joint 13.

The method for producing these films is not particularly limited, and a known method can be adopted. For example, an arbitrary method such as an extrusion (melt extrusion) method such as a T-die method or an inflation method, a casting (solution casting) method, or a calendar method can be employed. In particular, as a film production method, a T-die method or an inflation method is preferable.

In the present embodiment, the number of sanitary thin paper storage boxes C is five, but the number of sanitary thin paper storage boxes C is not particularly limited and may be any number.

As shown in Table 1 (Examples according to the present invention) and Table 2 (Comparative examples not included in the present invention), packaging bags having the same structure as that of the above-described embodiment (joint portions are formed by heat fusion). Various strengths were prepared, the grip strength and the opening strength were measured, and the ease of opening and the ease of holding were evaluated. Conditions not shown in the table were common to all examples.

The elongation was measured by the method described above (in the case of a packaging film, measurement was performed not only at a load of 5 N / 25 mm but also at a load of 10 N / 25 mm).

As for the grip strength, the lower surface of the packaging bag of the sanitary thin paper storage box is fixed, the grip film 12 is gripped by a push-pull gauge and pulled vertically upward, or when the grip film 12 is broken, or the handle film 12 The pulling force (kgf) of the push-pull gauge at the time when the fused portion between the wrapping film 11 and the wrapping film 11 was torn off from the wrapping film 11.

With respect to the unsealing strength, the pulling force (kgf) of the push-pull gauge at the time when the packaging film 11 was torn was pulled by pulling upward in a state where the non-joining portion 14 at the tip of the handle film 12 was gripped by the push-pull gauge.

About the ease of opening from a junction part, sensory evaluation was carried out in four steps about the ease of opening when pulling so that the non-joining part 14 of the handle film 12 tip might be lifted upwards.

For ease of handling, grip the center of the handle film 12 with one hand, and keep it in a proper width so that it will fit in your hand when you carry 1.6km on foot without any problems. Although there is no handle, the width of the handle becomes narrower and it bites into the fingertips, so that it feels more weighty, there is no problem in transportation, but the handle film sheet is not flexible and does not fit in the hand, the edge of the film hits the hand slightly An evaluation was made on a four-point scale, with △ as the one that felt painful, and X as the one with the problem that the handle was cut during transportation or the handle became thin and the hand became painful.
