As a conventional method of opening a four-sided seal bag, a notch is provided at a seal portion, the bag is torn open from the notch as a starting point, and the contents are taken out from the opening of the torn bag. However, if the contents are easily deformed or flat, such as Japanese confectionery and cookies, there is a problem that the contents are destroyed or deformed when tearing the bag.
In order to prevent this, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-230971 discloses that a non-adhesive portion is formed from the end of the side to be sealed to the seal portion, and the non-adhesive portion is formed from the film end of the non-adhesive portion to the adhesive portion. Providing an easy-open packaging bag that allows two notches that cut into a part of the bag to be provided at an interval, and that the two notches be picked up with a finger and only one side of the bag be opened in a band shape with the width of the notches Have been. In this case, it is necessary to cut off the film on the front and back of the notched seal at the time of opening, and peel off the film on the front and back by making the seal easy to peel. For this purpose, it is necessary to make the seal part of the entire bag easy to peel or only the notch part to make it easy to peel. However, if the whole seal is made easy to break, the seal part may be damaged at the distribution stage. I am worried. Also, in order to make it easy to peel off only the part required for opening, it was necessary to perform an easy peeling treatment only on that part. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-55248 discloses that a bag is a pillow wrapping bag, but two notches are provided at an interval on the joint seal portion, and the bag is circumferentially cut by tearing the joint seal portion between the notches. There has been proposed a method of opening the shape. However, in this case as well, it is necessary to separate the left and right films at the base of the joint seal, and by forming a fine scar at the portion of the film opposite the film that is being opened at the base of the joint seal, The film on the opposite side is cut off at that point and cut off. Therefore, a step of imparting a fine scar to the film is required separately, and there is a problem that the strength of the portion where the scar is applied is reduced.
That is, in the opening method as described above, it is necessary to separate one film from the other film at the seal portion regardless of the shape of the bag. In other words, there is a certain difference in whether the adhesive is easily peeled with a weak bond, the force due to peeling when the seal is used, and the force due to film cutting when the film is easily tearable.
V. Regardless of the deviation, the necessity of this separation has caused the above problems.
By the way, depending on the contents, it is used for dispensing after opening the bag, but there are cases where it is desired to reseal the contents after opening, and a zipper with a resealable occlusal opening / closing function suitable for this purpose Packaging bags are known.
In conventional packaging bags with zippers, the two films on the front and back of the bag are torn in the same way when opened. In this case, as shown in Fig. 8, the film edges 191-1 and 191-2 on the front and back of the torn bag almost overlap over the entire length of the unsealed portion and become the same line shape. After opening or resealing, open the zipper and take out the contents. There is no finger hook to separate the film on the front and back of the bag tear opening. There was a problem that the opening property of separating the back film to the left and right was poor. The present invention can be realized only by relatively simple processing, and without reducing the seal strength of the packaging bag or the strength of the packaging bag itself, even though there is no possibility that the sealed portion may be peeled off at the distribution stage, but by hand. It is an object to propose a packaging bag that can be easily opened. It is another object of the present invention to provide a zipper-equipped packaging bag which can be resealed after opening the packaging bag and has a good opening property.

Best mode for carrying out the invention>
An example of the packaging bag of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a part of the four-side seal bag, and illustrates the respective laminated configurations of the front side film 2 and the back side film 3 and their relative arrangement when forming the packaging bag 1. Here, the laminated film 2 on the front side is a film having a linear cut property. The laminated film 3 on the back side is a film having no linear cut property or having a smaller linear cut property than the laminated film 2.
The linear cut property referred to in the present invention means a property defined by the following measurement method. That is, along the flow direction at the time of film production and along the direction perpendicular to the flow direction,
直線カツト性を試験する方向と 垂直な切出し片の縁端に 3 0 mmの間隔をおいて 2箇所のノッチを入れる(図 9 ) c Cut out the film into a square of 250 mm square. Insert two notches at the edge of the cut piece perpendicular to the direction in which the straight cutability is tested at a distance of 30 mm (Fig. 9) c
Grab a 3 O mm cut with your finger and tear the film in a direction parallel to the straight cut direction (the film is cut as indicated by the dotted line in Fig. 9). In general, films have molecular orientation Depending on the direction of the orientation of the film component, the degree of tearing of the film may vary depending on the tearing direction of the film, so the above tear test is performed for the left and right directions of the film, and the tip of the tear becomes thin when the film is torn. Judgment of the straight cutability is based on the width of the leading end "X" of the film. The closer the value of X is to 3 O mm, the better the linear cutting property. Films with a value of X less than 5 mm or a tearing edge that does not reach the opposite edge are called films without linear force.
The four-sided seal bag in FIG. 1 is composed of two types of films, a front side laminated film 2 and a back side laminated film 3.
The front side laminated film 2 is composed of a base film layer 41, a film layer 5 having a linear cut property, and a heat-fusible film layer 6-1. Depending on the required characteristics of the bag, the order of lamination of the base film layer 4-1 and the film layer 5 having a linear force may be reversed, and the base film layer 4-1 may not be provided. Although not shown, other intermediate film layers may be laminated.
Further, in the front side laminated film 2 of FIG. 1, a linear cut property is imparted to the laminated film by using a film having a linear cut property as a part of a layer structure. 9-156649 The two films differing in the molecular orientation described in the bulletin are stacked back-to-back, that is, a combination of two films that exhibits a linear force as a set. A linear force may be imparted to the front side laminated film by using the above film layer as a part of the layer constitution.
The back side laminated film 3 is composed of a base film layer 4-2, an intermediate film layer 7, and a heat-fusible film layer 6-2. However, the intermediate film layer 7 may not be provided. The base film layers 4_1 and 4_2 include polyolefin resin films such as polypropylene, polyamide resin films such as nylon 6, nylon 66 and nylon 12, polyethylene terephthalate, and polybutylene terephthalate. A biaxially stretched film such as a polyester resin film is preferably used. The film layer 5 having a linear cut property includes a uniaxially stretched polyethylene film, a uniaxially stretched polypropylene film, or other uniaxially or uniaxially stretched polyolefin resin film, and, for example, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. Hei 7-113015. Nye as described A biaxially stretched polyamide-based film prepared by mixing a polymeta-xylylene adipamide resin with a Ron 6 resin and devising a layer separation structure and stretching conditions, and also described in, for example, JP-A-11-309916 As described above, there is a biaxially stretched polyester film obtained by mixing a polyethylene terephthalate resin with a polybutylene terephthalate resin and devising layer separation and stretching conditions.
As the heat-fusible resin film layers 6-1 and 6-2, films of low-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, copolymerized resin with ethylene-copolymerizable bur compound, or polypropylene resin film are used. Used. It is preferable that the types of resins of the film layers 61 and 6-2 are the same.
If the laminated film is required to have water vapor, gas barrier properties, or aroma barrier properties in storing the contents filled in the bag, use a polyvinylidene chloride resin layer or ethylene vinyl on the base film layers 4-1 and 4-2. Select a film coated with a resin layer mainly composed of an alcohol resin, a film on which metal oxides, metals, etc. are deposited, or as the intermediate film layer 7, a film having gas barrier properties, for example, metal foil such as aluminum, poly Films such as vinylidene chloride resin films, ethylene vinyl alcohol resin films, and co-extruded films of these with other resins can be laminated. When rigidity and design are required for the film, paper can be laminated.
The front-side laminated film 2 and the back-side laminated film 3 are formed into a four-sided seal bag according to a conventional method with the heat-fusible film layers 6-1 and 612 facing each other. The method for producing the laminated film is not particularly limited, and a dry or et lamination method in which the films are laminated using an adhesive, a sand lamination method in which the laminated films are extruded by extruding molten polyethylene or the like from a T-die, An extrusion lamination method in which molten polyethylene or the like is extruded from a T-die and laminated, and a thermal lamination method using a low melting point heat-fusible resin are used depending on the purpose.
FIGS. 2 to 5 show examples of a four-sided seal bag 8 with a zipper, and the bag 8 is composed of a front laminated film 2 and a back laminated film 3 (in the figure, the front laminated film is located on the front side of the paper surface). ) Force, horizontal seal at opening end 9-11 and horizontal seal at closed end, two vertical Four sides of the bag are sealed with seal 9-1-2. In other words, the periphery of the package or film is formed by the horizontal seal 9-1 at the opening end, the horizontal seal at the closed end, and the two vertical seals 9-2. At the fusion part of the vertical seal between the horizontal seal 9-1 and the zipper 10, there is provided a processing part 11 for easily starting cutting. The bag 8 is usually obtained by filling the contents of a bag molded in a state where three sides are sealed and one side is opened and then sealing the opening surface.
In the bag 8 in FIG. 2, the front side laminated film 2 has a linear cut property in the direction indicated by an arrow parallel to the horizontal seal 9 _ 1, and the end of the vertical seal 9-12 in a direction perpendicular to this direction. A cut 12 such as a U-shaped or U-shaped or a U-shaped cut is provided as a tearing start site for tearing the front side laminated film 2 in the direction of the straight line indicated by the arrow. The notch 12 is arranged so that the axis of symmetry of the notch 12 is arranged substantially parallel to the direction of the linear cut property of the film, and the notch 12 is the outer edge of the bag along the direction of the linear cut property. The part closest to the bag is cut, while the part furthest from the outer edge of the bag along the direction of the straight cut is not cut and remains connected to the film. As a result, the cut portion forms a knob shape that can be grasped with fingers. This knob-shaped part becomes the processing unit 11.
In FIG. 3, a part 13-1 of the seal part (peripheral part) in which a part of the vertical seal 9-12 located near the processing part 11 protrudes toward the inside of the bag is provided. Therefore, the width of the seal portion is locally wider than the other seal portions. By doing so, the possibility of unintended bag breakage from the processing unit 11 can be reduced because the distance between the inner edge of the bag seal and the tip of the cut 12 becomes shorter. . FIG. 3 shows an example in which the protruding portion 13-1 of the processing section 11 is straddling the horizontal seal 9-1, and FIG. 4 shows an example in which the protruding portion 13-2 is not straddling the horizontal seal 9-1. It is. The shapes of the protruding seal portions 13-1 and 13-2 in FIGS. 3 and 4 are shown as being angular, but may be other shapes, for example, having rounded corners.
FIG. 5 shows an example in which notches 141-1 and 14-2 are provided at the outer edge of the seal section as processing sections 11 in close proximity at regular intervals. This figure shows an example in which two large notches 14 are provided. It may be provided along the outer edge. In the processing section 11 of FIG. 5, it is desirable that there are at least two notches or scars that trigger a straight line cut, but those two places have a certain distance in the direction perpendicular to the direction of the linear force. It is desirable to have. The opening piece, which is torn from the two substantially parallel tear lines starting from these two places, can be opened without affecting the rest of the bag. Specifically, the size of the cut 12 of the processing unit 11 in FIGS. 2 to 5 and the interval of the notch 14 may be any size as long as the cut can be gripped and pulled with a fingertip. Typically, it should be about 5 mm to 15 mm. The size of the cut 12 and the distance between the notches 14 define the width of tearing of the front side film 2 when the bag is opened, and the length may be changed when the tear width is to be changed. The direction of the notch 14 is provided substantially parallel to the direction of the straight cut. The notch 1 2 ゃ notch 1 4 etc. of the processing section 11 are applied when the bag is made.
FIG. 6 shows a state in the middle of opening of the four-side seal bag 8 of FIG. 2.Opening is performed by raising the notch 12 of the processing unit 11 of FIG. Pull in the direction of the straight line indicated by the arrow, that is, in the direction perpendicular to the vertical seal 9-2 provided with the processing section 11 (the direction of pulling the arrow in FIG. 6). Since the film 5 having a linear cut property is laminated on the front side laminated film 2, the front side laminated film 2 can be torn at a substantially linear tear line 15 as an unsealed piece having an interval width of notch 12.
On the other hand, since the back side laminated film 3 does not have or has a small linear cut property, the linear side tear force of the front side laminated film 2 affects the linear direction tear force, but the sealing edge inside the bag is applied. The tapered portion of the back side of the backing film is cut off as shown by a tear line 16 at a point slightly inside, and a part of the inner surface of the backside laminating film is cut off. Separate from film. As a result, only the front side laminated film 2 can be cut off as the opening piece 17.
In this way, the four-sided seal bag, which can be easily opened, does not require the seal to be easily peelable and does not need to be easily tearable when sealing the film on the back side, so that the strength of the bag is not impaired. However, only the front side laminated film 2 can be opened by tearing at a predetermined width. Further, the tearing by the unsealing piece 17 stops from the seal portion where the opening has been started, reaches the opposing seal portion along the direction of the straight cut. Therefore, the opening piece 17 remains in the bag and does not scatter as residual dust. FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of the bag at the unsealing portion as viewed in the direction of arrows AA in FIG. 3 is a back side laminated film, 2 is a front side laminated film, 9-1 is a horizontal sealing portion, 10 is a zipper, 18 is a space from which the front side laminated film 2 after tearing the opening piece 17 is removed.
To remove the contents, simply insert your finger into the space 18 where the opening piece 17 of the front-side laminated film 2 has been removed and put your finger on the cut end of the front-side laminated film 2. The film 3 can be opened to the left and right, and the zipper 10 can be opened without the combination.
Note that the packaging bag of the present invention does not necessarily need to be provided with the zipper 10.
In this manner, the easily openable packaging bag of the present invention provides a front laminated film of the four-side sealed bag 8 without making the seal portion easily peelable and without subjecting the backside film to easy tearing when sealing the film. Only 2 can be opened.
ぐ実施例 >  An explanatory diagram or text may be printed on the above-mentioned packaging bag so that the consumer can recognize the opening portion of the bag and understand the opening method. As a front side laminated film, a 12-m-thick longitudinal linear force-resistant polyethylene terephthalate film embossed PC made by Unitichika Co., Ltd., and a 7-μm-thick aluminum foil with an anchor coating agent from the T die 0. 9 2 0 g / cm 3 laminated by Sandoramine Shiyon method by extruding a low density polyethylene having a thickness of 1 5 // m in, then the thickness 3 0 from T die to the aluminum foil side The μm low density polyethylene described above was extruded and laminated. A laminated film was obtained in the same manner as described above, except that a normal polyethylene terephthalate film having a thickness of 12 m having no linear cut property was used instead of the linear cut polyethylene terephthalate film as the back side laminated film.
By using a bag making machine, the film on the front and back of the bag is continuously fed from the twin-screw feeding machine with the low-density polyethylene film faces each other, and the zipper band is fed, and the flow of the bag making machine One side of the bag opposite to the side with the zipper parallel to the direction is open and three sides are sealed. The seal width is 10 mm and the length in the film flow direction (transverse direction of the bag) is 100 mm. A so-called horizontal bag made of bag having a length of 150 mm in a direction perpendicular to the flow (vertical direction of the bag) was obtained. The zipper band is provided so that its upper end is located 15 mm from the inner edge of the horizontal seal, and the width (length in the vertical direction on the paper) shown in Fig. 3 is 10 mm, and the length is (Fig. 3). (Length in the horizontal direction on the paper) 5 mm U-shape, Cut notch 1 2 with horizontal seal and zipper so that the part connected to the film is the processing part 11 facing the 內 side of the bag It was applied at a position 3 mm from the outer edge of the vertical seal at the center position between them.
Next, three bags of 20 mm in width and 10 mm in thickness were inserted as containers into the bag from the opening of the bag, and the opening was sealed to form a four-side sealed bag. When the U-shaped notch was pinched and pulled open in the direction of the arrow in Fig. 6, the back side of the laminated film was tapered at 10mm from the inside edge of the bag inside the bag as shown in Fig. 6-15. As a result, it was cut off from the opening piece 17, and only the width of about 10 mm of the front side laminated film could be stably opened without breaking the contents. In addition, the user can insert the fingertip into the space 18 after the opening piece 17 has been cut off to easily separate the front and back films of the bag, and furthermore, the zipper can be opened to take out the contents smoothly. Was.

As the front side laminated film, Idemitsu Unitech Co., Ltd. has a thickness of 15 μππ and a vertical linear cut polyamide film, Ueathlon ΤΒ 100 000 and a thickness of 50 μ ΐ. A linear low-density polyethylene film was laminated by a dry lamination method using a two-component polyurethane adhesive. A laminated film was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that a normal nylon 6 film having a thickness of 15 μππ and having no linear cut property was used instead of the straight-cut polyamide, as the back-side laminated film. These laminated films were made in the same manner as in Example 1 to obtain bags with zippers. However, the processing section protrudes the end of the seal by 5 mm into the inside of the packaging bag as shown in 13-1 in Fig. 3 to make the width of the seal locally 15 mm wide, and the outer end of the seal A cut similar to that of Example 1 was made at a position 5 mm from the part.
Next, when the bag was evaluated in the same manner as in Example 1, the back side laminated film was tapered at 13 mm from the seal edge on the inner side of the bag, and was again cut off from the opening piece 17. Thus, only the width of about 1 O mm of the front side laminated film could be stably opened without delaminating the contents. In addition, the zipper had good mouth opening.
