Description

<実施例>

<Technical field>
The present invention relates to an easily openable packaging bag that allows one side of a bag to be easily teared and opened with a predetermined width by hand.
The present invention relates to a packaging bag used in food, clothing, pharmaceuticals, miscellaneous goods and many other packaging fields. Furthermore, the sealed bag can be kept in the distribution stage, and the sealed state can be reproduced if necessary after being opened by a consumer. It relates to an easy-open packaging bag with a zipper.
<Background technology>
Sealing bags made of various synthetic resins are used in food, clothing, pharmaceuticals, miscellaneous goods and many other packaging fields. When using the contents, break the bags in some way. It is necessary to take out the contents.
Conventionally, flat bag sealed bags are configured to cut the open end of the bag using a scissors, knife, knife, etc., and take out the filled contents, or without using these tools In order to allow the bag to be opened with fingers, a notch or a fine scar is provided at the seal end or folded portion of the bag, and the bag can be opened from that point.
As a conventional method for opening a four-side sealed bag, it is common to provide a notch in the seal portion, tear and open the bag starting from this notch, and take out the contents from the opening portion of the torn bag. However, when the contents are easily deformed or flat, such as Japanese confectionery or cookies, there is a problem that the contents are broken or deformed when the bag is torn.
In order to prevent this, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-230971 discloses that a non-adhesive portion is formed in a portion from the end portion of the side to be sealed to the seal portion, and a part from the film end portion of the non-adhesive portion to the adhesive portion. There have been proposed easy-open packaging bags in which two notches are provided at intervals, and the two notches are gripped with fingers, and only one side of the bag is opened in a band shape with a notch interval width. In this case, it is necessary to separate the front and back films of the seal portion provided with a notch at the time of opening, and the front and back films are peeled off by making the seal portion easy to peel. For that purpose, it is necessary to make the seal part on the entire surface of the bag easily peelable or only the notch part easy to peel. However, if the whole seal surface is made easy to peel, the seal part may be damaged in the distribution stage. I am worried. Moreover, in order to make it partly easy to peel as much as necessary for opening, it was necessary to perform easy peeling processing only for that part.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-55248 discloses a pillow packaging bag having two notches provided at intervals between the palm seal portions, and by gripping and tearing the palm seal portions between the notches to make the bag circumferential. A method of opening is proposed. However, in this case as well, it is necessary to separate the left and right films at the base of the joint seal part, and by providing fine scratches on the opposite side of the film on the opposite side of the film on which the opening is progressing, The film is cut at that part and separated. For this reason, a process for imparting fine scratches to the film is required separately, and there is a problem that the strength of the portion imparted with the scars is reduced.
That is, in the opening method as described above, it is necessary to separate one film from the other film at the seal portion regardless of the shape of the bag. In other words, there is a difference between peeling with a weakly adhesive easy-peeling seal or by tearing and film cutting, but in any case, the above-mentioned problems occur due to the necessity of separation. It was.
By the way, depending on the contents, it is used for dispensing after opening the bag, but there are cases where it is desired to reseal the contents even after opening the bag, and a zipper having a resealable occlusal opening and closing function suitable for this purpose is provided. The given packaging bag is known.
In the conventional packaging bag with a zipper, two films on the front and back sides of the bag are similarly torn and used at the time of opening. In this case, as described in FIG. 8, since the film ends 19-1 and 19-2 on the front and back of the torn bag almost overlap each other over the entire length of the unsealed portion and become collinear, There was a problem that there was no finger hook for separating the film on the front and back of the bag tearing opening when the zipper was opened after the reseal and the contents were taken out, and the opening of the film on the front and back was separated right and left.
The present invention can be realized only by relatively simple processing, and without reducing the sealing strength of the packaging bag or the strength of the packaging bag itself, even though there is no possibility that the sealing portion peels off at the distribution stage. It is an object to propose a packaging bag that can be easily opened. It is another object of the present invention to provide a zippered packaging bag that can be resealed after the packaging bag is opened and has good opening characteristics.
<Disclosure of invention>
The present invention is a bag in which the peripheral portions of the two films on the front side and the back side are adhered to each other and sealed, and the linear cut property in one direction of the front side film is larger than the linear cut property in any direction of the back side film, And it is related with the packaging bag by which the process part which can start the cutting | disconnection of a front side film along the said one direction was provided in a part of adhesion | attachment peripheral part which cross | intersects said one direction. With this configuration, there can be obtained a packaging bag that can be easily opened without the possibility of the seal portion being peeled off at the distribution stage.
Further, the present invention provides a bag body portion in which the peripheral portions of the two films on the front side and the back side are bonded to each other and sealed, and re-sealable inside the bonding peripheral portion on the opening end side of the bag body portion. A zippered packaging bag having a linear cut property in one direction of the front side film greater than a linear cut property in any direction of the back side film, and the zipper part is provided along the one direction. And cutting the front-side film along the one direction at a part of the adhesion peripheral portion that is between the zipper portion and the adhesion peripheral portion on the unsealing end side of the bag main body portion. It is related with the packaging bag provided with the process part which can start. With this configuration, there is no possibility that the seal portion is peeled off at the distribution stage, and it can be easily opened, and furthermore, a packaging bag with a zipper having a good opening property when resealing can be obtained.
Further, the front film of the packaging bag comprises a laminated film including a linear cut film layer and a heat-fusible resin film layer in which the linear cut property in one direction is greater than the linear cut property in any direction of the back film. The back film is preferably a laminated film including a heat-sealing resin film layer, and is provided so that the heat-sealing resin film layers of the front film and the back film are opposed to each other. With this configuration, the above bag can be sealed without using an adhesive.
Further, the front side film is composed of a laminated film including a film layer having a linear cut property and a heat fusible resin film layer, and the back side film is a heat fusible resin film layer not including a film having a linear cut property. The film structure which consists of a laminated | multilayer film containing may be sufficient.
The adhesion peripheral portion is provided around the bag by heat fusion, adhesion, or the like. Preferably, the adhesion peripheral portion is provided on four sides of the bag by heat fusion.
The processing part is preferably at least two adjacent notches provided at the outer edge of the bonding peripheral part of the packaging bag. With this configuration, unsealing can be started only by a simple process of providing a notch.
Further, the processing section may be a knob-shaped cut provided in the adhesion peripheral area of the packaging bag. With this configuration, the risk of accidental opening of the bag at the distribution stage is reduced.
It is preferable that the width of the adhesion peripheral portion in the vicinity of the processing portion is wider than the width of the other adhesion peripheral portions. This configuration further reduces the possibility of a distribution stage opening accident.
In addition, said process part may be provided in multiple places.
The straight-cut film layer is preferably composed of any one of a uniaxially stretched polyolefin film, a biaxially stretched polyamide film, and a biaxially stretched polyester film.
<Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention>
The example of the packaging bag of this invention is demonstrated referring drawings.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a part of a four-side seal bag, in which the laminated structure of the front film 2 and the back film 3 and the relative arrangement of the packaging bag 1 are illustrated. . Here, the laminated film 2 on the front side is a film having a linear cut property. The laminated film 3 on the back side is a film having no linear cut property or having a smaller linear cut property than the laminated film 2.
The linear cut property referred to in the present invention refers to a property defined by the following measurement method. That is, the film is cut into a square of 250 mm along the flow direction at the time of film production and the direction perpendicular to the flow direction. Two notches are made at an interval of 30 mm at the edge of the cut piece perpendicular to the direction in which the straight cut property is tested (FIG. 9). The film is torn in a direction parallel to the straight cut direction by grasping a 30 mm cut with a finger (the film is cut as shown by a dotted line in FIG. 9). In general, depending on the orientation of the molecules and the orientation of the blend components, the degree of film breakage may vary depending on the tear direction of the film. Therefore, the above tear test is performed for each of the left and right directions of the film. The straight-cut property is determined based on the width of the leading end “X” of the film that has a narrowed leading end. The closer the value of X is to 30 mm, the better the linear cut property. A film whose X value is less than 5 mm or whose tearing edge does not reach the opposite edge is called a film having no linear cut property.
The four-side sealed bag in FIG. 1 is composed of two types of films, a front side laminated film 2 and a back side laminated film 3.
The front side laminated film 2 includes a base film layer 4-1, a film layer 5 having a linear cut property, and a heat-fusible film layer 6-1. Depending on the required characteristics of the bag, the order of lamination of the base film layer 4-1 and the film layer 5 having the linear cut property may be reversed, or the base film layer 4-1 may not be provided. Further, although not shown, other intermediate film layers may be laminated.
Further, the front-side laminated film 2 in FIG. 1 uses a film having a linear cut property as a part of the layer structure to impart a linear cut property to the laminated film. No. 156649, two films having different molecular orientations are laminated back to back, that is, a film layer of a combination in which two films are combined into one set to exhibit linear cut properties. You may give linear cut property to a front side laminated | multilayer film using it for a part of layer structure.
The back side laminated film 3 includes a base film layer 4-2, an intermediate film layer 7, and a heat-fusible film layer 6-2. However, the intermediate film layer 7 may be omitted.
For the base film layers 4-1 and 4-2, polyolefin resin films such as polypropylene, polyamide resin films such as nylon 6, nylon 66 and nylon 12, polyester resin films such as polyethylene terephthalate and polybutylene terephthalate, etc. The biaxially stretched film is preferably used.
For the film layer 5 having a straight cut property, a longitudinally uniaxially or laterally uniaxially stretched polyolefin resin film such as a uniaxially stretched polyethylene film or a uniaxially stretched polypropylene film, or a nylon as described in, for example, JP-A-7-113015 A biaxially stretched polyamide film in which a polymetaxylylene adipamide resin is mixed with 6 resins to devise a layer separation structure and stretching conditions, or a polyethylene terephthalate resin as described in, for example, JP-A-11-300916 There are biaxially stretched polyester films in which polybutylene terephthalate resin is mixed to devise layer separation and stretching conditions.
As the heat-fusible resin film layers 6-1 and 6-2, a low-density polyethylene, a linear low-density polyethylene, a copolymer resin with a vinyl compound copolymerizable with ethylene, or a polypropylene resin film is used. It is done. In addition, it is preferable that the kind of resin of the film layers 6-1 and 6-2 is the same.
When the laminated film is required to have water vapor, gas barrier property, aroma barrier property, etc. for storing the contents filled in the bag, the polyvinylidene chloride resin layer or ethylene vinyl is added to the base film layers 4-1 and 4-2. Select a film coated with a resin layer mainly composed of an alcohol resin, a film deposited with a metal oxide or metal, or a film having a gas barrier property as the intermediate film layer 7, such as a metal foil such as aluminum, polychlorinated Films such as vinylidene resin films, ethylene vinyl alcohol resin films, and coextruded films of these with other resins can be laminated. Further, when the film is required to have rigidity, design properties, etc., paper can be laminated.
The front side laminated film 2 and the back side laminated film 3 are made into a four-side sealed bag according to a conventional method with the heat-fusible film layers 6-1 and 6-2 facing each other. The production method of the laminated film is not particularly limited. From the dry lamination or wet lamination method in which the films are laminated with an adhesive, the sand lamination method in which molten polyethylene is laminated from the T die, and the T die. Depending on the purpose, an extrusion lamination method in which molten polyethylene or the like is laminated by extrusion, a thermal lamination method using a low-melting-point heat-fusible resin, and the like are used.
2 to 5 are examples of a four-side sealed bag 8 with a zipper. The bag 8 includes a front side laminated film 2 and a back side laminated film 3 (in the figure, the front side laminated film is located on the front side of the paper surface). The four sides of the bag are sealed by a horizontal seal 9-1 on the opening end side, a horizontal seal on the closed end side, and two vertical seals 9-2. That is, the peripheral part of the package or film is formed by the horizontal seal 9-1 on the opening end side, the horizontal seal on the closed end side, and the two vertical seals 9-2. At the fusion part of the vertical seal between the horizontal seal 9-1 and the zipper 10, a processing unit 11 is provided for easily starting cutting. The bag 8 is usually obtained by filling the contents into a bag once molded in a state where three sides are sealed and one side is opened, and then the opening surface is sealed.
The bag 8 in FIG. 2 has a straight-cut property in the direction indicated by the arrow parallel to the horizontal seal 9-1 on the front side laminated film 2, and at the end of the vertical seal 9-2 perpendicular to this direction. Incisions 12 such as U, U, V-shaped or the like serving as a tearing start site for tearing the front laminated film 2 in the linear cut direction of the arrow are provided. The notch 12 is arranged such that the axis of symmetry of the notch 12 is arranged substantially parallel to the direction of the straight cut property of the film, and the notch 12 has a portion closest to the outer edge of the bag along the direction of the straight cut property. While being cut, the portion farthest from the outer edge of the bag along the direction of straight cut is not cut and remains connected to the film. As a result, a knob shape in which the cut portion can be pinched with fingers is formed. This knob-shaped portion becomes the processing unit 11.
In FIG. 3, a portion 13-1 of the seal portion (peripheral portion) in which a part of the vertical seal 9-2 located in the vicinity of the processing portion 11 protrudes toward the inner side of the bag is provided. Therefore, the width of the seal portion is locally wider than the other seal portions. By doing so, it is possible to reduce the possibility of an unintended bag breakage accident from the processing section 11 due to a reduction in the distance between the inner edge of the sealed portion of the bag and the tip of the notch 12. 3 is an example in which the protruding portion 13-1 of the processing unit 11 straddles the horizontal seal 9-1, and FIG. 4 is an example in which the protruding portion 13-2 does not straddle the horizontal seal 9-1. . The protruding seal portions 13-1 and 13-2 in FIGS. 3 and 4 have a square shape, but other shapes such as round corner portions may be used.
FIG. 5 is an example in which the notches 14-1 and 14-2 are provided at two locations adjacent to each other at regular intervals on the outer edge of the seal portion as the processing portion 11. In this figure, an example in which two large notches 14 are provided is shown, but fine scratches may be provided along the outer edge of the seal instead of the notches 14. In the processing unit 11 of FIG. 5, it is desirable that there are at least two notches or scratches that trigger a straight line cut, and it is desirable that the two points have a certain distance in a direction perpendicular to the straight cut direction. With the opening pieces that are torn by the two substantially parallel tear lines starting from these two places, the opening can be made without affecting other parts of the bag.
Specifically, the size of the notch 12 and the interval between the notches 14 in the processing unit 11 of FIGS. 2 to 5 may be any size that can be pulled by holding the notch with a fingertip, specifically 5 mm. To about 15 mm. The size of the notch 12 and the interval between the notches 14 define the tear width of the front film 2 when the bag is opened, and this length may be changed when it is desired to change the tear width. In addition, the direction of the notch 14 is provided substantially parallel to the linear cut direction. The notch 12 and the notch 14 of the processing unit 11 are provided when a bag is made.
FIG. 6 shows a state in the middle of opening of the four-side seal bag 8 of FIG. 2, and the opening is made by raising the notch 12 of the processing unit 11 of FIG. 2 with a finger and pinching with the arrow on the front side laminated film 2 of the bag. Pulling is performed in the straight cut direction shown, that is, in a direction perpendicular to the vertical seal 9-2 provided with the processing unit 11 (arrow pulling direction in FIG. 6). The front side laminated film 2 is torn at a substantially straight tear line 15 as an opening piece having an interval width of the notch 12 because the film 5 having a straight cut property is laminated.
On the other hand, since the back side laminated film 3 does not have a straight cut property or is small, it is influenced by the tearing force in the linear direction of the front side laminated film 2 and is given a tearing force in the linear direction. A part of the inner surface of the back side laminated film is cut off at a location where it enters a little from the taper and tears like a tear line 16, and a part of it is separated from the back side laminated film together with the opening piece 17. To do. As a result, only the front laminated film 2 can be cut out as the opening piece 17.
In this way, the four-side sealed bag that can be easily opened does not need to make the seal part easily peelable or tear easily when sealing the film on the back side, so that the strength of the bag is not impaired. Only the front laminated film 2 can be torn and opened with a predetermined width.
Further, the tearing by the opening piece 17 stops from reaching the sealing portion facing along the linear cut property direction from the sealing portion where opening is started. For this reason, the opening piece 17 does not scatter as remaining dust while attached to the bag. FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of the bag of the unsealed portion as seen from the arrow AA in FIG. 3 is a back side laminated film, 2 is a front side laminated film, 9-1 is a transverse seal portion, 10 is a zipper, and 18 is a space where the front side laminated film 2 after tearing the opening piece 17 is removed.
In order to take out the contents, the front-side laminated film 2 and the back-side laminated film 3 are simply put on the cut end of the front-side laminated film 2 by pushing a finger into the space 18 from which the unsealed piece 17 of the front-side laminated film 2 is removed. Can be opened to the left and right, and the zipper 10 can be disengaged and opened.
Of course, the packaging bag of the present invention may not be provided with the zipper 10.
Thus, the easy-open packaging bag of the present invention has only the front side laminated film 2 of the four-side sealed bag 8 without making the seal part easily peelable or performing easy tearing when sealing the back side film. Can be opened.
The above-mentioned packaging bag may be printed with explanatory diagrams and texts for the consumer to recognize the opening start portion of the bag and to understand the opening method. The contents to be filled in the packaging bag are not particularly limited. It is particularly suitable for packaging flat items such as napkins, sliced ham, and sliced cheese, and dry matter.
<Example>
[Example 1]
As a front side laminated film, a density of 0.920 g / cm from a T-die is formed by using an emblet PC of a longitudinally linear cut polyethylene terephthalate film having a thickness of 12 μm and an aluminum foil having a thickness of 7 μm manufactured by Unitika Co., Ltd. via an anchor coating agent. 3 The low-density polyethylene having a thickness of 15 μm was extruded and bonded together by a sand lamination method, and then the above-described low-density polyethylene having a thickness of 30 μm was extruded and laminated on the aluminum foil side. A laminated film was obtained in the same manner as above except that a normal polyethylene terephthalate film having a thickness of 12 μm having no linear cut property was used instead of the linear cut polyethylene terephthalate film.
In the bag making machine, the film on the front and back of the bag is continuously fed out from the biaxial feeding machine with the low-density polyethylene film surfaces facing each other, and the zipper strip is fed out, whereby the flow direction of the bag making machine The side of the bag opposite to the side with the zipper parallel to the side is opened and 3 sides are sealed, the seal width is 10 mm, the length in the film flow direction (lateral direction of the bag) is 100 mm, and the direction perpendicular to the flow ( A so-called prefabricated bag having a length of 150 mm in the longitudinal direction of the bag was obtained. The zipper strip is provided so that the upper end is 15 mm from the inner edge of the horizontal seal, and the width (vertical length on the paper surface in FIG. 3) is 10 mm, and the length (horizontal on the paper surface in FIG. 3). (Length in the direction) 5 mm U-shaped, the cutout 12 outside the seal of the vertical seal at the center position between the horizontal seal and the zipper so that the portion connected to the film becomes the processing portion 11 facing the inside of the bag It applied to a position 3 mm from the edge.
Next, three wafers having a width of 20 mm and a thickness of 10 mm were inserted and inserted into the bag as contents from the opening of the bag, and the opening was sealed to form a four-side sealed bag. When the U-shaped notch is picked and pulled in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 6 to open it, the back side laminated film is 10 mm from the inner edge of the bag and the tip is tapered as shown in FIG. It was cut off from the opening piece 17 and it was possible to tear and open only the width of about 10 mm of the front laminated film without breaking the contents. Further, the front and back films of the bag could be easily pulled apart by pushing the fingertip into the space 18 after the opening piece 17 was cut, and the contents could be smoothly taken out by opening the zipper.
[Example 2]
As the front-side laminated film, Idemitsu Unitech Co., Ltd.'s 15 μm-thick longitudinal linear-cut polyamide film Uniathlon TB1000 and 50 μm-thick linear low-density polyethylene film are dry-laminated using a two-component polyurethane adhesive. Laminated. A laminated film was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that a normal nylon 6 film having a thickness of 15 μm having no linear cut property was used instead of the linear cut polyamide as the back side laminated film. These laminated films were made in the same manner as in Example 1 to obtain a zippered bag. However, the processing part protruded 5 mm toward the inner side of the packaging bag as indicated by 13-1 in FIG. 3, and the width of the sealing part was locally 15 mm wide and entered 5 mm from the outer end of the seal. The same cut as in Example 1 was given to the position.
Next, when the bag was evaluated in the same manner as in Example 1, the back side laminated film was 13 mm from the seal edge inside the bag, and the tip was also tapered and cut off from the opening piece 17. Only the width of about 10 mm of the front side laminated film could be torn and opened stably without breaking the contents. Furthermore, the opening of the zipper was also good.
[Example 3]
As the front-side laminated film, a nylon 6 film having a thickness of 15 μm that does not have the linear cut property used in the back-side laminated film of Example 2, a laterally uniaxially stretched polypropylene film YT22 manufactured by Toray Industries, Inc. having a thickness of 25 μm, and a linear film having a thickness of 30 μm. The low-density polyethylene film was laminated in this order using a two-component polyurethane adhesive. Moreover, the back side film similar to Example 2 was used for the back side film.
The laminated film on the front and back of the bag is made by a bag making machine having a biaxial feeding machine, and one side of the bag in the flow direction of the bag making machine is opened and sealed in three directions. The length is 150 mm, the width is 100 mm, and the seal width is 10 mm. Got a bag of. At this time, the zipper as provided in Examples 1 and 2 was not provided.
A first I-notch having a length of 5 mm in a direction perpendicular to the seal edge is provided at a position 25 mm from the end of the bag at the seal portion in the flow direction of the bag making machine, and 10 mm from there to the seal edge direction. A second I-notch was added at a distance.
[Comparative Example 1]
Using the front side laminated film of Example 1 also on the back side of the bag, that is, using a bag made of a laminated film having a linear cut property on both the front and back sides of the bag, bags were made in the same manner as in Example 1.
Next, the bag was evaluated in the same manner as in Example 1. In this bag, the back side laminated film could not be separated from the opened piece, and could not be opened.
[Comparative Example 2]
The back side laminated film of Example 2 was also used on the front side of the bag, that is, a bag using a laminated film that was not linearly cutable on the front and back sides of the bag was made in the same manner as in Example 2.
Next, when this bag was evaluated in the same manner as in Example 1, the manner in which the force was applied when pulling and pulling the knob portion of the incision with the finger and the manner in which the back side laminated film was cut out changed in that direction. Because of the instability, smooth opening was not possible.
Although the present invention has been described in detail and with reference to specific embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
This application is based on a Japanese patent application filed on December 26, 2001 (Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-393707) and a Japanese patent application filed on June 27, 2002 (Japanese Patent Application No. 2002-187442). Is incorporated herein by reference.
<Industrial applicability>
In addition to providing a processing section as an opening start location, no special processing is required, and it is possible to easily tear and open one side of the bag in a straight line with a predetermined width. Moreover, when it has a zipper, the opening property of the zipper after opening is favorable.
