However, as described above, lacquering requires a lot of time, and only a uniform and smooth coating surface can be obtained. There is a problem that can not be.

Therefore, the present invention provides a method for producing a lacquer pattern that is easy to manufacture and that can provide various and efficient patterns with changes, a lacquer pattern formed using the method, and a lacquer pattern The purpose is to provide an exhibition method.

In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, a first step of applying a lacquer material to a material to be decorated to form a lacquer layer, and an alcohol agent at an appropriate position of the lacquer layer while the lacquer layer is in an undried state The second step of mixing the lacquer material, the third step of forming the fluid lacquer pattern by the flow action of the lacquer material in the portion where the alcohol agent is mixed, and the second step of drying the entire lacquer layer on which the fluid lacquer pattern is formed The structure provided with 4 processes is employ | adopted.

According to the present invention having such a configuration, the lacquer material is fluidized by mixing an alcohol agent into an undried lacquer layer after applying the lacquer material to the decoration material, and by the fluid action of the lacquer material Since the fluid lacquer pattern is formed, the lacquer pattern accompanying the flow action of the lacquer material is suitably formed, and the pattern is formed before the lacquer layer is dried, so that the working time is greatly reduced.

Moreover, it is desirable that the alcohol agent in the present invention contains an ethanol component.

According to the present invention having such a configuration, the fluidity of the lacquer material can be obtained satisfactorily.

In addition, the fluid lacquer pattern in the present invention can be a shading pattern of the lacquer material or a raised pattern formed on a flow edge of a region where the lacquer material has flowed.

According to the present invention having such a configuration, a lacquer pattern having a three-dimensional effect can be easily obtained by the raised pattern.

Moreover, it is possible to form a crack (crack) crack pattern in the said lacquer layer by mixing the desiccant containing protein in the undried lacquer layer in this invention. At this time, it is possible to adjust the size and direction (direction) of the crack in the crack pattern by appropriately adjusting the timing of mixing the desiccant containing protein such as egg white according to the present invention.

According to the present invention having such a configuration, a protein and a lacquer material react with each other, and a lacquer pattern with a three-dimensional feeling such that a originally uniform and smooth lacquer layer is cracked is easily obtained. It is done.

Moreover, in this invention, the 1st process of apply | coating a lacquer material to a to-be-decorated material, and forming the lacquer layer, and making the said lacquer layer mix the desiccant containing protein in the said lacquer layer between the undried state The structure provided with the 2nd process of apply | coating to and forming a mixed lacquer layer and the 3rd process of forming a lacquer crack pattern by drying the said mixed lacquer layer is employ | adopted.

According to the present invention having such a configuration, drying is performed in a state where a protein-containing desiccant is mixed with lacquer, so that a lacquer crack pattern which is a large natural and three-dimensional lacquer crack pattern is easy. Is obtained.

Furthermore, in the present invention, a first step of forming a lacquer layer by applying a lacquer material to a material to be decorated, and a metal foil is deposited on the lacquer layer while the lacquer layer is in an undried state. A configuration including a second step of forming a foil and a third step of forming a foil cracking pattern by applying a drying agent containing a protein on the foil layer and drying it is employed.

According to the present invention having such a configuration, since drying is performed in a state in which a desiccant containing protein is mixed in the metal foil, the metal foil is large and the lacquer foil crack pattern with a three-dimensional effect that is naturally cracked. Is easily obtained.

Moreover, it is possible to comprise so that the to-be-decorated material in this invention may consist of a transparent or semi-transparent glass material or resin material.

According to the present invention having such a configuration, a lacquer pattern composed of a fluid lacquer pattern, a lacquer crack pattern, a foil crack pattern, and the like accompanying a fluid action of a lacquer material is changed into a pattern that changes due to light rays through the decoration material. Made.

Further, in the present invention also, the flow lacquer pattern or lacquer cracking pattern or foil cracking pattern, it is desirable to be formed by appropriately adjusting the temperature or humidity of the atmosphere.

According to the present invention having such a configuration, the finishing condition of each lacquer pattern can be easily controlled to a wide variety.

On the other hand, in this invention, the structure which irradiates the light from the outside to the lacquer pattern formed using the lacquer pattern manufacturing method mentioned above, and is exhibited is employ | adopted.

According to the present invention having such a configuration, the lacquer pattern made of the above-described fluid lacquer pattern, lacquer crack pattern, foil crack pattern, etc. is shined by light, and in particular, when shining from behind the exhibition, lacquer Light is well integrated into the pattern.

As described above, the present invention is unique to the lacquer material when the desiccant containing alcohol, metal foil, or protein is mixed into the lacquer layer in an undried state after the lacquer material is applied to the decoration material. By forming a lacquer pattern consisting of a suitable fluid lacquer pattern, lacquer crack pattern, foil crack pattern, etc. by the action of, it is possible to suitably form various lacquer patterns and to reduce the drying time of the lacquer layer Therefore, it is easy to manufacture and can give a wide variety of patterns, and the usefulness of the lacquer pattern can be greatly improved at low cost.

It is a section explanatory view showing typically the layer composition of the fluid lacquer pattern formed by the lacquer pattern manufacturing method concerning one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional explanatory diagram schematically showing a configuration of a shading pattern or a raised pattern in the fluid lacquer pattern shown in FIG. 1. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional explanatory view schematically showing a state in which a crack pattern is added to the shading pattern or the raised pattern shown in FIG. 2. It is sectional explanatory drawing which represented typically the layer structure of the lacquer foil crack pattern formed by the lacquer pattern manufacturing method using metal foils, such as gold foil, concerning other embodiment of this invention. It is front explanatory drawing when the lacquer foil crack pattern concerning embodiment shown by FIG. 4 is seen from the outside.

First, the lacquer pattern formed using the lacquer pattern manufacturing method concerning this invention is made into the structure concerning embodiment shown by FIG. 1, for example. That is, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, a transparent or translucent glass material or resin material is employed as the decorative material 1 to which a lacquer pattern is applied, and the surface of the decorative material 1 is used. Is subjected to a first step of applying a lacquer material and forming a lacquer layer 3 through a primer 2 made of an adhesive or the like.

While the lacquer layer 3 formed by the first step described above is in an undried state, a second step of mixing an alcohol agent containing, for example, an ethanol component is performed at an appropriate position of the lacquer layer 3. The lacquer material which comprises the lacquer layer 3 will be fluidized by this, and the 3rd process which forms a fluid lacquer pattern by the fluid effect | action of the lacquer material in the site | part in which the alcohol agent was mixed is performed. Alcohol that fluidizes this lacquer material has very little influence on the coating film because of its high volatility.

By such a 3rd process, the fluid lacquer pattern which consists of the shading pattern of a lacquer material, or the rising pattern formed in the flow edge part of the area | region where the lacquer material flowed will be formed. For example, when this third step is performed three times, for example, a shading pattern having a three-step raised pattern 3a as shown in FIG. 2 is formed as a fluid lacquer pattern. The finish of the fluid lacquer pattern can be easily controlled to a wide variety by adjusting the temperature or humidity of the atmosphere appropriately.

Here, the desiccant 4 containing protein such as egg white in the undried lacquer layer 3 constituting the fluid lacquer pattern composed of the shading pattern or the raised pattern of the lacquer material formed by the third step described above. If it mixes, protein and lacquer material will raise | generate a reaction and the crack pattern 3b will be formed in the said lacquer layer 3 as FIG. 3 shows. And the crack crack size in the said crack crack pattern 3b is adjusted by adjusting the timing which mixes the desiccant suitably.

At this time, if the desiccant 4 containing the protein such as egg white is applied several times with a predetermined time, a wide variety of crack patterns are formed. In addition, after apply | coating the desiccant 4 such as egg white, the conventional washing | cleaning operation | work and polishing operation | work are unnecessary, and process time is not increased significantly.

And by the 4th process after the lacquer layer 5 mentioned above is formed, the whole lacquer layer 3 in which the above-mentioned fluid lacquer pattern was formed is dried, and the whole process is completed.

According to the present invention having such a configuration, an alcohol agent is mixed into the lacquer layer 3 in an undried state after the lacquer material is applied to the decoration material 1 to fluidize the lacquer material, and the flow of the lacquer material Since the fluid lacquer pattern is formed by the action, the drying time of the lacquer layer 3 is greatly reduced, and the fluid pattern accompanying the fluid action of the lacquer material is suitably formed.

Moreover, in this embodiment, since an alcohol agent contains an ethanol component, the fluid effect | action of a lacquer material is obtained favorably in the state which made the influence on a coating film small.

Furthermore, since the fluid lacquer pattern in this embodiment consists of the shading pattern of the said lacquer material, or the rising pattern formed in the flow | edging edge part of the area | region where the said lacquer material flowed, there is a three-dimensional effect by the rising pattern. Lacquer pattern can be easily obtained.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, a crack (crack) crack pattern is formed in the lacquer layer 3 by mixing a desiccant containing protein into the undried lacquer layer 3, and the timing at which the desiccant is mixed is appropriately set. By adjusting to, the size of the cracks in the cracked pattern is adjusted, so a lacquered pattern with a three-dimensional feeling that the originally uniform and smooth lacquer layer cracked can be easily obtained. .

In addition, in the present embodiment, the decorative material 1 is configured to be made of a transparent or translucent glass material or a resin material. The pattern is changed by the light beam passing through the decorative material 1.

On the other hand, the embodiment shown in FIG. 4 in which the same reference numerals are assigned to the same components as those in the above-described embodiment forms a foil crack pattern that is a crack pattern of the metal foil using a metal foil such as a gold foil. Represents how to do. In this embodiment, after forming the acrylic coating film 6 on the primer 2, the lacquer layer 3 is formed, and an appropriate position on the surface of the lacquer layer 3 while the lacquer layer 3 is in an undried state. And a step of depositing a foil layer 7 of a metal foil made of gold foil or the like. Furthermore, the process of apply | coating and drying the desiccant 4 containing proteins, such as egg white, on the foil layer 7 is added. By these steps, the foil layer 7 is dried together with the undried lacquer layer 3, and, for example, as shown in FIG. Cracks are formed and a foil crack pattern is formed.

According to the embodiment having such a configuration, drying is performed in a state in which the desiccant 4 containing protein such as egg white is mixed with the foil layer 7 made of metal foil. A cracked lacquer foil crack pattern can be easily obtained. At this time, the finish of the cracked pattern can be easily controlled to various kinds by appropriately adjusting the temperature or humidity of the atmosphere.

Moreover, in embodiment mentioned above, embodiment which forms the lacquer crack pattern which is a crack crack pattern, without forming the foil layer 7 of metal foil which consists of gold foil etc. is also possible. In such an embodiment, while the lacquer layer 3 made of a lacquer applied to the decorative material 1 is in an undried state, it is applied so as to mix the desiccant 4 containing protein to form a mixed lacquer layer. The process to perform is performed, and the process of forming a lacquer crack pattern is performed by drying the mixed lacquer layer formed by the process.

According to this embodiment which has such a structure, since drying is performed in the state in which the desiccant 4 containing protein such as egg white is mixed with lacquer, the crack pattern of lacquer having a natural and larger three-dimensional effect than before. The lacquer cracking pattern is easily obtained. The finish of the lacquer crack pattern can be easily controlled to a wide variety by adjusting the temperature or humidity of the atmosphere appropriately.

Furthermore, when exhibiting the lacquer pattern which consists of the flow lacquer pattern, the lacquer crack pattern, the foil crack pattern, etc. which were formed using the lacquer pattern manufacturing method concerning each embodiment mentioned above, the light from the outside is given to the lacquer pattern. It is possible to display with irradiation. If such an exhibition method is adopted, the lacquer pattern will be brightened by light and the decorativeness will be enhanced. In particular, when the decoration material 1 is made of a transparent or semi-transparent glass material or resin material, when the light is applied from the back of the exhibition, the light is well fused to the lacquer pattern, and the decoration is further high. A lacquer pattern is obtained.

Although the invention made by the present inventor has been specifically described based on the embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention.
