Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the production of artistic and decorative products and can be used in the interior of the premises, in the manufacture of doors, furniture, and can also find application in architecture.
The word "stained glass" comes from the French "vitre" and means "window glass". In the modern sense, these are panels of different sizes and shapes, having a decorative color pattern, transmitting light.
88-89].Known is the traditional technology for the manufacture of glass stained glass, based on the fact that pieces of colored glass are interconnected by a profile of lead [magazine Architecture. Construction. Design ”, No. 6, 2002, pp. 88-89].
A known method of manufacturing stained glass windows, adopted for the prototype, which includes cutting glass sheets into individual elements with a laser beam according to a specific program from a computer, cutting a metal substrate, laying glass elements of a pattern on a substrate, followed by filling the space between the elements with a low-melting alloy soldered to the substrate [RF Patent No. 2114074, IPC B 44 C 5/08, 1996].
However, all known methods are applicable only for the manufacture of stained glass windows.
A known method of manufacturing decorative products using amber filler, adopted as a prototype, including pre-sorting amber by texture, color, shape and size, processing amber with gelcoat, preparing a molding mass with the introduction of a polymer binder, molding in a mold [RF Patent No. 2151700 IPC B 44
However, this method allows to obtain products only of the type of tiles or panels, but is not suitable for the manufacture of stained glass. Preliminary treatment of amber with gelcoat and subsequent molding of the mass hides the internal texture of amber, which reduces the decorative effect. When filling the molding mass of the mold, there is a point contact of the amber pieces with the bottom of the mold, which also does not allow revealing the internal texture of amber. At the lumen, the tiles have a uniform color over the entire surface; the tiles are easily cracked upon impact.
When creating the invention, the problem of creating unique stained-glass windows was solved, the elements of which can be made using natural stone - amber, which allows to obtain a new decorative effect.
The problem is solved due to the fact that in the proposed method of manufacturing a stained glass window, including the development of a sketch of a drawing, cutting out the stained glass elements with a laser beam according to a certain program in accordance with the developed sketch and assembling the elements, according to the invention, the elements are assembled on a strictly horizontal surface, then alternately from both the sides are filled with the entire surface of the stained-glass window with adhesive composition; after the adhesive composition has completely hardened, both surfaces of the stained-glass window are alternately covered with a layer of varnish and overlay m fiberglass mesh, then re-coated with a layer of lacquer and after its complete drying, both surfaces stained glass polish.
To prevent gluing of the stained-glass window during pouring with adhesive composition, the horizontal surface is covered with a wax composition before assembling the elements.
Some elements of the stained-glass window can be made of hardened colored varnish with the addition of amber powder, which allows to increase the decorativeness of the stained-glass window by supplementing with a different color scheme.
Assembling the stained glass elements on a strictly horizontal surface and impregnating it with adhesive composition makes it possible to obtain a stained glass uniform in thickness.
The double-sided reinforcement with a fiberglass mesh allows the impact resistance of the stained-glass window to be much stronger than that of a glass stained-glass window.
The problem is also solved due to the fact that in the proposed method for manufacturing stained glass elements using amber, including sorting amber according to the color scheme and size according to the invention, the amber layer of the desired color scheme and size is laid in a box on a strictly horizontal surface, then it is poured on both sides alternately adhesive composition, after complete hardening cut off the outer layer of the resulting panel on both sides and grind.
To enhance the decorative effect, two panels made of amber of different sizes and different colors are glued together.
Cutting the outer layer reveals the inner texture of amber.
The invention is illustrated by drawings. Figure 1 shows a section of a panel of amber, figure 2 is a section of a double element of amber, figure 3 is a section of a stained glass window.
Figure 5, 6 shows photographs of stained-glass windows made of amber elements.
The method is as follows.
A color sketch of a stained-glass window pattern is developed on a computer. In accordance with the sketch, small amber is sorted by color and size.
