Claims (3)

  1. Si基板の一主面側に、p層および電極のうち少なくとも一方が設けられている太陽電池であって、
    前記p層および前記電極のうち少なくとも一方は、前記Si基板の一主面側に、Alと該Al100重量部に対して0.5〜50重量部のSiと多価アルコール系の有機溶剤と有機結合剤とを有するペースト材料を空気中で焼き付けて形成されていることを特徴とする太陽電池。
  2. 前記有機結合剤はセルロース系化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池。
  3. 前記ペースト材料は、粒径10μm以下のAl粉末と、粒径10μm以下のSi粉末とを有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池。
