Claims (3)

  1. Ｓｉ基板の一主面側に、ｐ＋層および電極のうち少なくとも一方が設けられている太陽電池であって、
    前記ｐ＋層および前記電極のうち少なくとも一方は、前記Ｓｉ基板の一主面側に、Ａｌと該Ａｌ１００重量部に対して０．５〜５０重量部のＳｉと多価アルコール系の有機溶剤と有機結合剤とを有するペースト材料を空気中で焼き付けて形成されていることを特徴とする太陽電池。
  2. 前記有機結合剤はセルロース系化合物であることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の太陽電池。
  3. 前記ペースト材料は、粒径１０μｍ以下のＡｌ粉末と、粒径１０μｍ以下のＳｉ粉末とを有することを特徴とする請求項１または２に記載の太陽電池。
