- セラミックマトリックス材料(18)及び固体の元素状ケイ素及び/又はケイ素合金を含む固体マトリックス中にセラミック強化材(14、16)を含有するセラミックマトリックス複合材本体からセラミックマトリックス複合材物品(10)を製造する方法であって、
固体の元素状ケイ素及び/又はケイ素合金を固体マトリックスから少なくとも部分的に除去し、場合により固体マトリックス中の残りの固体の元素状ケイ素及び/又はケイ素合金を反応させて少なくとも1つの耐熱性材料を形成し、固体の元素状ケイ素及び/又はケイ素合金は前記本体から十分に除去されて、前記セラミックマトリックス複合材物品(10)が1405℃を超える温度に構造的及び化学的に耐えることができる、方法。 - 前記本体が、
