Abstract
【解決手段】非接触データキャリアに保護回路を設け、リーダ/ライタとの通信距離に応じて、保護回路の動作および非動作を切り替える。保護回路の動作および非動作が切り替わるポイント(動作点)を、保護回路の入力電圧の初期状態が低く、入力電圧が徐々に上昇する場合と、保護回路の入力電圧の初期状態が高く、入力電圧が徐々に下降する場合とで異ならせる。

図1は、非接触データキャリア全体のブロック図の一例である。非接触データキャリア100は、論理回路101,アンテナ回路102,復調回路103,変調回路104,整流回路105,定電圧回路106および保護回路107を備えて構成される。
図4は、図1における整流回路105および保護回路107の回路構成の一例を示す図である。

Claims (6)
- アンテナの一端と、第1のトランジスタのドレインおよびゲートが電気的に接続され、
前記第1のトランジスタのソースと、第1の抵抗の一端および第2のトランジスタのソースまたはドレインの一方が電気的に接続され、
前記第1の抵抗の他端と、第3のトランジスタのドレインおよびゲート、前記第2のトランジスタのゲートならびに第4のトランジスタのソースまたはドレインの一方が電気的に接続され、
前記第2のトランジスタのソースまたはドレインの他方と、第2の抵抗の一端、前記第4のトランジスタのゲートおよび第5のトランジスタのゲートが電気的に接続され、
前記第5のトランジスタのソースまたはドレインの一方と、前記第1のトランジスタのドレインおよびゲートが電気的に接続され、
アンテナの他端、前記第3のトランジスタのソース、前記第2の抵抗の他端、前記第4のトランジスタのソースまたはドレインの他方および前記第5のトランジスタのソースまたはドレインの他方は接地されていることを特徴とする半導体装置。 - 請求項1において、
N個(Nは2以上の整数)の前記第3のトランジスタが直列に接続されていることを特徴とする半導体装置。 - 請求項2において、
前記N個の第3のトランジスタのいずれか一のドレインおよびゲートと、前記第4のトランジスタのソースまたはドレインの一方が電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする半導体装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項において、
前記第1のトランジスタのソースと、第1の容量の一端が電気的に接続され、
前記第1の容量の他端は接地されていることを特徴とする半導体装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項において、
前記第1のトランジスタのソースと、第3の抵抗の一端が電気的に接続され、
前記第3の抵抗の他端は接地されていることを特徴とする半導体装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項5に記載の半導体装置を搭載した非接触データキャリア。
