Abstract

Claims (13)
- 1つの環および複数の小葉を含む弁組織で構成された心臓弁の機能を改善するためのキットであって、
心臓弁の第1の側に当接するように形成された第1のループ形支持部と、
前記第1の側と反対側の心臓弁の第2の側に当接するように形成された第2のループ形支持部とを備えていて、第1および第2のループ形支持部の間に弁組織の一部を挟持するようになっており、また、
前記第1および第2のループ形支持部が、磁性材料を含んでいて、心臓弁の両側に配列されたときに磁界の作用を受けて互いに引き付けられて、心臓弁の両側に一時的に固定されるようになっているキット。 - 第1および第2のループ形支持部が心臓弁と係合されるように配置されたときに第1および第2のループ形支持部を連結する少なくとも1つの固定具を含む請求項1に記載されたキット。
- 第1および第2のループ形支持部は前記少なくとも1つの固定具を受入れるための受入れ部材を含んでいる請求項2に記載されたキット。
