Abstract

【課題】野外において焼物調理をする時、炭火は用意が大変、火を起こすのも簡単ではない。火の始末も有るしカセットコンロを使いたいが、大きな鉄板を使うと事故の心配がつきまとう。そんな時に安心して楽しめる鉄板焼安全器具を提供する。
【解決手段】安全器具本体遮蔽板１を付けた事に依って、熱の流れを効率よく上の鉄板に集中させて熱出口より外気へ出し、更に断熱材をボンベ側に取り付けて放射熱を断ち、２重の安全を計った。

Description

本発明は、大きな鉄板でカセットコンロを使用し加熱した時も、炎の通り道を設け熱が上部の鉄板を効率良く温めて外へ逃がし、カセットボンベに熱が当たらぬ様にしたものである。
従来はカセットコンロの爆発を防ぐ器具はなかった。
行楽シーズンになると自然の中で食事がしたくなる。少人数なら問題はないのだが、５人６人と人数が増えると焼きソバやお好み焼きを作る場合、大きな鉄板を使って調理をしないと効率が悪く楽しくない。そこで事故が起こる。楽しいはずの集まりが悲劇に変る。本発明はこの様な惨劇を解消するためなされたものである。
この安全器具はどの様な大きな鉄板を使用しても、図３の１の遮蔽板で熱の流れを効率良く上の鉄板に集中させ図２の４の熱出口より外気へ逃がす構造とした。
野外で使用する時も持ち運びも軽く、風の影響も少なく炎が効果的に上の鉄板を加熱。遮蔽板を付け更に断熱材を付けた事に依って安心してカセットコンロが使用出来るようになった。
本器具は、主に鉄板を使用して左右の遮蔽板を作り、連結フレームにて固定し構造物として形を作り、ボンベ側の遮蔽板に断熱材を取り付け、下側に空気取り入れ口を設け、それぞれ四方に熱出口を作り上方に熱を逃がす構造とした。

Claims (2)

  1. 本発明は、カセットコンロより大きな鉄板を上にのせ調理又は加熱する場合、熱や炎がガスボンベに当たらぬ様、炎や熱の通り道を作り、上方の鉄板に沿って熱を外へ逃がし、更に通り道の壁、遮蔽板の外側に断熱材を張り付け、ガスボンベの温度上昇、又、爆発を防ぐ装置である。
  2. 尚、本説明は、カセットコンロの安全を目的とし、上に乗せる鉄板は、炎や熱の通り道を防げる構造で無ければ全て使用できる。
