Abstract
【解決手段】蒸気乾燥器の羽根構成は、中心線Cの周囲に(中心線Cから離間して)放射状パターンに従って配列された複数の一次羽根602を含んでもよい。複数の一次羽根602の各々は、交互に現れる一次凸部及び一次凹部を有する一次波形シートであってもよい。その結果、隣接する一次羽根602は曲がりくねった流路を規定してもよく、流路は中心線Cに対して入口606及び出口608を有する。入口606から出口608に向かって、流路の横断面の面積は減少又は増加してもよく、あるいは一定のままであってもよい。

Claims (10)
- 蒸気乾燥器の羽根構成において、
中心線(C)の周囲に放射状パターンに従って配列された複数の一次羽根(602)を具備し、前記複数の一次羽根(602)は、前記中心線(C)から離間して配置され、前記複数の一次羽根(602)の各々は、交互に現れる一次凸部(602R)及び一次凹部(602F)を有する一次波形シートであり、且つ隣接する一次羽根(602)は、前記中心線(C)に対して入口(606)及び出口(608)を有する曲がりくねった流路を規定することを特徴とする羽根構成。 - 前記流路の横断面の面積は、前記入口(606)から前記出口(608)に向かって変化する請求項1記載の羽根構成。
- 前記一次羽根(602)の厚さは、前記流路の前記入口(606)から前記出口(608)に向かって減少し、前記中心線(C)から前記出口(608)までの半径方向距離は、前記中心線(C)から前記入口(606)までの半径方向距離より短い請求項1記載の羽根構成。
- 前記一次羽根(602)の厚さは、前記流路の前記入口(606)から前記出口(608)に向かって増加し、前記中心線(C)から前記出口(608)までの半径方向距離は、前記中心線(C)から前記入口(606)までの半径方向距離より長い請求項1記載の羽根構成。
- 前記一次羽根(602)の各一次凹部(602F)の角度は、前記流路の前記入口(602)から前記出口(608)に向かって増加し、前記中心線(C)から前記出口(608)までの半径方向距離は、前記中心線(C)から前記入口(606)までの半径方向距離より短い請求項1記載の羽根構成。
- 前記一次羽根(602)の各一次凹部(602F)の角度は、前記流路の前記入口(606)から前記出口(608)に向かって減少し、前記中心線(C)から前記出口(608)までの半径方向距離は、前記中心線(C)から前記入口(606)までの半径方向距離より長い請求項1記載の羽根構成。
- 前記一次羽根(602)に装着された複数の二次羽根(604)を更に具備し、前記二次羽根(604)は、隣接する一次羽根(602)により規定された流路の中へ延出する請求項1記載の羽根構成。
- 前記二次羽根(604)の各々は、二次凸部(604R)と関連する第1の面及び対応する二次凹部(604F)と関連する反対側の第2の面を有する二次波形シートであり、前記二次凸部(604F)が前記一次凸部(602R)と同一の方向に向き且つオフセット距離だけ前記一次凸部(602R)から離間するように、前記第2の面は一次羽根(602)の一次凸部(602R)に隣接して配置される請求項7記載の羽根構成。
- 前記オフセット距離は、前記流路の前記入口(606)から前記出口(608)に向かって減少し、前記中心線(C)から前記出口(608)までの半径方向距離は、前記中心線(C)から前記入口(606)までの半径方向距離より短い請求項8記載の羽根構成。
- 前記オフセット距離は、前記流路の前記入口(606)から前記出口(608)に向かって増加し、前記中心線(C)から前記出口(608)までの半径方向距離は、前記中心線(C)から前記入口(606)までの半径方向距離より長い請求項8記載の羽根構成。
