Description

The present invention relates to a speaker structure for a vehicle seat.

As this type of speaker structure, the speaker structure disclosed in Patent Document 1 is known. In this known technique, a recess (exclusively existing recess) is formed in the vehicle compartment floor.
Therefore, in the known technique, a sound insulating plate (flat plate shape) provided with a speaker member is provided below the vehicle seat. Then, while the vehicle seat is disposed on the vehicle floor, the recess is shielded by the sound insulating plate, thereby forming a sealed casing (enclosure) on the vehicle floor.
Then, the sound emitted from one side of the speaker member is confined in the casing, and the sound emitted from the other side of the speaker member (sound having a phase opposite to that of the one side) is transmitted to the outside. In this way, by suppressing the interference between the sound on one side and the sound on the other side (interference that cancels each other) and transmitting the sound of the speaker member to the outside, the sound range of the speaker member can be expanded.
In addition, in order to suitably widen the sound range (particularly the low sound range) of the speaker member, it is necessary to increase the volume of the housing (space part) to some extent. At this time, it is not necessary to simply enlarge the housing, but it is necessary to determine the optimum volume of the housing in consideration of the characteristics of the speaker member.

By the way, various cases (bass reflex type, kelton type, etc.) other than the above-described sealed type are known as the case of the speaker structure. For example, a bass-reflex type housing is a sealed box having a cylindrical communication hole. Then, the low frequency sound coming out from one side of the speaker member is phase-inverted by resonance (Helmholtz resonance) in the communication hole, amplified and transmitted to the outside.
In addition, the kelton-type casing is configured to suitably amplify low-frequency sounds, and has both a sealed type and a bass reflex type casing. Then, the sound emitted from one side of the speaker member is amplified by the bass reflex type casing, and the sound emitted from the other side of the speaker member is enclosed by the sealed type casing.

By the way, in the above-described vehicle, noises (road range noise) such as road noise and engine noise are likely to occur, and the low range of the speaker member is likely to be canceled out. For this reason, in a vehicle, it is required to amplify the low sound range of the speaker member to exert a powerful force on the sound.
However, in the above technique, a recess (existing recess) on the floor of the passenger compartment is used as a space, so the degree of freedom in setting the capacity of the housing is low. For this reason, in the known technique, it is not always possible to suitably suppress the interference of the sound in the low frequency range, and the sound range of the speaker member may not expand as expected.
Of course, the volume of the recess may be changed as appropriate, but in this case, a significant modification of the passenger compartment is required and the number of parts of the speaker structure increases.
The present invention has been devised in view of the above points, and the problem to be solved by the present invention is to suitably amplify the low frequency range of the speaker member with a speaker structure that is as simple as possible.

As means for solving the above problems, in the vehicle seat speaker structure of the first invention, the vehicle seat includes a speaker member, a first space portion inside the seat, and a housing member having a second space portion. Have
The speaker structure is arranged on the vehicle seat. This kind of speaker structure is as simple as possible, and it is desirable that the low frequency range of the speaker member can be suitably amplified.

Therefore, in the present invention, the casing member is disposed on one side of the speaker member, and the casing member is attached to the vehicle seat so that the first space portion is disposed on the other side of the speaker member. And at least one of the 1st space part and the 2nd space part is set as the structure which forms a kelton-type housing | casing by connecting with the exterior by a communication means.
In the present invention, the number of parts of the speaker structure can be reduced and simplified by forming the kelton-type casing using the first space (inner space of the seat).

A speaker structure for a vehicle seat according to a second invention is the speaker structure according to the first invention, wherein the vehicle seat is disposed in the vehicle compartment while providing a gap between the vehicle seat and the vehicle compartment floor. To do.
The first space portion is provided at a position facing the gap portion of the vehicle seat, and the housing member is disposed in the gap portion.
In the present invention, it is possible to prevent or reduce the deterioration of the appearance of the seat by compactly arranging the housing member between the vehicle seat and the passenger compartment floor (gap portion).

And it was set as the structure which attaches the above-mentioned housing member to the movable side member of a rail member so that the movement of a vehicle seat can be followed, and maintains the suitable arrangement position of a housing member.

In the first aspect of the present invention, the low frequency range of the speaker member can be suitably amplified by a speaker structure that is as simple as possible. According to the second invention, the design of the sheet can be suitably maintained.
(Car floor)
1 is substantially flat and has a cushioning material S and a disposition portion 9 in which a vehicle seat can be disposed. The cushion material S is a raised member (made of natural fiber or synthetic fiber) such as carpet, and has, for example, a looped or straight raised (not shown).
In this embodiment, a plurality of fastening holes (arrangement portions 9) are formed in the passenger compartment floor surface FL, and then exposed from the hole portions of the cushion material S (see FIG. 3).

[Example 1]
The vehicle seat 2 includes a seat cushion 4, a seat back 6, and a headrest 8 (see FIGS. 1 and 2). The vehicle seat 2 is slidable back and forth in the vehicle, and is disposed with a gap C (described later) between the vehicle seat floor surface FL.
A speaker structure (described later) is disposed on the vehicle seat 2, and it is desirable that this type of speaker structure can widen the sound range of the speaker member 40 with a simple structure as much as possible. Therefore, in this embodiment, the low frequency range of the speaker member 40 is suitably amplified by a speaker structure described later.

[Speaker structure]
The speaker structure of the present embodiment includes a first space X1 inside the seat, a pair of rail members 10, a housing member 30 (second space X2, communication portion 36), a speaker member 40, and a mounting bracket 50. (An example of attachment means). These members are exclusively disposed on the lower side (gap portion side) of the seat cushion.
The housing member 30 and the speaker member 40 are attached to the rail member 10 via the attachment bracket 50. Each configuration will be described below.

(First space part)
The first space portion X1 is an internal space (for example, an existing internal space) of the seat, and is formed at a lower portion of the seat cushion 4 (a position facing the gap portion C) (see FIG. 2). The first space portion X1 preferably has a capacity capable of accommodating at least a speaker member 40 (described later).
Further, the upper side of the first space X1 is surrounded by a pad material 4P (for example, made of soft urethane foam) and a skin material (not shown) (for example, made of fabric). For this reason, the upper side of the first space portion X1 can appropriately contain (sound insulation) the sound of the speaker member.
The lower side of the first space X1 is not covered with the pad material 4P and the skin material and is open. The casing member 30 is attached to the lower side of the first space X1 while forming a gap C described later.

(Rail member)
The pair of rail members 10 are members that slide the vehicle seat 2 (components of the vehicle seat), and each includes an upper rail 12 (movable side member), a lower rail 14 (fixed side member), and a pair of legs. Part 20 (see FIGS. 1 and 2). The upper rail 12 and the lower rail 14 are both plate-like members that are long in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle.
Further, the upper rail 12 has a substantially inverted U shape (in a longitudinal sectional view) and has a first mounting portion 16. The lower rail 14 is substantially U-shaped wider than the upper rail 12, and can be fitted with the upper rail 12 (see FIG. 4).
And the 1st attaching part 16 is a site | part which arrange | positions the attachment bracket 50 (after-mentioned). The first attachment portion 16 of the present embodiment is a substantially L-shaped (sectional view) flat plate member, and has a through hole H on the tip side thereof, and projects from the upper rail 12 to the inside of the seat (FIG. 3, (See FIG. 4). Each upper rail 12 is provided with two sets of second mounting portions 32a in parallel in the seat width direction.

The leg portion 20 is a member that connects the lower rail 14 and the passenger compartment floor surface FL. The leg portion 20 of the present embodiment has a crank shape (side view) and includes an upper piece 22, a lower piece 24, and a connecting piece 26 (see FIG. 2).
The lower piece 24 is a portion fastened to the above-described vehicle compartment floor surface FL (arrangement portion 9), and has an arrangement portion 29 (through hole H). The upper piece 22 has a bracket B that can be connected to the lower rail 14. The bracket B is a substantially U-shaped (cross-sectional view) part and can be fitted with the lower rail 14 (see FIG. 4). The connecting piece 26 is an upwardly inclined portion that connects the lower piece 24 and the upper piece 22. By changing the length dimension or the like of the connecting piece 26, the height dimension H1 of the leg portion 20 can be adjusted.
In the present embodiment, legs 20 are provided at the front end and the rear end of the lower rail 14. At this time, the lower rail 14 is fitted to the bracket B, and the leg portion 20 (height dimension H1) is attached to both ends of the lower rail 14.

(Housing member)
The casing member 30 is a substantially rectangular (front view) sealed box, and includes an upper surface portion 30u and a lower surface portion 30d, and a communication portion 36 described later. The inside of the housing member 30 is hollow, and the second space portion X2 is formed (see FIG. 2).
The upper surface portion 30u includes a speaker member 40 (described later) and a second attachment portion 32. The second attachment portion 32 is a part attached to the attachment bracket 50. The second attachment portion 32 of the present embodiment is a pair of through holes H arranged in parallel in the front and rear of the seat, and two sets are formed on both sides of the housing member 30 (see FIG. 3).

Here, the dimension of the second space portion X2 (the volume of the housing member 30) can be set in consideration of the characteristics of the speaker member 40 described later (see FIG. 3). For example, the dimension of the second space portion X2 can be adjusted by changing the width dimension E1 or the length dimension E2 of the housing member 30 (by a relatively simple design change).
The height dimension H2 of the housing member 30 is preferably set to be equal to or less than the height dimension H1 of the leg portion 20. By setting in this way, the housing member 30 can be placed in the gap C so as to be well (compact).

(Communication Department)
The communicating part 36 is a part that communicates the first space part X1 and the outside (see FIG. 2). The communicating portion 36 of the present embodiment is a cylindrical member that is open at the top and bottom, and is disposed on the rear side of the housing member 30.
As will be described later, after the sound of the speaker member 40 is transmitted to the first space X1, the phase is inverted by the resonance (Helmholtz resonance) in the communication unit 36 and transmitted to the outside.
The communication portion 36 can be formed of, for example, resin, and may be formed integrally with the housing member 30. The tube length and diameter of the communication portion 36 can be appropriately set in consideration of the characteristics of the speaker member 40, the sound range to be resonated, and the like.

(Speaker material)
The speaker member 40 includes a cone-shaped vibrating portion 42 and a cable member 44 (see FIGS. 1 to 3). The cable member 44 is a member that electrically connects an audio signal line or speaker output signal line (not shown) and the speaker member 40.
In the present embodiment, an insertion hole (not shown) is formed at the center of the upper surface portion 30u of the housing member 30, and then the speaker member 40 is fitted. At this time, the cable member 44 is disposed outside the housing member 30 so that the vibration unit 42 faces the second space X2.

Here, it is preferable that the speaker member 40 can generate a sound of 300 Hz or less (low frequency range).
For example, as the speaker member 40, a speaker member (multi-way system) in which a high-frequency unit (tweeter), a middle-frequency unit (mid), a low-frequency unit (woofer), and the like are disposed can be used. The speaker member 40 of this embodiment preferably has at least a woofer. Further, as the speaker member 40, a speaker member (full range method) capable of generating sounds in each sound range with one unit can be used.

(Mounting bracket)
The mounting bracket 50 (an example of the mounting means) is a flat plate member that is long in the seat width direction, and has a length that can be bridged between the pair of rail members 10 (see FIG. 3).
The mounting bracket 50 includes a rail mounting portion 51 and a housing mounting portion 52. The rail attachment portion 51 is a pair of through holes H and is formed at both ends of the attachment bracket 50 (formed at a position corresponding to the first attachment portion 16).
The housing attachment portion 52 is also a pair of through holes H, and is formed inside the rail attachment portion 51 (formed at a position corresponding to the second attachment portion 32).

(Arrangement of housing members)
1 to 4, after fixing the pair of upper rails 12 to both sides of the lower part of the seat cushion 4 (both sides of the first space portion X1), the lower rails 14 are slidably assembled to the upper rails 12.
Before and after the assembling operation, the mounting bracket 50 is disposed between the pair of lower rails 14 in a bridging manner. In this embodiment, the pair of mounting brackets 50 are arranged in parallel in the front and rear of the seat (arranged in parallel in the front and rear of the first space portion X1). Then, the rail attachment portion 51 and the first attachment portion 16 are fastened and fixed by a fastener (bolts or the like), and the attachment bracket 50 is attached to the lower rail 14.
And after arrange | positioning the housing member 30 between a pair of attachment brackets 50, the housing attachment part 52 and the 2nd attachment part 32 are fastened and fixed with a fastener (bolt etc.) (The direction of the housing member 30 is mentioned later) ). By doing so, the housing member 30 can be attached to the upper rail 12 (movable side member) via the attachment bracket 50.

(Formation of a skeleton-type housing)
The casing member 30 is attached to the lower portion of the seat cushion 4 with the upper surface portion 30u facing the first space portion X1. By doing so, the first space portion X1 is disposed above the speaker member 40, and the second space portion X2 is disposed below the speaker member 40.
And the lower part (open shape) of the 1st space part X1 will be in the state substantially shielded by the upper surface part 30u. And the 1st space part X1 and the exterior are connected by the communication part 36, closing the some clearance gap between the seat cushion 4 and the housing | casing member 30 suitably. By doing so, a kelton-type housing can be formed at the lower part (the gap part side) of the seat cushion 4.
The cable member 44 in the first space X1 can be connected to an audio signal line or a speaker output signal line (not shown) in the seat cushion 4. Further, the cable member 44 can pass through the gap between the seat cushion 4 and the housing member 30 and be connected to an audio signal line or a speaker output signal line arranged outside.

With reference to FIGS. 2 and 3, the leg portion 20 is aligned with the arrangement portion 9, and the vehicle seat 2 is disposed on the vehicle compartment floor surface FL. And the arrangement | positioning part 9 and the to-be-arranged part 29 are fastened and fixed with a fastener (bolt etc.), and the vehicle seat 2 is arrange | positioned on the vehicle interior floor surface FL.
A leg portion 20 (height dimension H1) is disposed between the seat cushion 4 and the passenger compartment floor surface FL, and a gap portion C is formed between them. In this gap C, the housing member 30 (second space X2) is disposed in a compact manner.
The vehicle seat 2 can be slid back and forth through the rail member 10 to improve usability. At this time, the housing member 30 is attached to the upper rail 12 (movable side member) by the mounting bracket 50 and can follow the movement of the vehicle seat 2 (maintaining an appropriate arrangement position of the housing member 30). Is possible).

As described above, in the present embodiment, the first space portion X1 (for example, the existing internal space) of the seat cushion 4 is used to form the kelton-type housing. At this time, by using the internal space of the seat, the number of parts of the speaker structure (chassis) can be reduced and simplified. Further, by utilizing the gap portion C, a sufficient volume of the housing member 30 can be secured.
Then, the sound emitted from above the speaker member 40 is amplified by the first space portion X1 (bass reflex type casing), and the sound emitted from the other side of the speaker member 40 is amplified by the second space portion X2 (sealed type casing). Contain it. For this reason, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to suitably amplify the low sound range of the speaker member 40 with a speaker structure as simple as possible.
In particular, the vehicle is in an environment in which noise (low-frequency noise) such as road noise and engine noise is likely to occur, and the low-frequency sound of the speaker member 40 is easily canceled. In this embodiment, since the sound in the low frequency range can be suitably amplified by the kelton-type housing, the speaker structure is suitable for the vehicle seat 2.
The mounting bracket 50 can be mounted simply by providing the housing member 30 with the through hole H. That is, in the present embodiment, the housing member 30 can be attached to the rail member 10 without requiring significant modification of the speaker structure (with the existing configuration as much as possible).

That is, the housing member 30 is provided with a pair of second attachment portions 32a that are arranged in parallel in the front and rear of the seat. The second attachment portion 32a has a substantially L shape (in cross-sectional view), and has a through hole H on the tip side thereof, and projects outward from the housing member 30. In the present embodiment, two sets of second attachment portions 32 a are formed on both side surfaces of the housing member 30 in parallel in the sheet width direction.
