Description

The present invention relates to a speaker structure for a vehicle seat.

As this type of speaker structure, the speaker structure disclosed in Patent Document 1 is known. In this known technique, a recess (exclusively existing recess) is formed in the vehicle compartment floor.
Therefore, in the known technique, a sound insulating plate (flat plate shape) provided with a speaker member is provided below the vehicle seat. Then, while the vehicle seat is disposed on the vehicle floor, the recess is shielded by the sound insulating plate, thereby forming a sealed casing (enclosure) on the vehicle floor.
Then, the sound emitted from one side of the speaker member is confined in the casing, and the sound emitted from the other side of the speaker member (sound having a phase opposite to that of the one side) is transmitted to the outside. In this way, by suppressing the interference between the sound on one side and the sound on the other side (interference that cancels each other) and transmitting the sound of the speaker member to the outside, the sound range of the speaker member can be expanded.

By the way, in order to further expand the sound range (particularly the low sound range) of the speaker member, it is necessary to increase the volume of the housing (space portion) to some extent. At this time, it is not necessary to simply enlarge the housing, but it is necessary to determine the optimum volume of the housing in consideration of the characteristics of the speaker member.
However, in the above technique, a recess (existing recess) on the floor of the passenger compartment is used as a space, so the degree of freedom in setting the capacity of the housing is low. For this reason, in the known technology, it is not always possible to suitably suppress the interference of sound, and the sound range of the speaker member may not expand as expected.
Of course, the volume of the recess may be changed as appropriate, but in this case, a significant modification of the passenger compartment is required and the number of parts of the speaker structure increases.
The present invention has been devised in view of the above-described points, and the problem to be solved by the present invention is to suitably widen the sound range of the speaker member with a simple speaker structure as much as possible.

As means for solving the above problems, in the vehicle seat speaker structure according to the first aspect of the present invention, a cushion material (for example, a raised member or a pad member) is disposed on the entire surface of the vehicle compartment, and then the vehicle seat and the entire surface of the vehicle interior. A vehicle seat is disposed in the passenger compartment while a gap is provided therebetween.
The speaker structure is disposed on the vehicle seat, but this type of speaker structure is as simple as possible, and it is desirable that the sound range of the speaker member be suitably widened.

Therefore, in the present invention, a speaker member is provided on the gap portion side of the vehicle seat, and a housing member having a space portion is provided on one side of the speaker member.
Then, the one surface side of the housing member is opened, and the housing member is pressed against the entire surface of the vehicle compartment at the time of the above arrangement, thereby covering the one surface side of the housing member with the cushion material. By forming the housing using the cushion material in this way, the number of parts of the housing member can be reduced and simplified.
And in this invention, the volume of a housing | casing member can fully be ensured by utilizing the clearance gap between a vehicle seat and a vehicle interior one surface. Furthermore, by appropriately changing the volume of the casing member, it is possible to suitably prevent or reduce the interference of the sound of the speaker member (without requiring significant modification of the passenger compartment).

A speaker structure for a vehicle seat according to a second invention is the speaker structure according to the first invention, wherein a rail member is provided on the gap portion side of the vehicle seat. The vehicle seat can be moved along the rail member to provide a user-friendly seat configuration.
And it was set as the structure which maintains the suitable arrangement position of a housing | casing member by attaching the above-mentioned housing | casing member to the stationary side member of a rail member so that the movement of a vehicle seat may not be followed.

A vehicle seat speaker structure according to a third aspect of the present invention is the speaker structure according to the first or second aspect of the present invention, wherein the cable member extending from the speaker member is passed between the cushion material and the housing member while being passed through the housing. The audio signal line or the speaker output signal line is routed from the body member.

In the first aspect of the present invention, the sound range of the speaker member can be suitably widened with a speaker structure that is as simple as possible. Further, according to the second aspect of the invention, it is possible to provide a user-friendly seat configuration while maintaining an appropriate arrangement position of the speaker member. And according to the 3rd invention, a cable member can be wired more smoothly.

The connecting piece 26 is an upwardly inclined portion that connects the lower piece 24 and the upper piece 22. By changing the length dimension or the like of the connecting piece 26, the height dimension H1 of the leg portion 20 can be adjusted.
In the present embodiment, legs 20 are provided at the front end and the rear end of the lower rail 14. At this time, the lower rail 14 is fitted to the bracket B, and the leg portion 20 (height dimension H1) is attached to both ends of the lower rail 14.

(Housing member)

The lower surface portion 30d (one surface) is open and has a vibration isolating member 34. The anti-vibration member 34 is a member that can be compressed by pressing, and can be formed of, for example, rubber or elastomer. In this embodiment, a ring-shaped vibration isolating member 34 is attached to the lower portion of the peripheral wall surrounding the lower surface portion 30d (see FIG. 4).
The upper surface portion 30u (other surface) has a speaker member 40 (described later) and a second attachment portion 32. The second attachment portion 32 is a part attached to the attachment bracket 50. The second attachment portion 32 of the present embodiment is a pair of through holes H arranged in parallel in the front and rear of the seat, and two sets are formed on both sides of the housing member 30.

Here, the dimension of the space X (the volume of the housing member 30) can be set in consideration of the characteristics of the speaker member 40 described later (see FIGS. 4 and 5). For example, the dimension of the space portion X can be adjusted by changing the width dimension E1 and the length dimension E2 of the casing member 30 (by a relatively simple design change).
In this embodiment, the housing member 30 (open side) is slightly protruded below the seat by setting the height dimension H2 of the housing member 30 to be slightly longer than the height dimension H1 of the leg portion 20, for example. . When the seat is arranged, the protruding housing member 30 is configured to press the passenger compartment floor surface FL (cushion material S).

(Speaker material)
The speaker member 40 includes a cone-shaped vibrating portion 42 and a cable member 44 (see FIGS. 1 and 3). The cable member 44 is a member that electrically connects an audio signal line or speaker output signal line (not shown) and the speaker member 40.
In the present embodiment, an insertion hole (not shown) is formed at the center of the upper surface portion 30u of the housing member 30, and then the speaker member 40 is fitted. At this time, the cable member 44 is disposed in the housing member 30 so that the vibration part 42 faces the outside.

Here, it is preferable that the speaker member 40 can generate sound of 20 Hz to 20 kHz (human audible range).
For example, as the speaker member 40, a speaker member (multi-way method) in which a high-frequency unit (tweeter), a middle-frequency unit (mid), a low-frequency unit (woofer), or the like is disposed can be used. Further, as the speaker member 40, a speaker member (full range method) capable of generating sounds in each sound range with one unit can be used.

(Mounting bracket)
The attachment bracket 50 (an example of attachment means) is a flat plate member that is long in the seat width direction, and has a length dimension that can be bridged between the pair of rail members 10 (see FIG. 5).
The mounting bracket 50 includes a rail mounting portion 51 and a housing mounting portion 52. The rail attachment portion 51 is a pair of through holes H and is formed at both ends of the attachment bracket 50 (formed at a position corresponding to the first attachment portion 16).
The housing attachment portion 52 is also a pair of through holes H, and is formed inside the rail attachment portion 51 (formed at a position corresponding to the second attachment portion 32).

(Arrangement of housing members)
Referring to FIG. 5, after fixing the pair of upper rails 12 to both sides of the lower portion of seat cushion 4, lower rails 14 are slidably assembled to each upper rail 12.
Before and after the assembling operation, the mounting bracket 50 is disposed between the pair of lower rails 14 in a bridging manner. In this embodiment, the pair of mounting brackets 50 are arranged in parallel on the front and rear sides of the seat. Then, the rail attachment portion 51 and the first attachment portion 16 are fastened and fixed by a fastener (bolts or the like), and the attachment bracket 50 is attached to the lower rail 14.
And after arrange | positioning the housing | casing member 30 between a pair of attachment brackets 50, the housing | casing attachment part 52 and the 2nd attachment part 32 are fastened and fixed with a fastener (bolt etc.). By doing so, the housing member 30 can be attached to the lower rail 14 (fixed side member) via the attachment bracket 50.

(Disposition of speaker structure)
With reference to FIGS. 3 and 5, the leg portion 20 is aligned with the disposition portion 9, and the vehicle seat 2 is disposed on the passenger compartment floor surface FL. And the arrangement | positioning part 9 and the to-be-arranged part 29 are fastened and fixed with a fastener (bolt etc.), and the vehicle seat 2 is arrange | positioned on the vehicle interior floor surface FL.
At this time, the casing member 30 (projecting downward in the seat) is pressed against the passenger compartment floor surface FL, and the lower surface portion 30d side (open side) of the casing member 30 is covered with the cushion material S. Here, even if the vehicle interior floor surface FL is slightly uneven, the housing member 30 can be smoothly pressed against the vehicle interior floor surface FL by accommodating the uneven portion in the lower surface portion 30d (open shape). .

Further, the cable member 44 is routed from the inside of the housing member 30 to an external power source through the gap between the cushion material S and the housing member 30 (see FIGS. 2 and 4).
The passage location (gap) of the cable member 44 is ensured by the dent deformation of the cushion material S (and the elastic deformation of the vibration isolation member 34). The cushion material S and the vibration isolation member 34 are provided on the entire circumference of the peripheral wall surrounding the lower surface portion 30d. For this reason, in the present embodiment, passage portions (gap) of the cable member 44 can be formed on the front, rear, left and right sides of the housing member 30, and the cable member 44 can be routed in any direction (the cable member 44 is routed). Can be done smoothly).

A leg portion 20 (height dimension H1) is disposed between the seat cushion 4 and the passenger compartment floor surface FL, and a gap portion C is formed therebetween. In this gap portion C, a sealed casing made up of the casing member 30 and the cushion material S is disposed in a compact manner.
Further, the vehicle seat 2 can be slid back and forth through the rail member 10, which improves usability. At this time, the housing member 30 is attached to the lower rail 14 (fixed side member) by the mounting bracket 50 and does not follow the movement of the vehicle seat 2 (maintains an appropriate arrangement position of the housing member 30). .

In the present embodiment, the closed casing is formed by covering the lower surface 30d side (open side) of the casing member 30 with the cushion material S. By using the cushion material S in this way, the number of parts of the housing member 30 can be reduced and simplified.
Further, by utilizing the gap portion C, a sufficient volume of the housing member 30 can be secured. Then, by appropriately changing the volume of the casing member 30, it is possible to suitably prevent or reduce the interference of sounds in the middle sound range to the low sound range (without requiring significant modification of the passenger compartment floor surface FL).
For this reason, according to the present Example, the sound range of the speaker member 40 can be expanded by the speaker structure as simple as possible.
The mounting bracket 50 can be mounted simply by providing the through hole H in the housing member 30 and the lower rail 14. For this reason, in the present embodiment, the housing member 30 can be attached to the rail member 10 without requiring significant modification of the speaker structure (with the existing configuration as much as possible).

Here, the vehicle is in an environment in which noise (low-range noise) such as road noise and engine noise is likely to occur, and the low-frequency sound of the speaker member 40 is easily canceled.
In the present embodiment, the capacity of the housing member 30 can be changed as appropriate to suitably prevent low-frequency sound interference, so that the speaker structure is suitable for the vehicle seat 2. In particular, in this embodiment, since the lower surface 30u of the housing member 30 is covered with the flexible cushion material S (the cushion material S having a sound absorbing effect), the sound of the speaker member 40 can be suitably contained.

In the present embodiment, two sets of second attachment portions 32 a are formed on both side surfaces of the housing member 30 in parallel in the sheet width direction.

And the 2nd attachment part 32a and the 1st attachment part 16a are face-to-face arrangement | positioning, arrange | positioning the housing member 30 between a pair of lower rails 14 (refer FIG. 7).
