Abstract
【解決手段】誤動作の発生を防止する画像復号化方法は、所定のピクチャ番号のピクチャに対するメモリ上の管理内容を示すメモリ管理コマンドが画像符号化信号中に付加されているか否かを判別する判別ステップ(S502)と、付加されていると判別されたときには、そのメモリ管理コマンドまでの画像符号化信号に含まれる所定のピクチャ番号のピクチャの中から、復号化順でメモリ管理コマンドの直前にあるピクチャを選択する選択ステップ(S504)と、選択されたピクチャに対して管理内容を実行する実行ステップ(S504)とを含む。

2.短時間保存メモリで予測符号化の参照ピクチャとして不要になったピクチャの保存されているメモリ領域を開放する指令
3.短時間保存メモリのピクチャを長時間保存メモリに移動する指令

Claims (3)
- 動画像信号がピクチャ単位で符号化された画像符号化信号を、各ピクチャに対して所定のピクチャ数単位で復号化順に割り当てられたピクチャ番号を用いて復号化する画像復号化方法であって、
所定のピクチャ番号のピクチャに対するメモリ上の管理内容を示すメモリ管理コマンドが前記画像符号信号中に付加されているか否かを判別する判別ステップと、
前記判別ステップでメモリ管理コマンドが付加されていると判別されたときには、前記メモリ管理コマンドまでの画像符号化信号に含まれる前記所定のピクチャ番号のピクチャの中から、復号化順で前記メモリ管理コマンドの直前にあるピクチャを選択する選択ステップと、
前記選択ステップで選択されたピクチャに対して、前記メモリ管理コマンドにより示される管理内容を実行する実行ステップと
を含むことを特徴とする画像復号化方法。 - 動画像信号がピクチャ単位で符号化された画像符号化信号を、各ピクチャに対して所定のピクチャ数単位で復号化順に割り当てられたピクチャ番号を用いて復号化する画像復号化装置であって、
所定のピクチャ番号のピクチャに対するメモリ上の管理内容を示すメモリ管理コマンドが前記画像符号信号中に付加されているか否かを判別する判別手段と、
前記判別手段でメモリ管理コマンドが付加されていると判別されたときには、前記メモリ管理コマンドまでの画像符号化信号に含まれる前記所定のピクチャ番号のピクチャの中から、復号化順で前記メモリ管理コマンドの直前にあるピクチャを選択する選択手段と、
前記選択手段で選択されたピクチャに対して、前記メモリ管理コマンドにより示される管理内容を実行する実行手段と
を備えることを特徴とする画像復号化装置。 - 動画像信号がピクチャ単位で符号化された画像符号化信号を、各ピクチャに対して所定のピクチャ数単位で復号化順に割り当てられたピクチャ番号を用いて復号化するためのプログラムであって、
所定のピクチャ番号の第1のピクチャに対するメモリ上の管理内容を示すメモリ管理コマンドが前記画像符号信号中に付加されているか否かを判別する判別ステップと、
前記判別ステップでメモリ管理コマンドが付加されていると判別されたときには、前記メモリ管理コマンドまでの画像符号化信号に含まれる前記所定のピクチャ番号のピクチャの中から、復号化順で前記メモリ管理コマンドの直前にあるピクチャを選択する選択ステップと、
前記選択ステップで選択されたピクチャに対して、前記メモリ管理コマンドにより示される管理内容を実行する実行ステップと
をコンピュータに実行させることを特徴とするプログラム。
