Claims (4)
- 1つ以上の生産目標を実現できる設備で生産システムの動作を制御する制御システムであって、
前記設備内の1つ以上の設備資源を使用して実行するための計画を提供するように動作する計画装置と、
前記設備のモデルと、
診断システムと、を備え、
前記診断システムは、
前記設備の資源に関する1つ以上の障害仮定をそれぞれ表す複数の診断抽象化であって、前記1つ以上の障害仮定の複雑性がそれぞれ異なる、複数の診断抽象化と、
前記設備の少なくとも1つの資源に対して少なくとも1つの障害状態表示を含む信念モデルと、
診断装置と、を含み、
前記診断装置は、
前記複数の診断抽象化のうち、1つ以上の最も複雑でない障害仮定を有する第1の抽象化を最初に選択するように動作し、かつ、続いて、最後に選択された診断抽象化が前記信念モデル内の現在の障害状態表示と論理的に整合しないとき、前記診断抽象化のうち、より複雑な障害仮定を有する別の抽象化を選択するように動作する、抽象化診断構成要素と、
現在の設備状況を判定するように動作し、かつ、現在選択されている診断抽象化、前に実行された計画、前記設備からの少なくとも1つの対応する観察、および前記設備モデルに少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記信念モデルを更新するように動作する領域診断構成要素と、を含む、
ことを特徴とする制御システム。 - 請求項1に記載の制御システムであって、
前記複数の診断抽象化は、前記設備の資源に関する単一の障害仮定を表す少なくとも1つの抽象化と、多重障害仮定を表す少なくとも1つの抽象化とを含み、それぞれ障害仮定が続けてより複雑になる、
ことを特徴とする制御システム。 - 請求項1に記載の制御システムであって、
前記複数の診断抽象化は、前記設備の資源に関する永続的な障害仮定を表す少なくとも1つの抽象化と、断続的な障害仮定を表す少なくとも1つの抽象化とを含み、それぞれ障害仮定が続けてより複雑になる、
ことを特徴とする制御システム。 - 請求項1に記載の制御システムであって、
前記複数の診断抽象化は、前記設備の資源に関する相互作用障害仮定を表す少なくとも1つの抽象化と、相互作用でない障害仮定を表す少なくとも1つの抽象化とを含み、それぞれ障害仮定が続けてより複雑になる、
ことを特徴とする制御システム。
