Abstract

Claims (12)
- 第1の部品を第2の部品に超音波溶着するのに使用されるノーダル検出ホーンアセンブリであって、
ノーダルホーンと、
前記ノーダルホーンの内部に形成された空洞と、
前記空洞内に少なくとも部分的に配置され、第1の部品の特性を検出して、それに対応する検出信号を出力する検出装置とを備える、ノーダル検出ホーンアセンブリ。 - 前記検出装置が、
第1の部品を検出して、それに対応する前記検出信号を出力するよう作動可能なスイッチ部材と、
前記検出信号を受信して、溶着のための所定の動作特性を判定する検出制御器とを備える、請求項1に記載のノーダル検出ホーンアセンブリ。 - 前記所定の動作特性が、第1の部品の存在である、請求項2に記載のノーダル検出ホーンアセンブリ。
- 前記所定の動作特性が、第1の部品の向きである、請求項2に記載のノーダル検出ホーンアセンブリ。
- 前記ノーダルホーンの前記空洞内に作動可能に配置されたスリーブ部材をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のノーダル検出ホーンアセンブリ。
- 前記空洞が、近端部と、遠端部と、近端部と遠端部との間に延びる肩状領域とを備えており、
前記スリーブ部材が、ノーダルホーン内に前記スリーブ部材を保持するよう前記空洞の前記近端部に係合可能な近端部と、内部体積に前記検出装置が少なくとも部分的に配置される前記内部体積を有する遠端部とを備える、請求項5に記載のノーダル検出ホーンアセンブリ。 - 前記検出装置が、
初期位置では前記ノーダルホーンの接触面を越えて突出し、接触位置では前記空洞内に後退される当接可能部を有するスイッチ部材を備える、請求項1に記載のノーダル検出ホーンアセンブリ。 - 前記当接可能部が前記接触面を越えて突出する量を調節するよう作動可能な調節具をさらに備える、請求項7に記載のノーダル検出ホーンアセンブリ。
- 前記検出装置が接触スイッチである、請求項1に記載のノーダル検出ホーンアセンブリ。
- 前記検出装置が非接触スイッチである、請求項1に記載のノーダル検出ホーンアセンブリ。
- 前記検出装置が、機械スイッチまたはセンサ、誘導スイッチまたはセンサ、容量性スイッチまたはセンサ、光電スイッチまたはセンサ、磁気スイッチまたはセンサ、音響スイッチまたはセンサ、電磁スイッチまたはセンサ、およびこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のノーダル検出ホーンアセンブリ。
- 前記検出装置が、前記ノーダルホーンの長手軸とほぼ一直線上にある、請求項1に記載のノーダル検出ホーンアセンブリ。
