Abstract

Claims (3)
- フレキソプレート上に印刷マスターを形成する方法であって、
(a)少なくとも1つの硬化性モノマー、少なくとも1つの相転位剤、少なくとも1つの光開始剤、及び任意の着色剤を含有する放射線硬化性相転位インクを溶融し、
(b)十分な厚さを有する印刷マスターがフレキソプレート上に形成されるまで、成膜した層の上に次の層を積層する前に成膜した層をゲル化しながら、フレキソプレート上の所望位置に溶融インクを複数層成膜して隆起パターンを形成し、
(c)成膜工程の終了時にフレキソプレート上のインクを硬化する
ことを含む方法。 - フレキソプレート上に印刷マスターを形成する方法であって、
(a)少なくとも1つの硬化性モノマー、少なくとも1つのゲル化剤、少なくとも1つの光開始剤、及び任意の着色剤を含有する放射線硬化性相転位インクを溶融し、
(b)溶融インクをあるパターンでフレキソプレート上に成膜してパターン層を形成し、
(c)インクの成膜層をフレキソプレート上でゲル化させ、
(d)先の成膜層上に溶融インクを成膜して追加の層を形成し、
(e)追加の成膜層をゲル化させ、
(f)十分な厚さを有する印刷マスターがフレキソプレート上に形成されるまで、工程(d)から(e)を繰り返して追加のゲル化した成膜層を形成し、
(g)十分な厚さを達成したら、フレキソプレート上のインクを硬化する
ことを含み、溶融インクの粘度は、約60℃〜約100℃の温度で、約100cP〜約105cPである方法。 - フレキソプレート上に印刷マスターを形成する方法であって、
(a)少なくとも1つの硬化性モノマー、少なくとも1つの相転位剤、少なくとも1つの光開始剤、及び任意の着色剤を含有する放射線硬化性相転位インクを溶融し、
(b)溶融インクをあるパターンでフレキソプレート上に成膜してパターン層を形成し、
(c)インクの成膜層をフレキソプレート上でゲル化させ、
(d)先の成膜層上に溶融インクの追加の層を成膜し、
(e)追加の成膜層をゲル化させ、
(f)初期厚さを有する印刷マスターがフレキソプレート上に形成されるまで、工程(d)から(e)を繰り返して追加の成膜ゲル化層を形成し、
(g)フレキソプレート上のインクを硬化して印刷マスターの初期部分を形成し、
(h)印刷マスターの初期部分上に、溶融インクのポスト初期硬化層を成膜し、
(i)成膜した溶融インクのポスト初期硬化層を、フレキソプレート上でゲル化させ、
(j)先に成膜したポスト初期硬化層上に、追加の溶融インクのポスト初期硬化層を成膜し、
(k)成膜した追加のポスト初期硬化層をゲル化させ、
(l)十分な厚さを有する印刷マスターがフレキソプレート上に形成されるまで、工程(j)から(k)を繰り返してゲル化した追加のポスト初期硬化層を形成し、
(m)十分な厚さを達成したら、フレキソプレート上のインクを硬化する
ことを含む方法。
