Abstract
【解決手段】 テレビジョン信号受信システムはデインタイービング・ネットワーク(18)を含んでおり、デインタリービング・ネットワークには、それぞれのメモリ・コントローラ(20,25)に関連づけられた第1および第2デインタリービング機能が収められている。これらのデインタリービング機能の一方または他方は、Deinterleaver Select(デインタリーバ選択)制御信号に応答してマルチプレクサ(30)によって選択されて使用される。デインタリービングは、選択されたデインタリービング機能によってメモリ(35)の読み/書きアドレシングを制御することにより行われる。

Claims (1)
- 放送用高精細テレビジョン信号を受信して処理するシステムに使用される方法であって、
前記テレビジョン信号を受信するステップと、
前記テレビジョン信号を復調して復調済みテレビジョン信号を生成するステップと、
前記復調済みテレビジョン信号から、インタリーブ済みデータ部分および非インタリーブ済みデータ部分を有するインタリーブ済みデータ出力信号を供給するステップであって、該インタリーブ済みデータ部分が、順番が変更されたインタリーブ済みディジタル・ビデオ・データを表し、該非インタリーブ済みデータ部分が周期的な時間間隔で現れる同期データを表す、前記供給するステップと、
前記インタリーブ済みデータ出力信号内の前記インタリーブ済みディジタル・ビデオ・データを処理できるように前記同期データを認識するステップと、
前記復調済みテレビジョン信号からデコードされた制御信号に応答して、第1のデインタリービング処理および該第1のデインタリービング処理とは異なる第2のデインタリービング処理のうちの一方を選択するステップと、
前記選択されたデインタリービング処理で前記インタリーブ済みディジタル・ビデオ・データをデインタリーブして、前記ビデオ・データの順番が復元されたデインタリーブ済み出力信号を生成するステップと、
前記デインタリーブ済み出力信号を非ランダム化して非ランダム化済みの信号を生成するステップと、
前記非ランダム化済み出力信号をリードソロモン・デコードしてデコード済み出力信号を生成するステップと、
前記デコード済み出力信号内のトランスポート・パケットのヘッダを検査してビデオ・データを識別するステップと、
前記識別されたビデオ・データをビデオ・デコードするステップと、
を含む、前記方法。
