Abstract
【解決手段】プランジャ5の後部に取り付けた緩衝部材7にテーパ凸面71を形成すると共に固定磁極6にテーパ凹面61を形成し、緩衝部材7および固定磁極6を介してプランジャ5がガイドパイプ4に対して同心に位置決めされ、プランジャ5が振動してもプランジャ5がガイドパイプ4に接触しないようにした。

Claims (3)
- ソレノイドコイルの中心に筒状のガイドパイプを設け、このガイドパイプ内を進退自在のプランジャと、ガイドパイプ内の後部に固定され、プランジャの後方への移動を所定の位置で規制する固定磁極とを備え、プランジャの前端に弁体を設けて、プランジャを前進方向に付勢する付勢手段により弁体を弁口に押接させて弁口を閉弁すると共に、ソレノイドコイルに通電することにより生じる電磁力でプランジャを付勢手段の付勢力に抗して上記所定位置まで後退させて弁口を開弁する電磁開閉弁において、プランジャ側と固定磁極側とのいずれか一方に緩衝部材を取り付け、互いに係合し得るテーパ凸面とテーパ凹面とのうちのいずれか一方を緩衝部材の先端に形成し、プランジャ側と固定磁極側とのうちの他方の先端であって緩衝部材に当接する部分にテーパ凸面とテーパ凹面とのうちの他方を形成し、プランジャが上記所定位置まで後退し保持されている状態で両テーパ面が互いに係合することによってプランジャを位置決めして、ソレノイドコイルへの通電電流が脈動することによりプランジャが振動した場合であっても、プランジャがガイドパイプに接触することを防止する芯出し手段を設け、さらに、緩衝部材のテーパ面の大径部の直径を係合相手のテーパ面の大径部の直径より小さくし、かつ、緩衝部材のテーパ面の小径部の直径を係合相手のテーパ面の小径部の直径より大きくして、緩衝部材のテーパ面に対して、係合相手のテーパ面の端部が接触しないようにして、端部による緩衝部材の摩耗を防止するようにしたことを特徴とする電磁開閉弁。
- 緩衝部材のテーパ面に対して係合する側のテーパ面に無電解ニッケルメッキを被着させて摩擦係数を低下させ、上記緩衝部材の摩擦による摩耗を防止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁開閉弁。
- 緩衝部材のテーパ面に対して係合する側のテーパ面にフッ素を複合させた無電解ニッケルメッキを被着させて摩擦係数を低下させ、上記緩衝部材の摩擦による摩耗を防止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁開閉弁。
