Abstract
【解決手段】受動型燃料電池アセンブリは、膜電極接合体と、アノード集電体と、カソード集電体と、親水性ガス不透過層と、気液分離層とを含む。アノード集電体およびカソード集電体は、膜電極接合体の2つの対向する側に配置される。親水性ガス不透過層は、アノード集電体の上に配置される。気液分離層は、親水性ガス不透過層の上に配置され、その結果、親水性ガス不透過層が気液分離層とアノード集電体の間に配置される。

Claims (11)
- 膜電極接合体と、
アノード集電体と、
カソード集電体と、
親水性ガス不透過層と、
気液分離層と
を含み、前記アノード集電体および前記カソード集電体が前記膜電極接合体の2つの対向する側に配置され、
前記親水性ガス不透過層が前記アノード集電体の上に配置され、
前記気液分離層が前記親水性ガス不透過層の上に配置され、その結果、前記親水性ガス不透過層が前記気液分離層と前記アノード集電体の間に配置されて、前記気液分離層と接触することを特徴とする受動型燃料電池アセンブリ。 - 前記親水性ガス不透過層と前記気液分離層の間に配置され、前記親水性ガス不透過層と前記気液分離層の間の接触部分を増加させる親水性材料層をさらに含む請求項1記載の受動型燃料電池アセンブリ。
- 前記アノード集電体と前記親水性ガス不透過層の間に配置された吸水性ガス透過層をさらに含む請求項1記載の受動型燃料電池アセンブリ。
- 前記吸水性ガス透過層が、少なくとも1つの通気孔を有する親水性材料層である請求項3記載の受動型燃料電池アセンブリ。
- 前記吸水性ガス透過層の材料が、織物、不織布、紙、泡または発泡ポリウレタン(PU)を含む請求項3記載の受動型燃料電池アセンブリ。
- 前記親水性ガス不透過層の材料が、織物、不織布または紙を含む請求項1記載の受動型燃料電池アセンブリ。
- 前記カソード集電体の上に配置され、少なくとも1つの開孔を有するガス不透過層をさらに含む請求項1記載の受動型燃料電池アセンブリ。
- 前記ガス不透過層の開孔率が、0.5%〜21%の範囲内に入る請求項7記載の受動型燃料電池アセンブリ。
- 前記膜電極接合体、前記アノード集電体および前記カソード集電体を固定するためのフレームをさらに含む請求項1記載の受動型燃料電池アセンブリ。
- 前記フレームがガス排出路を有し、前記ガス排出路の一端が前記親水性ガス不透過層によって覆われた請求項9記載の受動型燃料電池アセンブリ。
- 液体燃料を保存するための燃料供給ユニットをさらに含み、前記燃料供給ユニット、前記アノード集電体、前記気液分離層、前記親水性ガス不透過層が、前記膜電極接合体の同じ側に設けられた請求項1記載の受動型燃料電池アセンブリ。
