Abstract
牛糞、豚糞、鶏糞等の家畜糞尿を発酵、乾燥させるときに発生する、アンモニアを高濃度に含有するガスを利用し、肥料として使用可能なリン酸アンモニウムを調製することができるようになる。
【解決手段】
牛糞、豚糞、鶏糞を発酵、乾燥させるときに発生するアンモニアを含有するガスを、20%以上60%以下のリン酸水溶液と接触させ、pHを6以上8以下に調整することにより、肥料として利用可能なリン酸水素二アンモニウムを製造する。

Description
図1に示すようにベッセルに種々の濃度のリン酸水溶液を入れ、所定のアンモニア濃度のガスを封入したバッグから、2L/minの流速でリン酸水溶液に通過させた。経時的にpHと出口のアンモニア濃度を測定した。アンモニア濃度の測定には検知管(ガステック社製アンモニア用検知管3L)を用いた。またリン酸水溶液中の窒素濃度を、イオン交換クロマトグラフ装置でアンモニウムイオンを定量することにより測定した。実施例の場合には、高濃度のアンモニアを排出することなく高濃度の窒素を含有するリン酸二アンモニウム液が得られ、結晶の析出も起こらなかった。

Claims (2)
- 牛糞、豚糞、鶏糞を発酵、乾燥させるときに発生するアンモニアを含有するガスを、20%以上60%以下のリン酸水溶液と接触させ、pHを6以上8以下に調整することによりリン酸水素二アンモニウムを得る請求項1記載の肥料製造方法。
- 牛糞、豚糞、鶏糞を発酵、乾燥させるときに発生する、1000ppm以上のアンモニアを含有するガスを、20%以上60%以下のリン酸水溶液と接触させ、pHを6以上8以下に調整することによりリン酸水素二アンモニウムを得る請求項1記載の肥料製造方法。
