ステータコア６は、外方向に突出する複数の突極（図示せず）にコイル７が巻回されている。シャフト収納部材１０は、円筒部内周面１０ａを有しシャフトを収納する円筒部１０ｂと、この円筒部１０ｂの一方の端部側に結合され、円筒部１０ｂの外側に延在するフランジ部１０ｃとを有している。ハウジング部材１５は、シャフト収納部材１０を内周に嵌合する円筒部と、円筒部の一方の端部を密閉する底部と、円筒部の他方の端に設けられアキシャル方向（軸方向）の面を有する上端面部とを含み、略カップ状をしている。
