Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an antibacterial agent composition.
The slime and odor generated over time on textiles and hard surfaces are thought to be caused by chemical substances produced by metabolism in the process where fungi remain on the fiber surface, inside, or hard surface and proliferate. Conventionally, various surfactants are used against various soils. In Patent Document 1, it is considered that a surfactant is effective for removing dirt and a bleaching agent is effective for sterilizing bacteria floating in the washing water. It is considered that it is difficult to achieve an effect on fungi adhering to a product having a hard surface having a relatively complicated shape.
An object of the present invention is to exhibit an excellent antibacterial action against fungi adhering to fibers in a fiber product or a relatively complicated part of a product having a hard surface in the washing process of a fiber product or a hard surface product.
ΔE={(ΔL)2+(Δa)2+(Δb)2}1/2
Δa;(洗浄後の布のa値)−(洗浄前の布のa値)
[5] Discoloration test for textile products A two-tank washing machine (Toshiba Galaxy 3.6 VH-360S1) was prepared, and 40 liters of 20 ° C tap water was placed in the washing tub, and 1.4 kg of cotton Of underwear and 0.6 kg of cotton / polyester unweared shirt. Prepare one piece of 30 cm x 30 cm cotton cloth with 5 pieces sewn at the center and four corners of the test cloth (black T-shirt (made by UNIQLO Co., Ltd.) cut into 10 cm x 10 cm). The test cloth was sprayed to 1 g / sheet of antibacterial agent solution and allowed to stand for 10 minutes, then placed in a washing tub and attack (powder type) Lot. Put W153137 in standard working concentration and wash normally for 10 minutes. Then dehydrate for 1 minute and repeat rinse twice for 4 minutes. Then dehydrate for 5 minutes and let it air dry indoors. This process was regarded as one process, and cumulative cleaning was performed 5 times. For colorimetry, the L value, a value, and b value are measured using a color difference meter (Nippon Denshoku Industries Co., Ltd .: ND (F) -300A), the ΔE value is obtained by the following formula, and evaluated according to the following criteria did. It means that the smaller the ΔE value, the less discoloration color in the cumulative cleaning. When the ΔE value is greater than 2, fading can be confirmed by visual observation.
ΔE = {(ΔL) 2 + (Δa) 2 + (Δb) 2 } 1/2
ΔL; (L value of the cloth after washing) − (L value of the cloth before washing)
Δa; (a value of cloth after washing) − (a value of cloth before washing)
Δb; (b value of the cloth after washing) − (b value of the cloth before washing)
Evaluation criteria 1: ΔE value is 2 or less 2: ΔE value is greater than 2

This process was repeated 30 times, and the discoloration color was visually observed and judged according to the following criteria. In the following evaluation criteria, it is determined that 2 is a level at which quality problems occur, and 1 is determined that such problems do not occur.
Evaluation criteria 1: No discoloration 2: Dullness or discoloration is observed
