Abstract
【解決手段】
本発明は、不織布からなる外側層(1、1’)と、これらの外側層(1、1’)の間に積層された、弾性フィルムからなる並行なストライプ(2)とを有する、複合材料、特に柔軟なおむつ用面ファスナーの製造のための複合材料に関する。外側層(1、1’)は、弾性フィルムストライプ(2)の間の区域で互いに直接結合されており、複合材料の非弾性領域を形成する。複合材料の各々のフィルムストライプ(2)を含む区域は弾性領域を形成する。本発明では、透光性の不織布からなる外側層(1、1’)のうちの少なくとも一つはカラー印刷またはパターン印刷されており、この際、印刷(3)は、弾性領域及び非弾性領域上に延びている。

Claims (7)
- 不織布からなる外側層(1、1’)と、外側層(1、1’)の間に積層された、弾性フィルムからなる並行なストライプ(2)とを有し、
・外側層(1、1’)は、弾性フィルムストライプ(2)の間の区域では互いに直接結合され、複合材料の非弾性領域を形成し、及び
・複合材料の各々フィルムストライプ(2)を含む区域は弾性領域を形成する、
複合材料、特に柔軟なおむつ用面ファスナー要素の製造のための複合材料であって、
透光性の不織布からなる外側層(1、1’)のうちの少なくとも一つがカラー印刷またはパターン印刷されており、ここで印刷(3)は、弾性領域及び非弾性領域上に延びていることを特徴とする前記複合材料。 - 印刷(3)が、複合材料の伸び方向(x)に対して横断方向に延びるストライプまたは波線(4)からなるパターンからなることを特徴とする、請求項1の複合材料。
- 印刷(3)が、外側層(1)のうちの一つの内側の面に配されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2の複合材料。
- 印刷(3)が、外側層(1)のうちの一つの前処理された面(5)上に配されること、及びこの前処理が、不織布中のインキの滲みを大幅に阻止するウェブプライマーの塗布からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つの複合材料。
- 印刷(3)が、凹版印刷法によって形成された印刷画像からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つの複合材料。
- 印刷(3)のための印刷インキが、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、硝酸セルロース(NC)、または硝酸セルロースとポリアミドとの混合物(NC/PA)に基づき、そして好ましくは粘着樹脂と混合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つの複合材料。
- 複合材料の弾性領域が、過剰の伸びによって機械的に活性化されており、この際、外側層(1)のうちの少なくとも一つが機械的な活性化の前に印刷されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つの複合材料。
