【解決手段】
弾性領域と非弾性領域とを備えるフリース複合材料を製造するための方法であって、弾性的な積層体から成る平行なテープが、互いに間隔を置いて不織布から成る2つの帯体の間に積層され、その際、これらの不織布の帯体が、テープの間の領域内で直接互いに接合されて非弾性領域を構成し、それぞれ1つのテープを包含するフリース複合材料の部分が、弾性領域を構成する方法において、弾性的な積層体が、粘着性のエラストマーのコア層と、この粘着性のコア層上に取り付けられる団塊化しない少なくとも1つの不織布から成る外層とを備えることによる。

Claims (8)
- 弾性領域と非弾性領域とを備えるフリース複合材料を製造するための方法であって、弾性的な積層体から成る平行なテープが、互いに間隔を置いて不織布から成る2つの帯体の間に積層され、その際、これらの不織布の帯体が、テープの間の領域内で直接互いに接合されて非弾性領域を構成し、それぞれ1つのテープを包含するフリース複合材料の部分が、弾性領域を構成する方法において、
弾性的な積層体が、粘着性のエラストマーのコア層と、この粘着性のコア層上に取り付けられる団塊化しない少なくとも1つの不織布から成る外層とを備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 粘着性のエラストマーのコア層と、弾性的な積層体の不織布から成る外層とが、押出し積層、接着剤積層、又は部分面的に超音波によって接合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 弾性的な積層体の不織布から成る外層の単位面積重量が、積層体上に積層される帯体の単位面積重量よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 弾性的な積層体の外層を構成する不織布が、5g/m2〜15g/m2の単位面積重量を備えること、そして積層体上に積層される帯体が、それぞれ15g/m2よりも大きい単位面積重量を、好ましくは20〜35g/m2の単位面積重量を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 弾性的な積層体の外層と、積層体上に積層される帯体とが、同じ原料から成ることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の方法。
- 弾性的な積層体が、スチロール−イソプレン−スチロールブロックコポリマ、スチロール−ブタジエン−スチロールブロックコポリマ、スチロール−エチレン/ブチレン−スチロールブロックコポリマ、ポリウレタン、又はエチレンコポリマのグループから成る単一フィルムを包含することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 弾性的な積層体が、ローラから引き出されてテープへと切断されること、そしてこれらのテープが、転向装置を介して案内され、互いに間隔を置いた平行なテープとして積層装置に供給され、この積層装置において、テープが、不織布から成る帯体の間に積層されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- フリース複合材料が、弾性領域内で、帯体の方向に対して横に、好ましくはリングローラ処理によって伸張されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
