Abstract
【解決手段】主燃焼室2に開口する1次燃焼室4と、1次燃焼室4に設けられたパイロットバーナ5と、1次燃焼室4に燃料を噴射する燃料ノズル6と、燃料ノズル6の周囲に、燃料ノズル6に沿って1次空気を供給する1次空気供給路7と、1次燃焼室4の近傍から、主燃焼室2内に2次空気を噴射する2次空気供給路8とを有する拡散燃焼装置1に、1次空気および2次空気の全体量に対する1次空気の割合である1次空気比を、主燃焼室の温度が低いときには高くし、主燃焼室の温度が高いときには低くする1次空気比調節手段を設ける。

Claims (6)
- 主燃焼室に開口する1次燃焼室と、
前記1次燃焼室に設けられたパイロットバーナと、
前記1次燃焼室に燃料を噴射する燃料ノズルと、
前記燃料ノズルの周囲に、前記燃料ノズルに沿って1次空気を供給する1次空気供給路と、
前記1次燃焼室の近傍から、前記主燃焼室内に2次空気を噴射する2次空気供給路と、
前記1次空気および前記2次空気の全体量に対する前記1次空気の割合である1次空気比を、前記主燃焼室の温度が低いときには高くし、前記主燃焼室の温度が高いときには低くする1次空気比調節手段とを有することを特徴とする拡散燃焼装置。 - 前記1次空気を前記燃料ノズル周りに旋回させる気流旋回手段をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡散燃焼装置。
- 前記主燃焼室の温度が低いときの前記1次空気比は、5%以上、40%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の拡散燃焼装置。
- 前記主燃焼室の温度が低いときの前記1次空気比は、10%以上であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の拡散燃焼装置。
- 前記主燃焼室の温度が高いときの前記1次空気比は、10%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の拡散燃焼装置。
- 前記2次空気供給路は、交番して燃焼ガスの排気のための流路を兼ねるために複数設けられ、それぞれ蓄熱体を介して前記2次空気が導入されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の拡散燃焼装置。
