Next, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIGS. 1-7 shows one Embodiment of the cutter built-in type cutting board 100 which concerns on this invention.
In the figure, reference numeral 10 denotes a rectangular cutting board body made of resin, and on the opposing side surfaces 10a and 10a of the peripheral surface, there are provided accommodating portions 40 and 40 for accommodating a pair of blades 20 and 20, respectively. It becomes the composition.

Further, the cutting board body 10 is formed by stacking two plate-like bodies 30 and 30 having the same shape so as to be separable and adsorbable to each other, and for accommodating the blades 20 and 20 on the overlapping surface. Storage portions 40, 40 are formed.
As shown in FIG. 4, the blade 20 includes a handle portion 21 and a knife-like blade portion 22 for a person to hold, and a through hole 24 is formed at the end of the handle portion 21. A cylindrical handle end 23 is integrally formed. A slit-like fitting groove 25 is formed in the handle end portion 23 of the handle portion 21 to be fitted with a projection 44 on the plate body 30 side which will be described later.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, the housing portions 40, 40 are composed of a wide handle housing portion 41 and a slit-like blade housing portion 42 extending continuously from the handle housing portion 41. The handle portion 21 of the blade 20 is housed in the handle housing portion 41, and the blade portion 22 of the blade 20 is housed in the blade housing portion 42, so that the entire blade 20 is incorporated into and removed from the cutting board body 10. It has a possible structure.

The blade accommodating portion 42 is formed with a blade edge accommodating portion 42a that extends further from the tip of the blade accommodating portion 42. When the blade 20 is accommodated, the edge of the blade portion 22 is accommodated in the blade edge accommodating portion 42a. It has become so. That is, when the blade 20 is housed in the housing portion 40, the blade 20 is inserted into the housing portion 40 from an oblique direction so that the tip of the blade 20 enters first, and when the blade 20 is housed, only the blade portion 22 does not pop out. It has a structure like this.

In addition, circular notches 43 and 43 that penetrate the cutting board main body 10 are formed in the handle accommodating portions 41 and 41 of the accommodating portions 40 and 40, respectively. And as shown in FIG.1 and FIG.2, when the blades 20 and 20 are each accommodated in this accommodating part 40 and 40, while the handle | steel-end parts 23 and 23 of the blades 20 and 20 are each fitted, the penetration The holes 24 are accommodated so that the cutting board body 10 is exposed.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, each handle is accommodated from each plate-like body 30, 30 on the side of each handle accommodating portion 41, 41 of this accommodating portion 40, 40 and in the vicinity of the overlapping surface. Projections 44 and 44 projecting toward the portions 41 and 41 are formed. When the blade 20 is accommodated in the housing portions 40, 40, the projections 44, 44 of the plate-like bodies 30, 30 are fitted into the slit-like fitting grooves 25 formed in the handle portion 21 of the blade 20. It is supposed to be.

Further, permanent magnets (not shown) are embedded in the plate-like bodies 30 and 30 so that they are attracted to each other when they are overlapped as shown in FIG.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, convex portions 31, 31, 31, 31 are formed at the four corners of the overlapping surface of each plate-like body 30, 30, and each plate-like body 30, 30 is overlapped. The projections 31, 31, 31, 31 are fitted into the recesses 32, 32, 32, 32 of the other plate-like body 30.

The plate-like bodies 30 and 30 are both made of a thermoplastic resin that can be molded or injection-molded. For example, one plate-like body 30 is white and the other plate-like body 30 is formed. Are colored in different colors such as black or red.
And in the cutting board 100 of this invention which comprised such a structure, the outstanding effect | action and effect as shown below are exhibited.

(1) Since the cutting board main body 10 is formed by the two plate-like bodies 30 and 30, the blades 20 and 20 formed between them by separating the plate-like bodies 30 and 30 as shown in FIG. The accommodating portions 40, 40 can be exposed. As a result, the accommodating portions 40, 40 can be easily cleaned, so that the accommodating portions 40, 40 can always be kept clean, and contamination of the blade 20 can be prevented in advance.

(2) Since the projections 44 and 44 are respectively formed on the overlapping surfaces of the plate-like bodies 30 and 30, and the fitting groove 25 that fits the projection 44 is formed in the handle portion 21 of the blade 20. By accommodating 20 in the accommodating part 40, each plate-shaped body 30,30 is restrained in the state which overlapped. As a result, the cutting board body 10 and the accommodated blade 20 are not scattered, and can be stored safely and reliably.

(3) By forming the cutting board body 10 with two plate-like bodies 30 and 30 that can be separated from each other, as shown in FIG. 7, the two plate-like bodies 30 and 30 are simultaneously used as cutting boards for cooking, respectively. It becomes possible to do.
(4) The opposing peripheral surface portions 10a and 10a of the cutting board body 10 can be constrained by the blades 20 and 20 in a state where the two plate-like bodies 30 and 30 overlap each other. This can more reliably prevent the cutting board body 10 from being scattered.

(5) As shown in FIG. 6, two plate-like bodies are formed on the overlapping surface of the plate-like bodies 30, 30 because a plurality of convex portions 31 that fit into the concave portions 32 of the other plate-like body 30 are formed. It is possible to reliably prevent the sliding in the sliding direction in a state where 30 and 30 are overlapped.
(6) As shown in FIG. 7, when each plate-like body 30, 30 is used separately, the projections 31, 31, 31, 31 formed on each plate-like body 30, 30 function as legs. Therefore, the plate-like bodies 30 and 30 can be stably held.

(7) Since the magnets are embedded in the respective plate-like bodies 30 and 30 so as to be attracted to the other plate-like bodies 30 when they are overlaid, the two plate-like bodies 30 and 30 are easily and reliably overlapped. Can be matched.
(8) Since each plate-like body 30, 30 is formed of a resin having a different color, it is easy to distinguish between the two. Thereby, for example, one plate-like body 30 can be used easily for fish, and the other plate-like body 30 can be used for vegetables.
(9) When not in use, the blades 20 and 20 can be accommodated in a compact manner by using the through-holes 24 and 24 of the blades 20 and 20 to scratch the hanger.

(10) The cutting board body 10 is made of a flexible resin such as polyethylene, and the ends of the circular cutouts 43 and 43 formed so as to penetrate the cutting board body 10 It is slightly narrower than the width of the 20 handle ends 23, 23. For this reason, when the blades 20 and 20 are accommodated in the accommodating portion 40, the tip end portions expand so as to bend and accommodate the handle end portions 23 and 23. It returns to the state of (2) and functions to hold the handle ends 23, 23. Therefore, after the blades 20 and 20 are stored in the storage portion 40, the stored blades 20 and 20 are not easily dropped off or shifted when the cutting board body 10 is tilted or slightly shaken.
