Claims (10)

1. A blending assembly, comprising:
the stirring device comprises a stirring body (1), wherein the stirring body (1) comprises a central shaft (111) and a cylinder sleeve (112) which is sleeved on the outer side of the central shaft (111) and is coaxially arranged with the central shaft (111), a matching groove (10 a) is formed between the central shaft (111) and the inner side of the cylinder sleeve (112), the matching groove (10 a) is provided with a notch (10 b), and the notch (10 b) is positioned at the bottom of the cylinder sleeve (112);
the stirring part (2), the stirring part (2) is arranged on the outer side wall of the stirring body (1);
the stirring body (1) comprises at least two stirring split bodies which can be opened and closed, and the at least two stirring split bodies are distributed along the circumferential direction of the matching groove (10 a) so as to surround the matching groove (10 a) when the at least two stirring split bodies are closed;
when the stirring device is opened, one stirring split body can be separated and/or rotated relative to the other stirring split body so as to expose the matching groove (10 a) from the side surface.
2. The stirring assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that at least part of the contact surface between two adjacent stirring sub-bodies is located on the cross section of the stirring body (1) along the axial direction.

Stirring assembly according to claim 1, wherein said stirring sub-bodies are two and respectively a first sub-body (11) and a second sub-body (12), said first sub-body (11) being provided at both horizontal ends with a first front end portion (13) and a first rear end portion (14), respectively, said second sub-body (12) being provided at both horizontal ends with a second front end portion (15) and a second rear end portion (16), respectively, said first front end portion (13) and said second front end portion (15) being rotatably connected, said first rear end portion (14) and said second rear end portion (16) being detachably connected.
4. The stirring assembly according to claim 3, wherein the first front end portion (13) is two and is located at the upper end and the lower end of the second front end portion (15), the first front end portion (13) and the second front end portion (15) are respectively provided with a first shaft hole (17) and a second shaft hole (18), and the stirring assembly further comprises a first connecting shaft (19) penetrating through the first shaft hole (17) and the second shaft hole (18);
or the number of the first front end parts (13) is two, the first front end parts are positioned at the upper end and the lower end of the second front end part (15), a third shaft hole is formed in one of the first front end part (13) and the second front end part (15), a second connecting shaft is integrally formed in the other one of the first front end part and the second front end part, and the second connecting shaft is arranged in the third shaft hole in a penetrating manner;
or the first front end part (13) and the second front end part (15) are connected together through an elastic sheet at one end far away from the matching groove (10 a).
5. Stirring assembly according to claim 3, characterized in that said first rear end (14) and said second rear end (16) are connected by snap-in.
6. The stirring assembly according to claim 5, characterized in that one of said first rear end portion (14) and said second rear end portion (16) is provided with a locking hole (141), and the other is provided with a locking projection (161) inserted in said locking hole (141).
7. The stirring assembly according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein one of the stirring sub-bodies comprises: the central shaft (111) and a part of the sleeve (112), and the upper end of the part of the sleeve (112) is connected to the outer side wall of the central shaft (111);
the rest of the stirring split bodies comprise partial cylinder sleeves (112), when the stirring split bodies are closed, the cylinder sleeves (112) of all the parts are sequentially spliced along the circumferential direction of the central shaft (111), and the upper end parts of all the cylinder sleeves (112) of all the parts abut against the outer side wall of the central shaft (111).

The stirring assembly of claim 1, wherein the bottom of the central shaft (111) is formed with a shaft hole (113), and the shaft hole (113) is non-circular for connecting with a driving shaft (1011); the top of center pin (111) is equipped with the connecting axle, the axis of connecting axle with the axis coincidence of center pin.
9. The stirring assembly of claim 7, wherein the top wall of the sleeve (112) is provided with ventilation holes (114).
10. A food processor, comprising:
