Abstract
プロピレングリコールを主成分とする、例えば航空機用の防氷剤、除氷剤、滑走路用の凍結防止剤、融雪剤等の撒布用不凍液を安価で効率的に処理する方法であり、粘性を低下させる方法であり、効果的にセメントクリンカの粉砕助剤として再利用する方法を提供することである。
【解決手段】
プロピレングリコールを10〜60質量%含む撒布用不凍液を回収し、前回収液に、ジエチレングリコールを、前記回収液100質量部に、40〜400質量部を添加して、添加後の前回収液の粘度測定を絶対粘度計でおこない、その測定値が、100mPa・s以下であるように調製して得られる、セメントクリンカの粉剤助剤、である。

Description
粉砕助剤として、プロピレングリコール濃度40%、絶対粘度270mPa・sの回収不凍液を用いた。比較用として、凝集沈殿処理をした回収不凍液、ジエチレングリコールも含めた。また、セメントクリンカは太平洋セメント(株)製、石膏には火力発電所で回収された排脱二水石膏を用いた。
セメントクリンカの粉砕は、3kg/バッチのボールミルにより行った。5mm以下に粗粉砕した普通ポルトランドセメントクリンカ3kg、及び出来上がりのセメントのSO3量が2.0質量%となるように計算された量の石膏を、上記ボールミルに投入し、目標ブレーン比表面積が3200±100cm2/gとなるように粉砕し、セメントを調製した。この時、目標ブレーン比表面積に到達するまでの粉砕時間(分)を記録した。試料の添加量は、クリンカ100質量部に対して、各々0.02質量部とした。

- プロピレングリコールを10〜60質量%含む撒布用不凍液を回収し、
前記回収液100質量部に、ジエチレングリコールを、40〜400質量部を添加して、
添加後の前回収液の粘度測定を絶対粘度計でおこない、その測定値が、100mPa・s以下であるように調製して得られる、セメントクリンカの粉剤助剤。 - プロピレングリコールを30〜60質量%含む撒布用不凍液を回収し、
前回収液に、水を添加して、プロピレングリコール量を10〜30質量%として、更に、前記水添加後の回収液100質量部に、ジエチレングリコールを、40〜200質量部を添加して、
添加後の前回収液の粘度測定を絶対粘度計でおこない、その測定値が、100mPa・s以下であるように調製して得られる、セメントクリンカの粉剤助剤。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の粉剤助剤を、セメントクリンカ100質量部に対して、0.01〜1質量部添加することを特徴とする撒布用不凍液の再資源化方法。
