Claims (3)
- 所定の領域内に磁場を発生するコイルと、
冷却水流通用のクールパイプと、
前記コイル、クールパイプを封止する樹脂部材と、
この樹脂部材中に分散配置されたガラス部材とを備えていることを特徴とする磁場発生コイル装置。 - 上記ガラス部材は、球状又は楕円球状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁場発生コイル装置。
- 上記コイルは所定幅の樹脂層間に配置され、上記ガラス部材の最大部は、上記樹脂層の幅よりも小さく形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁場発生コイル装置。
