Abstract
燃料とガス流との混合を改善するガスタービン機関の燃焼器で、燃料をガス流に案内すること、及び、排出物を減少する一方、効率を向上するための燃料ランスを供給することを課題としている。
【解決手段】
本発明は、ガスタービン機関の燃料器(1)で、燃料をガス流に案内するための燃料ランス(7)に関し、燃料がガス流に案内されるランス(7)の領域は、ほぼらせん状の形状(12)を備えている。

Description
かつ、高温燃焼ガスが、第1のタービンを通過し、続いて、燃料が案内されるSEV燃焼器1として知られている第2の燃焼器に供給される。酸化ガスが、渦生成器又は生成器2を通ってSEV燃焼器1に案内される。本発明による燃料ランスは、燃焼器に燃料を案内するために備えられている。燃料ランス7は、燃料を酸化ガスとより良く混合するために設計されている。本発明の燃料ランス7は、燃料が燃焼フロントパネル5の上流の燃料器の壁4に到達するのを妨げ、自動点火を回避するように、形成されもしている。点線6は、酸化ガスのみの領域と下流の燃料と酸化ガスの混合領域の間の境界をもう一度示している。
例えば、ランス7に対して、燃料又は酸化ガスに円周状又は垂直の構成要素を与えるために、ランス7の外側表面9の周りに十分に存在するらせん状の形状が備えることが可能である。

Claims (14)
- ガスタービン機関の燃焼器で、燃料をガス流に案内するための燃料ランス(7)において、
燃料がガス流に案内されるランスの領域は、ほぼらせん状の形状を備えることを特徴とする燃料ランス。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料ランス(7)において、
らせん状の形状は、ランスの外側表面に、ランスのほぼ軸方向に伸びるらせん状の溝(13)を備えることを特徴とする燃料ランス。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料ランス(7)において、
燃料をガス流に案内するために、少なくとも1つの燃料出口が、らせん状の溝(13)の表面に配置されていることを特徴とする燃料ランス。 - 請求項3に記載の燃料ランス(7)において、
複数の燃料出口が、らせん状の溝(13)の表面に配置され、かつ、軸方向及び/又は円周方向及び/又は径方向に離れて配置されていることを特徴とする燃料ランス。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の燃料ランス(7)において、
燃料がガス流に案内される領域で、燃料ランス(7)の直径は、一定ではないことを特徴とする燃料ランス。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の燃料ランス(7)において、
らせん状の形状は、ランス(7)の外側表面に、ランスのほぼ軸方向に伸びる突出部(10)によって形成されることを特徴とする燃料ランス。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料ランス(7)において、
ランス(7)は、異なる燃料をガス流に案内するための複数の燃料通路を備えることを特徴とする燃料ランス。 - 請求項7に記載の燃料ランス(7)において、
第1の燃料通路は、第1の燃料を、溝(13)の表面の燃料出口(8)に供給し、かつ、
第2の燃料通路は、第2の燃料を、ランスの表面(9)の燃料出口(8)に供給することを特徴とする燃料ランス。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の燃料ランス(7)において、
ランスに、ランスの先端(11)にオイルを供給するための中央通路を備えることを特徴とする燃料ランス。 - 請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の燃料ランス(7)において、
燃料出口又は出口は、穴又はスロットによって形成されることを特徴とする燃料ランス。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料ランス(7)において、
燃料を溝(13)に軸方向又は径方向に案内するように、燃料出口(8)が、配置されていることを特徴とする燃料ランス。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料ランス(7)において、
燃料を溝(13)に垂直方向に案内するように、燃料出口(8)が、配置されていることを特徴とする燃料ランス。 - 請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の燃料ランス(7)において、
高水素濃度の燃料が、ガス流に案内されることを特徴とする燃料ランス。 - 連続燃焼器を備えるガスタービン機関において、
高温ガスは、第1の燃料器で生成され、かつ、続いて、請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の燃料ランス(7)が燃料を高温ガスに案内するために配置されている第2の燃焼器(1)に案内されることを特徴とするガスタービン機関。
